Assemble your unit on the empty carton to avoid scratching
your unit or the fl oor and to keep glue o of surfaces.
å
First, fi ll the holes in the short edges of the MODESTY
PANEL (B) and BRACES (L)
a 1/4 to 1/2 full
with GLUE (G1).
Then, use your hammer to tap twelve DOWELS (R1) into the
holes. Wipe away the excess GLUE.

Turn ten PINS (Q1) into the TOP (A).

LEFT END (C). Use three BLACK 1/2" PAN HEAD SCREWS (S7).

NOTE: Be sure the edges of the BRACKETS are even with the
long edge of the LEFT END.

Turn two PINS (Q1) into the LEFT END (C) as shown.

Fasten the LOCK (N1) to the LEFT UPRIGHT (D). Use two BLACK
5/8" PAN HEAD SCREWS (S5). Then push a LOCK COVER (O1)
over the LOCK (N1) from the opposite surface.

and F), and UPRIGHTS (D and E). Tighten the CAMS onto
the PINS.

NOTE: As shown in the bottom enlarged diagrams, the
KEYBOARD FRONT (M) can be latched to the KEYBOARD
SIDES by pushing on the LATCH release. The KEYBOARD
FRONT (M) can be adjusted horizontally and vertically by
loosening the screws and sliding them one way or another
in the HINGE slots for the latch work properly.

DRAWER FRONTS (O). Use four BLACK 9/16" PAN HEAD
SCREWS (S4).

NOTE: As you assemble the drawer, be sure the DRAWER
BOTTOM (S) inserts into the grooves in the DRAWER
FRONT, DRAWER BACK, and DRAWER SIDES.
å
Fasten the SMALL DRAWER SIDES (P and Q) to the
PANEL CONNECTORS (J1). Use four BLACK 1/2" PAN
HEAD SCREWS (S7).

Fasten the SMALL DRAWER SIDES (P and Q) to the
SMALL DRAWER BACK (R). Use four BLACK 1-1/2" FLAT
HEAD SCREWS (S2).

Fasten a HANDLE (L1) and two HANDLE BASES (M1) to
a DRAWER FRONT (O). Use two BLACK 9/16" MACHINE
SCREWS (S8).

Repeat this step for the other SMALL DRAWER.
