Precautions
Before using this product, carefully read this manual and any manuals for compatible
hardware. Keep instructions for future reference.
Safety/Use and Handling
ˎObserve all warnings, precautions and instructions.
ˎCHOKING HAZARD - Small parts. Keep out of the reach of small children.
ˎKeep the product out of the reach of small children. Small children may swallow small
parts, may pull on cables and cause the headset to fall, or may wrap the cables around
themselves, which may inflict injury or cause an accident or a malfunction.
ˎDo not use the headset while cycling, driving or engaged in any other activity where your
full attention is required. Doing so may result in an accident.
ˎThis product has magnets which may interfere with pacemakers, defibrillators and
programmable shunt valves or other medical devices. Do not place this product close to
such medical devices or persons who use such medical devices. Consult your doctor
before using this product if you use such medical devices.
ˎStop using the wireless headset immediately if you begin to feel tired or if you experience
discomfort or pain in your head while operating the wireless headset. If the condition
persists, consult a doctor.
ˎAvoid prolonged use of the wireless headset. Take a break at about 30-minute intervals.
ˎPermanent hearing loss may occur if the headset is used at high volume. Set the volume
to a safe level. Over time, increasingly loud audio may start to sound normal but can
actually be damaging your hearing. If you experience ringing in your ears or muffled
speech, stop listening, and have your hearing checked. The louder the volume, the sooner
your hearing could be affected. To protect your hearing:
ˋLimit the amount of time you use the headset at high volume.
ˋAvoid raising the volume to block out noisy surroundings.
ˋLower the volume if you can’t hear people speaking near you.
ˎIf you feel that the headset is irritating your skin, stop using it immediately.
ˎThe battery used in this device may present a risk of fire or chemical burn if mistreated.
Do not disassemble, heat above 60 °C (140 °F), or incinerate.
ˎDo not handle damaged or leaking lithium-ion batteries.
ˎObserve all signs and instructions that require an electrical device or radio product to be
switched off in designated areas, such as gas/refueling stations, hospitals, blasting areas,
potentially explosive atmospheres or aircraft.

ˎDo not insert anything into the headset because this may cause damage to the internal
components or cause injury to you.
ˎWhen using headsets or headphones in particularly dry air conditions, you may
sometimes experience a small and quick (static) shock on your ears. This is a result of
static electricity accumulated in the body, and is not a malfunction of your headset or
headphones.
ˎAvoid leaving the headset near speakers while the microphones are on, as this may
produce feedback (audio noise).
ˎDo not expose the headset to high temperatures during operation, transportation,
or storage. Do not leave it in direct sunlight for extended periods (such as in a car
during summer).
ˎDo not put heavy objects on the headset.
ˎDo not allow liquid or small particles to get into the headset.
ˎDo not throw or drop the headset, or subject it to strong physical shock.
ˎDo not place any rubber or vinyl materials on the headset exterior for an extended period
of time.
ˎDo not store the headset by hanging it from the headband strap. After a period of time,
the strap can stretch and loosen the fit of the headset.
ˎUse a soft, dry cloth to clean the headset. Do not use solvents or other chemicals. Do not
wipe with a chemically treated cleaning cloth.

Initial setup
1 Connect the included USB cable to charge the headset.
ˎWhen charging while the headset is not connected to the wireless adaptor, the
status indicator on the headset pulses orange. When fully charged, the status
indicator turns off.
ˎWhen charging while the headset is connected to the wireless adaptor, the status
indicator on the headset is white. When fully charged, the status indicator blinks
orange once and then turns solid white to show it’s still connected.
2 Connect the wireless adaptor to a USB port on your PS5™ console or
PS4™ console.

3 Slide the (power) switch on. When your headset powers on, it looks for the
wireless adaptor. The headset status indicator blinks blue while searching and turns solid
white when the connection is complete.
You can also check by sound. When your headset powers on, it will beep and search for
the adaptor. When the connection is complete, another beep sounds.
If a connection can’t be made, the headset turns off. Slide the switch off,
and then on. If a connection still can’t be made, try resetting the headset
(see “Resetting the headset”).
Using your headset wirelessly with a PS5™ console or
PS4™ console
ˎBe sure to always update your system software to the latest version.
ˎYou can use up to 2 wireless headsets at the same time on your PS5™ console
or PS4™ console.
ˎIf you move out of range for more than 30 seconds, you’ll hear a low beep to indicate the
connection is lost. When you move back into range, you’ll hear a
high beep to indicate the connection is restored.
ˎThis headset supports 3D audio on PS5™ consoles if the game supports 3D audio.
ˎThe Headset Companion app for PlayStation®4 consoles does not support this headset.

Audio selection
Mic mute ( button)
To mute the headset microphones, press the mute button on the headset.
To unmute, press the button again. Mute is active when the button shows orange.
Mic monitoring (MONITOR switch)
Mic monitoring is a feature that allows you to hear your own voice, so you can
hear how you sound to your friends. Slide the switch to enable mic monitoring.
You’ll hear a beep:
ˎOn: high beep
ˎOff: low beep
When mute is on, mic monitoring is turned off.
Chat and game volume balance (CHAT/GAME buttons)
You can listen to both game audio and chat audio simultaneously. Use the CHAT/GAME
buttons to adjust the relative volume of chat audio versus game audio. Press the CHAT and
GAME buttons at the same time to reset the relative volume.
Some games may have a chat feature that is incompatible with the CHAT/GAME function.
ˎTo change the audio output on your PS5™ console, select
Settings > Sound > Audio Output > Output to Headphones.
ˎTo change the audio output on your PS4™ console, select
Settings > Devices > Audio Devices > Output to Headphones.
Using your headset with PlayStation®VR
and PlayStation®VR2
ˎPS VR - You can use the included audio cable to use your wireless headset in a wired
connection to the stereo headphone jack of the VR headset. This provides all audio
processed by PS VR, including 3D Audio, if supported by the game.
ˎPS VR2 - You can use your wireless headset wirelessly with the included USB wireless
adapter and PS VR2. Alternatively, PS VR2 also supports the wireless headset when
connected using the included audio cable. Unplug the PS VR2 stereo headphone and
plug in the cable for the wireless headset.
Using your headset wirelessly with a USB device
You can use the headset with compatible PCs (Windows® or macOS®) or other device that
has USB audio output.
Insert the wireless adaptor into a USB Type-A port on your compatible device, and then
turn on the headset.
The CHAT/GAME feature can be used only when the headset is connected to a
PS5™ console or PS4™ console.
If you move out of range for more than 30 seconds, you’ll hear a low beep to indicate
the connection is lost. When you move back into range, you’ll hear a high beep to
indicate the connection is restored.
Using your headset with other devices
You can use the included audio cable (4-conductor) to connect your headset to the
3.5 mm audio jack of compatible devices.
The headset functions as a passive headset when you use an audio cable. Turn off the
headset when you use an audio cable.
Wireless connection and the following functionality is disabled when you use
an audio cable.

ˎVolume levels
You must use the included audio cable in order to use the headset mics on a compatible
device. If your device isn’t compatible with the included 4-conductor cable, you can’t use
your headset’s mics with that device.

ˎOutput volume varies depending on the mobile device that is connected.
Adjust volume accordingly.
Charging the headset
When the battery is empty, fully charging the headset on a PS5™ console or PS4™console
takes approximately 3.5 hours.
To determine the charge level of your headset, turn the power on and then press the
CHAT and VOL– buttons at the same time. The status indicator blinks and you hear beeps.

When the battery level is low, the status indicator blinks orange and the headset beeps.
Charge the battery by connecting the headset to a supported USB device such as your PS5™
console or a PC using the included USB cable.

ˎIf the headset status indicator blinks orange and the battery is not nearly
empty, this might indicate an error state. You may need to reset your headset
(see “Resetting the headset”).
ˎIf you move out of range and the headset disconnects from the wireless adaptor, the
headset will turn off after five minutes to preserve the battery. To wake up your headset,
slide the switch off, and then on.
ˎYou can view the battery level on your console. Battery level is shown from the accessory
section of the control center on your PS5™ console.
ˎIf a USB port does not provide enough power for charging, connect the headset
to a different USB port.
ˎIt is recommended that you charge the battery in an environment with a temperature of
5 °C to 35 °C (41 °F to 95 °F). Charging in other environments
might not be as effective.
ˎIf you do not plan to use the wireless headset for an extended period of time,
it is recommended that you fully charge it at least once a year to help maintain battery
functionality.

If the headset does not respond, try resetting it.
1 Turn off the headset.
2 Connect the wireless adaptor to your console or other powered USB Type-A port.
3 Insert a small pin or similar object (not included) into the hole surrounding the
reset button on the wireless adaptor, and push in for at least one second.

4 On the headset, hold down the CHAT button and the VOL+ button.
5 While still holding down the CHAT button and the VOL+ button, slide the headset’s
power switch on.
If the reset is successful, the headset and adaptor will connect.

1 Branchez le câble USB inclus pour charger le casque-micro.
ˎLorsque vous chargez le casque-micro et qu’il n’est pas connecté à l’adaptateur sans
fil, l’indicateur d’état du casque-micro clignote lentement en orange. Lorsqu’il est
entièrement chargé, l’indicateur d’état s’éteint.
ˎLorsque vous chargez le casque-micro et qu’il est connecté à l’adaptateur sans fil,
l’indicateur d’état du casque-micro est blanc. Lorsqu’il est chargé entièrement,
l’indicateur d’état clignote une fois en orange puis devient blanc pour signaler qu’il
est toujours connecté.
2 Branchez l’adaptateur sans fil sur un port USB de votre console PS5™ ou
de votre console PS4™ L’indicateur d’état de l’adaptateur clignote en blanc
pendant la recherche du casque-micro.
3 Faites glisser l’interrupteur (alimentation) sur ON. Lorsque votre casque-
micro s’allume, il recherche l’adaptateur sans fil. L’indicateur d’état du casque-micro
clignote en bleu et devient blanc lorsque la connexion est effectuée.
Vous pouvez également effectuer une vérification par le son. Lorsque votre casque-micro
s’allume, il émet des bips et recherche l’adaptateur. Lorsque la connexion est effectuée,
un autre bip se fait entendre.
Si une connexion ne peut être établie, le casque-micro s’éteint. Faites glisser
l’interrupteur sur OFF, puis sur ON. Si une connexion ne peut toujours pas
être établie, essayez de réinitialiser le casque-micro (consulter «Réinitialisation du
casque-micro»).
Utilisation sans fil de votre casque-micro avec une console
PS5™ ou une console PS4™
ˎAssurez-vous de toujours mettre à jour votre logiciel système à la version la plus récente
du logiciel.
ˎVous pouvez utiliser jusqu’à deux casques-micros sans fil en même temps sur votre
console PS5™ ou PS4™.
ˎSi vous vous déplacez hors du rayon de portée pendant plus de 30secondes, vous
entendrez un bip faible indiquant que la connexion a été perdue. Lorsque vous
revenez dans le rayon de portée, vous entendrez un bip fort indiquant que la connexion
a été rétablie.
ˎCe casque-micro prend en charge l’audio 3D sur les consoles PS5™ si le jeu prend en
charge l’audio 3D.
ˎL’application compagnon du casque-micro conçue pour les consoles PlayStation®4 ne
prend pas en charge ce casque-micro.

Mise en sourdine du micro (touche )
Pour mettre en sourdine les microphones du casque-micro, appuyez sur la touche sourdine
du casque-micro.
Pour désactiver la mise en sourdine, appuyez à nouveau sur la touche. La mise en sourdine
est activée lorsque la touche est orange.
Contrôle du micro (interrupteur MONITOR)
La fonctionnalité de contrôle du micro vous permet d’entendre votre propre voix, afin que
vous puissiez entendre votre voix comme vos amis l’entendent. Faites glisser l’interrupteur
pour activer le contrôle du micro.

ˎON: bip fort
ˎOFF: bip faible
Lorsque la mise en sourdine est activée, le contrôle du micro est désactivé.
Équilibre entre le volume du clavardage et du jeu (touches CHAT/GAME)
Vous pouvez écouter simultanément le son des jeux et du clavardage. Utilisez les touches
CHAT/GAME pour régler le niveau sonore relatif du clavardage par rapport à celui des jeux.
Appuyez simultanément sur les touches CHAT et GAME pour réinitialiser le volume relatif.
Certains jeux peuvent être dotés d’une fonctionnalité de clavardage incompatible avec la
fonctionnalité CHAT/GAME.
ˎPour changer la sortie audio sur votre console PS5™, sélectionnez
Paramètres > Son > Sortie audio > Sortie vers les écouteurs.
ˎPour changer la sortie audio sur votre console PS4™, sélectionnez
Paramètres > Périphériques > Périphériques audio > Sortie vers les écouteurs.
Utilisation de votre casque-micro avec PlayStation®VR
et PlayStation®VR2
ˎPSVR – Vous pouvez utiliser le câble audio fourni pour connecter votre casque-micro sans
fil en connexion filaire à la sortie écouteurs stéréo du casqueRV. Cela permet d’obtenir
tout l’audio traité par le PSVR, y compris l’audio 3D, s’il est pris en charge par le jeu.
ˎPSVR2 – Vous pouvez utiliser votre casque-micro sans fil avec l’adaptateur USB sans fil
inclus et le PS VR2. Le PS VR2 prend également en charge le casque-micro sans fil lorsqu’il
est connecté à l’aide du câble audio inclus. Débranchez les écouteurs stéréo du PS VR2

un périphérique USB
Vous pouvez utiliser le casque-micro avec des ordinateurs personnels compatibles
(Windows® ou macOS®) ou d’autres périphérique dotés d’une sortie audio USB.
Insérez l’adaptateur sans fil dans un port USB Type-A de votre périphérique compatible,
puis allumez le casque-micro.
La fonctionnalité CHAT/GAME ne peut être utilisée que lorsque le casque-micro est
connecté à une console PS5™ ou une console PS4™.
Si vous vous déplacez hors de portée pendant plus de 30 secondes, vous entendrez un
bip faible pour indiquer que la connexion est perdue. Lorsque vous revenez dans le rayon

Utilisation de votre casque-micro avec d’autres périphériques
Vous pouvez utiliser le câble audio inclus (4conducteurs) pour brancher votre casque-micro
sur la la sortie audio de 3,5mm des périphériques compatibles.
Le casque-micro fonctionne comme un casque-micro passif lorsque vous utilisez un câble
audio. La connexion sans fil et la fonctionnalité suivante sont désactivés lorsque vous
utilisez un câble audio.

Désactivez le casque-micro lorsque vous utilisez le câble audio inclus.
ˎVous devez utiliser le câble audio inclus pour pouvoir utiliser les micros du casque-micro
sur un périphérique compatible. Si votre périphérique n’est pas compatible avec le câble à
4conducteurs inclus, vous ne pouvez pas utiliser les microphones de votre casque-micro
avec ce périphérique.

ˎSur les périphériques mobiles, l’audio 3D n’est pas prise en charge.
ˎLe volume sonore varie en fonction du périphérique mobile connecté. Ajustez le volume
en conséquence.
Chargement du casque-micro
ˎLorsque la batterie est vide, il faut environ 3,5 heures pour charger entièrement le
casque-micro sur une console PS5™ ou PS4™.
ˎPour déterminer le niveau de charge de votre casque-micro, allumez-le et appuyez sur
les touches CHAT et VOL– simultanément. L’indicateur d’état clignote et vous entendez
des bips.

Lorsque le niveau de la batterie est faible, l’indicateur d’état clignote en orange et le
casque-micro émet des bips. Chargez la batterie en branchant le casque-micro sur un
périphérique USB pris en charge, notamment votre console PS5™ ou un ordinateur en
utilisant le câble USB inclus.

clignote rapidement en orange.

Lorsqu’il est complètement chargé, l’indicateur
d’état du casque-micro clignote une fois en
orange, puis devient blanc pour indiquer qu’il est
toujours connecté.
ˎSi l’indicateur d’état du casque-micro clignote en orange alors que la batterie n’est pas
pratiquement déchargée, cela pourrait indiquer une erreur. Vous devrez peut-être
réinitialiser votre casque-micro (consulter «Réinitialisation du casque-micro»).
ˎSi vous sortez du rayon de portée et que le casque-micro se déconnecte de l’adaptateur
sans fil, le casque-micro s’éteindra après cinqminutes pour préserver la batterie. Pour
réveiller votre casque-micro, faites glisser l’interrupteur sur OFF, puis sur ON.
