Before using self-ballasted LED lamp please read the safety instructions carefully
Can use on a stable source of voltage that fluctuates in wide range AC120V 60Hz
Always turn off the switch when replacing or cleaning the lamp. Remove and install it bygrasping
only the plastic portion of the lamp.
This product can replace incandescent lamp to use in indoor, residential and commercial lighting
Never use in the following conditions
1 Power supply with low voltage DC such as emergency light
2 Where water may drop on the lamp
3 Unsuitable for application when the lamp must turn on and off frequently
4 Do not use in moist spot and airtight lamp fixture
5 This device is not intended for use with emergency exit fixtures or emergency exit lights
This product must not be disposed together with the domestic waste. This product has to be disposed
at an authorized place for recycling of electrical and electronic appliances.
By collecting and recycling waste, you help save natural resources, and make sure the product is
disposed in an environmental friendly and healthy way.
DISPOSAL: Do not dispose this product as unsorted municipal waste. Collection of such waste
separately for special treatment is necessary.
