you can create a variety of signature infused mixtures. Simply add fresh herbs, spices and
fruits, ideally from your local market, and combine them with water, oils, or liquors until the
avors infuse to create a brand new avor infusion. The infusion combinations are endless!

ASSEMBLY
5. Lastly, stack each Dispenser on
top the Base. Place the Top Lid
onto the top Dispenser.
2. Place the Stirring Paddle
onto the center spindle.
3. Slide the Filter Chamber between the
notches on the side of the Dispenser.
4. Insert the Spigot Filter between
the notches behind the Spigot.
1. For each Dispenser, insert the Spigot into the
dispenser sideways and rotate clockwise to secure.

HOW TO OPERATE
Before using, wash your ELECTRIC INFUSER ACCELERATOR by
following the steps under CLEANING & MAINTENANCE.
1. Place the ELECTRIC INSUFER ACCELERATOR on a stable, waterproof
surface near an electrical outlet before starting.
2. Always make sure that the cord is away from a water source.
3. Prepare your chosen beverage(s) as per the recipe, and pour into the Dispenser(s). Be sure
beverage does not exceed MAX line on Dispenser.
NOTE: Filter Chamber is best used for herbs and spices. Remove
the Filter Chamber from Dispenser when not in use.
4. Following the ASSEMBLY instructions, stack each Dispenser on the Base.
5. When ready to infuse, press the Power Switch to ON (1)
and the Stirring Paddles will begin to revolve.
6. Allow ingredients to infuse, tasting as you go. When drink is ready, use Spigot to dispense.
7. When nished using appliance, press the Power Switch
to OFF (0) and unplug unit from outlet.
HELPFUL TIPS
JAMMING
While infusing, larger ingredients may clump together and cause the Stirring Paddle
to jam. When this happens, the Stirring Paddle will reverse direction. To avoid
jamming, ensure that your Stirring Paddles are able to revolve freely by making
sure all ingredients are cut into pieces no larger than about 1-1½ inches in size.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
To prolong the life of your unit, hand-washing parts is advised.
• Make sure the unit is unplugged before cleaning.
• Remove the Spigot, Stirring Paddle, Filter Chamber, and Spigot Filter from each
Dispenser. Wash each part in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly.
• Wipe the Base clean with a slightly damp, non-abrasive cloth to remove any residue, and dry
thoroughly. Never submerge the Base in water or other liquid, or place in a dishwasher.
NOTE: To protect the motor plug from getting wet, never
immerse the Base in any liquid. Always wash by hand.
• DO NOT use hard or abrasive cleaners.

RECIPES
Your ELECTRIC INFUSER ACCELERATOR makes countless combinations
of infused drinks. Try some of these great recipes!
NOTE: Infusing times are approximate. Taste test as you go to nd
the infusing time that works best for your preference.
WATER + LEMON + CILANTRO + CUCUMBER
• 1 lemon
• 1 cucumber
• 3-5 sprigs of cilantro
Cut lemon and cucumber into slices then into quarters.
Combine water, lemon, cucumber and cilantro in
dispenser. Fill dispenser with water to the MAX ll line.
Infuse in water for 1-2 hours.
If planning to infuse longer, remove
lemon to prevent bitterness.
Serve cold.
WATER + PURPLE GRAPES + ORANGE
• 1 orange
• 10 purple grapes
Cut orange into slices then into quarters.
Cut grapes in half, vertically.
Combine orange pieces and grapes in dispenser.
Fill dispenser with water to the MAX ll line.
Infuse in water for about 30 minutes.
Serve cold.
WATER + APPLES + GRAPES + CINNAMON STICK
• 1 medium size apple
• 10 purple grapes
• 2 cinnamon sticks
Cut apple into slices, then cut grapes in half, vertically.
Combine apple slices, grapes and cinnamon sticks in
dispenser. Fill dispenser with water to the MAX ll line.
Infuse in water for about 1-2 hours.
Serve cold.

BOURBON WHISKEY + VANILLA BEANS + ORANGE PEEL
• 2 oranges
• 2 whole vanilla beans
• 750 mL bourbon
whiskey
Use a vegetable peeler to peel each orange. Remove only
the orange portion, leaving the bitter white pith behind.
Slit each vanilla bean down the side.
Combine orange peels, vanilla beans and bourbon in
dispenser. Do not exceed MAX ll line on the dispenser.
Allow ingredients to infuse for about 1 week.
To use bourbon, strain and discard the
orange peels and vanilla beans.
VODKA + STRAWBERRY + BASIL
• 10 strawberries
• 1 sprig fresh basil
• 750 mL vodka
Slice strawberries into pieces.
Combine strawberries, basil leaves and vodka in infuser
dispenser. Do not exceed MAX ll line on the dispenser.
Allow ingredients to infuse for about 48 hours.
TEQUILA + JALAPEÑO
• 3 jalapeños
• 750 mL tequila
Slice jalapeños into ¼ inch size pieces, including the seeds.
Combine jalapeños and tequila in infuser dispenser.
Do not exceed MAX ll line on the dispenser.
Allow ingredients to infuse for about 36 hours.
SANGRIA
• 1/2 cup brandy
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1/3 cup frozen
lemonade
concentrate
• 1/3 cup orange juice
• 750 mL bottle
dry red wine
• 1/2 cup triple sec
• 1 lemon
• 1 orange
• 1 lime
• 1/4 cup white
sugar (optional)
• 8 maraschino cherries
• 2 cups carbonated
water
Slice lemon, lime, and orange into slices, then into quarters.
Combine brandy, lemon juice, lemonade concentrate,
orange juice, red wine, triple sec and sugar in
infuser dispenser. Float slices of lemon, orange,
lime and maraschino cherries in the mixture. Do
not exceed MAX ll line on the dispenser.
Allow ingredients to infuse for 1-2 hours.
For a zzy sangria, add club soda just before serving.

MINT-GINGER ICED TEA
• 6 oz. fresh ginger
• 4 bags mint tea
• 8 cups water
• Ice
• Mint sprigs
Peel and smash ginger with a meat mallet. Boil water.
Combine ginger, mint tea, and boiling water in
infuser dispenser. Do not exceed MAX ll line
on the dispenser. Let steep for 8 minutes.
Allow ingredients to infuse for 1-2 hours.
Serve over ice with mint sprigs.
GIN PUNCH
• 2 navel oranges
• 2 lemons
• 1 lime
• 1 cup fresh
raspberries
• 1 1/2 cups fresh
pineapple
• 250 mL gin
• 1/2 cup fresh
lemon juice
• 6 oz. simple syrup
• 1 1/2 oz. orgeat
• 1/3 cup Massenez
crème de framboise
• 1 cup water
• 250 mL Perrier-
Jouët Grand Brut
Slice oranges, lemons and lime into
slices, then into quarters.
Combine all fruit in the infuser dispenser. Add the
gin, juice, syrups, crème de framboise and water.
Do not exceed MAX ll line on the dispenser.
Allow ingredients to infuse for about 1 hour.
Just before serving, add the Champagne.
LAVENDER INFUSED LEMONADE
• 3 cups granulated
sugar
• 3 cups water
• 1/4 cup dried
lavender
• Disposable filter
bag for loose tea
• 4 cups fresh lemon
juice (from 16 to
20 lemons)
• Ice, for serving
• Lemon slices
• Fresh lavender
sprigs, for garnish
Bring sugar and water to a boil in a saucepan,
stirring until sugar has dissolved. Remove
from heat, and let stand for 10 minutes.
Combine sugar water and fresh lemon juice in the
dispenser. Put dried lavender into the disposable lter
bag, and place lter bag into the Fiilter Chamber.
Allow ingredients to infuse for about 1 hour.
Serve over ice, and garnish with lemon
slices and fresh lavender sprigs.

GARLIC-HERB VINEGAR
• 3/4 cup fresh basil
leaves, thyme,
tarragon or
rosemary sprigs
• 4 cups white wine or
Champagne vinegar
• 1 clove glaric,
thinly sliced
• 2 lemon zest strips,
each 1 in. by 2 in.
Rinse herbs and then pat dry with paper towels.
Rough chop the leaves (leave sprigs whole).
In a saucepan over low heat, warm the vinegar until
hot but not yet simmering; do not let it boil.
Remove vinegar from the heat.
Place herbs, garlic and lemon zest in the
dispenser's Filter Chamber. Pour in the hot
vinegar and start the infusor to combine.
Allow ingredients to infuse for about 24 hours.
When avors have fully infused, lter vinegar through a
coee lter and pour into hot, sterilized bottles to store.
ROSEMARY-ORANGE OLIVE OIL
• 750 mL olive oil
• 5 sprigs rosemary,
dried
• 3-4 orange citrus
zest, dried
Rinse rosemary and then pat dry with paper towels.
In a saucepan over low heat, warm the oil until
hot but not yet simmering; do not let it boil.
Allow the oil to cool.
Place rosemary sprigs, and orange zest in the
dispenser's Filter Chamber. Pour in the hot
oil and start the infusor to combine.
Allow ingredients to infuse for about 24 hours.
When avors have fully infused, lter oil through a coee
lter and pour into hot, sterilized bottles to store.

Product Warranty Terms
Nostalgia Products LLC (the “Company”) hereby warrants that for a period of one (1) year from the
date of original purchase, this product will be free of defects in material and workmanship under
normal home use, provided that the product is operated and maintained in accordance with the
operating instructions. As the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty, the Company will
at its discretion either repair or replace the product found to be defective, or issue a refund on the
product during the warranty period. This warranty is only available to the original retail purchaser of
the product from the date of initial retail purchase, and is only valid with the original sales receipt, as
proof of purchase date is required to obtain warranty benets. All warranty claims must be brought
to the attention of the Company within the warranty period and no later than 30 days of the failure
to perform. This warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused by shipping, mishandling,
misuse, accident, alteration, improper replacement parts, or other than ordinary household use.
You may be required to return the product (with shipping prepaid by you) for inspection and
evaluation. Return shipping costs are not refundable. The Company is not responsible for returns
damaged or lost in transit. Unless otherwise specically permitted by the operating instructions, this
warranty applies to indoor household use only. In order to obtain service under this warranty, please
contact the Company at the telephone number listed above or by lling out the Customer Service
Inquiry Form located at www.nostalgiaproducts.com. Warranty valid only in USA and Canada.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of
merchantability and tness for a particular purpose, which are hereby excluded to the extent
permitted by law. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential,
or special damages arising out of or in connection with this product or the use thereof. Some
states, provinces or jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or

5. Por último, apile cada Dispensador en
la parte superior de la Base. Coloque la
tapa superior en el Dispensador superior.
2. Coloque la Paleta agitadora
en el vertedor central.
3. Deslice la cámara del ltro entre las
muescas en el lado del dispensador.
4. Inserte el ltro del grifo entre
las muescas detrás del grifo.
1. Para cada Dispensador, inserte el Grifo en el dispensador
lateralmente y gírelo hacia la derecha para jarlo.

CÓMO UTILIZAR
Antes de usarlo, lave el ACELERADOR DEL INFUSOR ELÉCTRICO
al seguir los pasos de LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO.
1. Coloque el ACELERADOR DEL INFUSOR ELÉCTRICO sobre una supercie
estable, resistente al agua, cerca de un tomacorriente antes de comenzar.
2. Siempre asegúrese de que el cable esté lejos de una fuente de agua.
3. Prepare su(s) bebida(s) elegida(s) según la receta, y viértala(s) en el/los dispensador(es).
NOTA: Retire la cámara del ltro del Dispensador cuando no esté en uso.
4. Siga las instrucciones de ENSAMBLAJE, apile cada Dispensador en la Base.
5. Cuando esté listo para infundir, mueva el interruptor de corriente
a ON (1) y las Paletas agitadoras comenzarán a girar.
6. Permita que los ingredientes se infundan, degustando sobre la marcha.
Cuando la bebida esté lista, utilice el grifo para dispensar.
7. Cuando haya terminado de usar el aparato, mueva el interruptor de
corriente a OFF (1) (0) y desenchufe la unidad del tomacorriente.
CONSEJOS ÚTILES
ATASCAMIENTO
ATASCAMIENTO
Al infundir, los ingredientes de mayor tamaño pueden amontonarse y causar que la Paleta
agitadora se atasque. Cuando esto suceda, la Paleta agitadora cambiará de dirección. Para
evitar atascos, asegúrese de que las Paletas agitadoras puedan girar libremente y que todos
los ingredientes se corten en pedazos no más grandes que 1-1½ pulgadas en tamaño.
LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
Para prolongar la vida útil de la unidad, se aconseja lavar a mano las piezas.
• Asegúrese de que la unidad esté desenchufada antes de limpiarla.
• Retire el grifo, la Paleta agitadora, la Cámara del ltro y el Filtro del grifo de cada
Dispensador. Lave cada parte con agua tibia y jabón y séquela cuidadosamente.
• Limpie la Base con un paño algo húmedo y no abrasivo, para eliminar cualquier residuo,
y séquela bien. Nunca sumerja la base en agua u otros líquidos, ni la coloque en un
lavavajillas.
NOTA: Para evitar que el enchufe del motor se moje, no sumerja
nunca la base en ningún líquido. Siempre lávela a mano.
• NO utilice limpiadores fuertes o abrasivos.
