4 Using the appliance
Before rst use
Before you use the appliance for the rst time, thoroughly clean the parts that
come into contact with food.

Clean the motor unit with a moist cloth.

Clean the beaters and kneading hooks in warm water with some
washing-up liquid or in a dishwasher.
Wire beaters/strip beaters/kneading hooks (g.2)

Select an appropriate speed, to switch on the wire/strip beaters or
kneading hooks. To avoid splashing, start mixing at a low speed, and
then switch to a higher speed.
• For tougher jobs, press and hold the Turbo button while processing.

After use, turn the speed selector to 0 (o position), and then unplug the
appliance.

Press the Eject button to release the wire/strip beaters or kneading hooks.
5 Recipe
Tortillas with Herbs
Ingredients: (Only applicable to HR3704)
• 600 g high gluten our
• 390 ml water
• 1 tablespoon of dried mixed herbs (for example oregano, parsley akes,
and rosemary)
Directions:

Put our and water in a bowl.

Mix the ingredients for ve minutes using turbo speed.

Put the dough into the refrigerator for one hour.

Take the dough out from the refrigerator.
5
Press and hold the turbo button to mix the dough and dried herbs for
ve seconds.

Sprinkle some our onto a at surface.

Divide dough into small balls and roll out each ball into a large circle.

Heat oil in a pan.
9
Place the tortilla dough when oil is hot.

Cook for three minutes and then slip.

Cook for another two to three minutes.

Remove the tortilla from pan and repeat with the rest of tortillas.

Serve immediately.

4 Utilisation de l’appareil
Avant la première utilisation
Avant d’utiliser l’appareil pour la première fois, nettoyez soigneusement les

éclaboussures, commencez à mélanger à faible vitesse, puis passez à
une vitesse supérieure.
• Pour les applications plus diciles, maintenez enfoncé le bouton
Turbo en cours d’utilisation.

Tortillas aux herbes
Ingrédients : (concerne uniquement HR3704)
• 600 g de farine à haute teneur en gluten
• 390 ml d’eau
• 1 cuillère à soupe de mélange d’herbes séchées (par exemple origan,
ocons de persil et romarin)
Instructions :

Versez la farine et l’eau dans un bol.

Mélangez les ingrédients pendant cinq minutes en utilisant la vitesse
turbo.

Mettez la pâte au réfrigérateur pendant une heure.

Sortez la pâte du réfrigérateur.

4 제품 사용
처음 사용 전
제품을 처음 사용하기 전에 음식과 닿는 부품은 깨끗이 세척하십시오 .

소량의 세제를 푼 뜨거운 물 또는 식기 세척기를 이용해 혼합기와 반죽기를
세척합니다 .

재료가 튀지 않게 낮은 속도에서 작동을 시작한 후 속도를 높입니다 .
