Verbundmörtel für Dübelbefestigungen
Geeignet für Hohlmauerwerk, Vollmauerwerk und Beton
Vor der Anwendung diese Gebrauchsanweisung und die Sicherheitsvorschriften lesen.
Haltbarkeitsdatum: siehe Etikett (Monat/Jahr). Die Kartusche darf nach Ablauf des Haltbarkeitsdatums nicht mehr
verwendet werden!
Transport und Lagerung: Kühl, trocken und dunkel; +5°C bis +25°C.
Kartuschentemperatur: muss bei der Anwendung zwischen +5°C und 40°C betragen
Untergrundtemperatur: muss bei der Anwendung zwischen +0°C und 40°C betragen.
Dosierskala an Kartuschenetikett: Angaben von Skalenteilen in der Montageanweisung und in den Setzdaten beziehen
sich auf die Verschiebung des Auspresskolbens gemessen an der Dosierskala.
Auspressgerät: verwendbar sind stabile Silikonauspressgeräte. Minderwertige Auspressgeräte können die Kartusche
nicht funktionsgerecht auspressen und/oder sind schnell verschlissen. Wir empfehlen das Hilti Auspressgerät MD 300.
Das Öffnen der Kartusche erfolgt automatisch bei Auspressbeginn – Aufschneiden, Aufsägen oder Aufstechen ist
unbedingt zu unterlassen (führt zu massiven Aushärtungsstörungen)!
Für Anwendungen in Außenbereichen sind rostfreie Befestigungselemente (HAS-R, HIS-RN) zu verwenden.

Hohlräumen? Erstellung des Bohrlochs mit Diamantkernbohrgerät ist nicht zulässig.
 – Volluntergrund ➜ Bohrlochreinigung unmittelbar vor dem Setzen des Befestigungselementes durchführen -
2x ausblasen, 2x mit Stahlbürste bürsten, 2x ausblasen. Bohrlöcher müssen frei sein von Staub, Nässe,
Wasser, Eis, Öl/Fett und anderen Verunreinigungen. Unzureichende Bohrlochreinigung = schlechte Haltewerte
 Untergrund mit Hohlräumen ➜ Siebhülse Hilti HIT-SC verwenden.
 MischeraufdieKartuschevollständigaufschrauben.Den Mischer unter keinen Umständen verändern. Ge-
brauchte Mischer dürfen nicht wiederverwendet werden.
 KartuschemitMischerindasAuspressgerätsoeinlegen,dassdieDosierskalagutsichtbarist.
 DeramAnfangausdemMischeraustretendeMörtel–Mörtelvorlauf - ist solange zu verwerfen, bis die
Mörtelfarbe einheitlich grau ist. Dieser Mörtelvorlauf darf nicht für Befestigungen verwendet werden
Hohluntergrund: Befüllung der HIT-SC Kunststoffsiebhülse: Die Siebhülse von der Zentrierkappe aus befül-
len bis Mörtel an der Zentrierkappe austritt (Füllkontrolle).
 Befüllung der HIT-S Metallsiebhülse: Mischer bis zum Siebhülsenboden stecken und mit jedem Hub den
Mischer
um ca. 10 mm schrittweise zurückziehen.
 Volluntergrund: Bohrloch luftfrei verfüllen! Mischer bis zum Bohrlochgrund in das Bohrloch stecken (bei tiefen
Bohrlöchern eine Verlängerung verwenden) und mit jedem Hub das Auspressgerät schrittweise zurückziehen.
Das Bohrloch zu ca. 2/3 mit Mörtel verfüllen. Nach der Bohrlochverfüllung Entriegelungstaste am Auspress-
gerät betätigen, um Mörtelnachlauf zu vermeiden.
 DasBefestigungselementbiszurVerankerungstiefe „h ef” gemäß Tabellen 1-3 in das mit Mörtel befüllte
Bohrloch, bzw. die Siebhülse einführen. Danach muss der Ringspalt vollständig mit Mörtel ausgefüllt sein.
Je nach Anwendungstemperatur die Verarbeitungszeit „t gel“ beachten.
 NachAblaufderVerarbeitungszeit„t gel” bis zum Ablauf der Aushärtungszeit „t cure” jede Manipulation/
Belastung am Befestigungselement unterlassen.
 ErstnachAblaufderAushärtungszeit„t cure” darf das Befestigungselement belastet werden.
Nicht vollständig aufgebrauchte Kartuschen können innerhalb von 2 Wochen weiterverwendet werden. Dazu gefüllten
Mischer aufgeschraubt lassen und Kartusche vorschriftsmäßig lagern. Bei Weiterverwendung neuen Mischer auf-
schrauben und Mörtelvorlauf – bis Mörtelfarbe einheitlich grau ist - erneut verwerfen (siehe Punkt 8).

Mortier de scellement pour ancrage de chevilles
Indiqué pour les murs de maçonnerie creux, pleins et le béton
Avant utilisation, bien lire le présent mode d‘emploi ainsi que les directives de sécurité.
Date de péremption : Voir l‘étiquette (mois / année). Ne plus utiliser une cartouche dont la date de péremption est
dépassée !

Graduation sur l‘étiquette de la cartouche: Dans les instructions de montage, les valeurs indiquées se rapportent au
décalage du piston d‘injection mesuré sur la graduation.
Pistolet à injecter: Les pistolets stables à injecter du silicone peuvent être utilisés. Les pistolets à injecter de basse
qualité peuvent ne pas extruder de manière satisfaisante à partir de cartouches et / ou s‘usent rapidement. Nous
recommandons le pistolet à injecter Hilti MD 300.
L‘ouverture de la cartouche se produit automatiquement au début de l‘injection – ne pas essayer de couper, tronçonner
ou percer les cartouches (conduit à d‘importants défauts de durcissement).
Pour les utilisations à l‘extérieur, employer des éléments de fixation (HAS-R, HIS-RN) inoxydables.

de percer le trou à l‘aide d‘un appareil de forage diamant.
 – Matériau support plein ➜ Nettoyer les trous juste avant de placer les chevilles: souffler 2x, brosser 2x avec une
brosse métallique, souffler 2x. Les trous doivent être exempts de toute trace de poussière, d‘eau, de glace, d‘huile /
de graisse et d‘autres contaminants. Nettoyage de trous insuffisant = mauvaise fixation
 Matériau support avec creux ➜ utiliser des douille-tamis - Hilti HIT-SC.
 Visseràfondlabusemélangeusesurlacartouche.Nemodifierlabusemélangeuseenaucuncas.Un
nouveau mélangeur doit être utilisé pour chaque nouvelle cartouche.
 Introduirelacartoucheaveclabusemélangeusedanslepistoletàinjecterdesortequelagraduationsoit
bien visible.
 Jeter le premier mortier extrudé: Faire sortir le mortier jusqu‘à ce qu‘il soit d‘un gris uniforme. Le mortier
extrudé sortant du mélangeur lors des premières pressions ne doit pas être utilisé pour la fixation. Après
chaqueremplacementdel‘emboutmélangeur,jeterlepremiermortierextrudé!
 Remplissage de douilles-tamis en plastique HIT-SC: remplir la douille-tamis à partir du capuchon de centrage
jusqu‘à ce que du mortier sorte du capuchon (contrôle de remplissage).
 Remplissage de douilles-tamis métalliques HIT-S: introduire l‘embout mélangeur jusqu‘au fond de la douille-
tamis et retirer progressivement l‘embout mélangeur de 10 mm env. par pression.
 Matériau support plein: remplir le trou de mortier sans bulles d‘air! Introduire l‘embout mélangeur dans le trou
jusqu‘à atteindre le fond (pour les trous de perçage profonds, utiliser une rallonge) et retirer progressivement
l‘embout mélangeur à chaque pression. Remplir environ 2/3 du trou avec le mortier.
 Insérerl‘élémentdefixationdansletrouresp.ladouille-tamisrempli(e)demortier,jusqu‘àlaprofondeur
d‘ancrage „h ef“ conformément aux tableaux de 1 à 3. L‘espace annulaire doit ensuite être complètement
rempli de mortier. En fonction de la température ambiante, observer le temps de manipulation „t gel“.
 Aprèsécoulementdutempsdemanipulation „t gel“ et jusqu‘à écoulement du temps de durcissement „t
cure“, ne pas manipuler / mettre en charge l‘élément de fixation.
 La cheville ne peut être sollicitée qu‘après écoulement du temps de durcissement „t cure“.
Toute cartouche déjà entamée doit être réutilisée dans les 2 semaines. Laisser l‘embout mélangeur rempli vissé sur
la cartouche entamée et stocker la cartouche conformément à la réglementation. En cas de réutilisation, visser une
nouvelle buse mélangeuse dessus et jeter le mortier extrudé au début (voir 8) – jusqu‘à ce que celui-ci soit d‘une
couleur grise uniforme.

Prima dell‘impiego, leggere le presenti istruzioni d‘uso e le norme di sicurezza.
Data di scadenza: vedere etichetta (mese/anno).Unavoltatrascorsaladatadiscadenza,lacartuccianondevepiù
essere utilizzata!
Trasporto e stoccaggio: conservare in un luogo fresco, asciutto e buio; tra +5 °C e 25 °C.
Temperatura della cartuccia: per l‘applicazione la temperatura deve essere tra +5 °C e 40 °C.
Temperatura del materiale di base: per l‘applicazione la temperatura deve essere tra 0 °C e 40 °C.
Scala di dosaggio sull‘etichetta della cartuccia: Le indicazioni relative alla graduazione della scala nelle istruzioni di
montaggio si riferiscono allo spostamento del pistone di iniezione misurato sulla scala di dosaggio.
Applicatore ad iniezione: sono utilizzabili applicatori ad iniezione stabili per silicone. Gli applicatori ad iniezione di
qualità scadente possono esercitare una pressione non corretta sulla cartuccia e/o essere soggetti ad un rapido
deterioramento. Si raccomanda l‘uso dell‘applicatore a iniezione Hilti MD 300.
La cartuccia si apre automaticamente all‘inizio della pressione – è assolutamente vietato tagliare, segare o incidere
la cartuccia (ciò può causare gravi problemi dovuti all‘indurimento del materiale)!
Per le applicazioni all‘aperto è necessario utilizzare elementi di fissaggio inossidabili (HAS-R, HIS-RN).
Istruzioni di montaggio: rappresentazione della sequenza delle operazioni: vedere i pittogrammi 1–12;
per dettagli relativi alla messa in opera: Materiale forato: vedere tabella 1; Materiale base pieno: vedere tabella 2 e 3
 Eseguireilforoconunmartelloperforatore;unavoltaeseguitoilforoverificareseilmaterialebaseèpieno
o presenta cavità al suo interno. Non è consentito eseguire il foro per mezzo di carotatrici.
 – Materiale di base pieno ➜ Pulire il foro immediatamente prima di applicare il tassello: soffiare 2 volte, spazzo-
lare 2 volte con una spazzola d‘acciaio, soffiare 2 volte. I fori devono essere liberi da polvere, acqua, ghiaccio,
olio/grasso e altre impurità. Se la pulizia dei fori è insufficiente si otterranno scarsi valori di ancoraggio

 Scartare le prime pompate di resina: far uscire la resina finché non assume un colore grigio uniforme. La
prima resina che esce dal miscelatore non deve mai essere utilizzata per i fissaggi. Dopo ogni sostituzione
del miscelatore scartare sempre la prima quantità di resina!
Riempimento della bussola retinata in plastica HIT-SC: riempire con la resina la bussola retinata finché la
resina fuoriesce dal dispositivo di centraggio (controllo del riempimento).
 Riempimento della bussola retinata in metallo HIT-S: Inserire il miscelatore fino al fondo della bus sola retina-
ta ed estrarre il miscelatore ad ogni pompaggio di circa 10 mm per volta.
 Materiale di base pieno: Riempire il foro con la resina evitando di lasciare bolle d‘aria! Inserire il miscelatore
fino alla base del foro (per i fori profondi utilizzare una prolunga) ed estrarre di pochi millimetri alla volta il
miscelatore ad ogni pompaggio. Riempire il foro di resina per circa 2/3 della profondità.
 Inserirel‘elementodifissaggionelfororiempitodiresinaonellabussolaretinatafinoallaprofondità di
ancoraggio „h ef“ secondo le tabelle 1–3. Lo spazio vuoto anulare deve essere completamente riempito con
la resina. Attenersi ai tempi di applicazione „t gel“ in funzione della temperatura di applicazione.
 Dallascadenzadeltempodiapplicazione„t gel“ alla scadenza del tempo di indurimento „t cure“, evitare
qualunque manipolazione/pressione sull‘elemento di fissaggio.
 Solo dopo la scadenza del tempo di indurimento „t cure“ è consentito sottoporre a carichi il tassello.
Le cartucce parzialmente utilizzate possono essere riutilizzate entro 2 settimane. Lasciare avvitato il miscelatore
riempito con il materiale e immagazzinare la cartuccia secondo le prescrizioni. In caso di riutilizzo del materiale,
avvitare un nuovo miscelatore e buttare ancora via la prima produzione di resina, finché il colore ottenuto non è
uniformemente grigio (vedere 8).

Samengestelde mortel voor deuvelbevestigingen
Geschikt voor hol metselwerk, vol metselwerk en beton
Voor gebruik deze gebruiksaanwijzing en de veiligheidsvoorschriften lezen.
Houdbaarheidsdatum: zie etiket (maand/jaar). Het patroon mag na de houdbaarheidsdatum niet meer worden gebruikt!
Transport en opslag: koel, droog en donker; +5 °C tot 25 °C.
De temperatuur van het patroon: moet bij gebruik tussen de +5 °C en 40 °C bedragen.
De temperatuur van de ondergrond: moet bij gebruik tussen de 0 °C en 40 °C bedragen.
Doseerschaal op het etiket van het patroon: De informatie over schaaldelen in de montageaanwijzing heeft betrekking
op de verschuiving van de uitdrukplunjer op de doseerschaal.
Uitdrukapparaat: er kunnen stabiele siliconenuitdrukapparaten worden gebruikt. Inferieure uitdrukapparaten kunnen
het patroon niet naar behoren uitdrukken en/of zijn snel versleten. Wij bevelen het Hilti uitdrukapparaat MD 300 aan.
Bij aanvang van het uitdrukken wordt het patroon automatisch geopend. Het mag beslist niet opengesneden, openge-
zaagd of opengestoken worden (heeft aanzienlijke storingen bij de uitharding tot gevolg)!
Voor toepassingen buiten dienen roestvrije bevestigingselementen (HAS-R, HIS-RN) te worden gebruikt.

 Boorgatmakenmetboorhamer;hierbijvaststellen/controleren:volleondergrondofondergrondmetholle
ruimtes? Het is niet toegestaan het boorgat te maken met een diamantboor.
 – Volle ondergrond ➜ het boorgat direct voor het indrijven van de deuvel reinigen: 2x doorblazen, 2x borstelen
met staalborstel, 2x doorblazen. Boorgaten dienen vrij van stof, water, ijs, olie/vet en andere verontreinigingen
te zijn. Ontoereikende reiniging van het boorgat = slechte bevestigingswaarden
 Ondergrond met holle ruimtes ➜ zeefhuls gebruiken – een zeefhuls Hilti HIT-SC.
 Demengtuitvolledigophetpatroonschroeven.Demengtuitondergeenenkeleomstandigheidveranderen.
Voor elk nieuw patroon dient een nieuwe mengtuit te worden gebruikt.
 Patroonmetmengtuitzoaanbrengendatdedoseerschaalgoedzichtbaaris.
 Voorloopmortel verwerpen: mortel uitdrukken tot de kleur ervan helemaal grijs is. De voorloopmortel die
aanvankelijk uit de mengtuit naar buiten komt mag niet voor bevestigingen worden gebruikt. Na wisseling
van de mengtuit de voorloopmortel altijd opnieuw verwerpen
 Vulling van de HIT-SC kunststof zeefhuls: De zeefhuls vullen vanuit de centreerkap tot er bij de centreerkap
mortel naar buiten komt (vulcontrole).
 Vulling van de HIT-S metalen zeefhuls: De mengtuit tot de bodem van de zeefhuls inbrengen en hem bij elke
slag
met ca. 10 mm stapsgewijs terugtrekken.
 Volle ondergrond: het boorgat zonder luchtbellen vullen met mortel! De mengtuit tot de bodem van het
boorgat in het boorgat steken (bij diepe boorgaten een verlenging gebruiken) en hem bij elke slag langzaam
terugtrekken. Het boorgat tot ca. 2/3 met mortel vullen.
 Hetbevestigingselementtotdeverankeringsdiepte „h ef“ volgens de tabellen 1–3 in het met mortel gevulde
boorgat resp. de zeefhuls inbrengen. Hierna dient de ringspleet volledig met mortel gevuld te zijn. Afhankelijk
van de gebruikstemperatuur de verwerkingstijd „t gel“ in acht nemen.
 Naafloopvandeverwerkingstijd„t gel“ tot na afloop van de uithardingstijd „t cure“ absoluut geen manipu-
laties uitvoeren aan het bevestigingselement en dit niet belasten.
 Pas na afloop van de uithardingstijd „t cure“ mag de deuvel belast worden.
Niet geheel verbruikte patronen kunnen nog binnen 2 weken worden gebruikt. De gevulde mengtuit vastgeschroefd
laten en het patroon volgens voorschrift opslaan. Bij verder gebruik een nieuwe mengtuit vastschroeven en de
voorloopmortel opnieuw verwerpen tot de kleur ervan helemaal grijs is (zie 8).

Suitable for use in hollow masonry, solid masonry and concrete
Read the instructions for use and safety instructions before using this product.

Transport and storage: Keep in a cool, dry, dark place; +5 °C to +25 °C.
Cartridge temperature: Must lie between +5 °C and 40 °C during application.
Base material temperature: Must lie between 0 °C and 40 °C during application.
Dispensing scale on the cartridge label: The dispensing scale units described in the instructions for use refer to piston
move ment relative to the scale on the cartridge label.
Dispenser: Robustly constructed dispensers of the type used for silicone sealants may be used. Poor-quality dis-
pensers may not be able to dispense the product correctly and/or wear out quickly. We recommend use of the Hilti
MD 300 dispenser.
The cartridge opens automatically when dispensing begins. Do not, under any circumstances, cut, saw or pierce the
cartridge (this will have a seriously negative effect on the hardening of the product).
Stainless steel anchors (HAS-R, HIS-RN) must be used for outdoor applications.

(withcavities).Useofadiamondcoringmachinetodrilltheholeisnotpermissible.
 –  If the material is solid, the hole must be cleaned immediately before setting the anchor: Blow out 2x, brush
out 2x with steel wire brush, blow out 2x. The holes must be free from dust, water, ice, oil/grease or other
foreign substances. Inadequate hole cleaning = poor loadbearing capacity
Base material with cavities ➜ Use a mesh sleeve HIT-SC.
 Screwthemixingnozzleontothecartridgefully.Donotmodifythemixingnozzleinanyway.Anewmixing
nozzle must be used with each new cartridge.
 Insertthecartridgewithmixingnozzleinthedispensersothatthedispensingscaleisclearlyvisible.
 Discard the initial quantity of mortar: Operate the dispenser until the mortar escaping from the nozzle has
a uniform gray color. Do not use the initial quantity of adhesive mortar dispensed from the mixing nozzle for
making fastenings. Discard the initial quantity of mortar dispensed each time the mixing nozzle is changed.
 Filling the HIT-SC plastic mesh sleeve: Fill the mesh sleeve with mortar from the centering cap until
mortar escapes at the centering cap (filling control).
 Filling the HIT-S metal mesh sleeve: Insert the mixing nozzle to the bottom of the mesh sleeve and then retract
the mixing nozzle approx. 10 mm after each trigger pull of the dispenser.
 Solid base materials: Fill the drilled hole without trapping air! Insert the mixing nozzle as far as the base
of the hole (use an extension for deep holes) and retract the mixing nozzle slowly, step by step, after each
stroke of the dispenser. Fill the hole with mortar to approx. 2/3 of its depth.
 Pushthefasteningelementintothemortar-filledholeormeshsleeveuptonominal anchoring depth „h ef“
in accordance with tables 1–3. The annular gap must be completely filled with mortar. Observe the working
time „t gel“, which varies according to temperature.
 Afterreachingtheendoftheworking time „t gel“, do not manipulate or disturb the fastening component in
any way until the curing time „t cure“ has elapsed.
A load may be applied to the anchor only after the curing time „t cure“ has elapsed.
Partly-used cartridges may be used up within 2 weeks. Leave the mixing nozzle screwed on to partly-used cartridges
during this period and store the cartridge in accordance with storage instructions. When used again, screw on a new
mixingnozzleanddiscardtheinitialquantityofmortardispensed.Usethemortaronlywhenitiscorrectlymixedand
has a uniform gray color (see 8).
