Using the appliance
You can use this appliance to give yourself or others a soothing and effective trigger
point massage. Trigger point massages can relax or stimulate the muscles to relieve
tension, pain and fatigue. The massage gun provides a powerful, intensive massage
for the thighs, calves, shoulders, arms and the back region (excluding the spine).
Depending on the extent of the tension in the part of the body to be treated, a
maximum treatment time of approx. 15 minutes is recommended.
A massage should always feel pleasant. A slight reddening of the treated areas
and even slight bruising are a normal side effect, as the massage specifically
promotes blood circulation. However, if you experience excessive skin reactions,
discontinue use and consult a doctor.
Selecting/fitting attachments
1) Select the appropriate attachment for the desired treatment and body part
as follows:

soles of the feet, palms of the hands, muscles of the shoulder
blades.
t

back (except spine), neck, Achilles tendon.
