6.2 Error messages
Signal Error: One of the sensors is not correctly
actuated or jaws are blocked.
Signal Error Jaw: Jaws remain closed. If this error
occurs, the ATS3080 will not retract – the cause of the
error message has to be eliminated beforehand.
6.3 Rectifying error
1
fEliminate the cause of the error.
fReset the ATS3080, à Operating Instructions for the
ATS3080
fPress the "Reset" button 1 on the Bench mount kit
automatic 3080.
7 Maintenance
7.1 Important notes
Regular maintenance is essential to ensure that the
ATS3080 remains in safe working order (see the
maintenance schedule in the operating instructions for
the ATS3080).
CAUTION
Crush hazard when jaws close
fDo not insert fingers between upper and lower jaws.
fAlways keep the Power pack 3080 switched off while
performing maintenance work.
fDepressurise the compressed-air system and secure
against unintentional restart.
7.2 Spare parts
Spare parts and accessories can be ordered directly from
your national HellermannTytonrepresentative
à website www.HellermannTyton.de.
7.3 General maintenance activities
The maintenance activities for the ATS3080 and the Power
pack 3080 are described in the operating instructions for the
ATS3080 (see the "Maintenance" section in the operating
instructions for the ATS3080).
fCheck the ATS3080 and the accessories regularly for
proper function.
fCheck the compressed-air lines for leaks (see the
operating instruction for the compressed-air equipment).
The compressed-air equipment is not included in the scope
of supply.
fReplace faulty compressed-air lines immediately.
fCheck electrical wiring for damage.
