WASHING THE GREASE FILTER
Wash the grease filter at least once a month.
1.
Unplug the appliance or switch off the mains
power supply.
2.
Pull out the steam deflector.
3.
Remove the grease filters: push the side
handles (c) towards the opposite side and
remove the rear filter followed by the front one.
4.
After cleaning the grease filters remount in
reverse order, making sure the entire
extraction surface is covered (mount the front
filter first, close the steam deflector and then
mount the rear filter).
REPLACING BULBS
1.
Unplug the appliance or switch off the mains
power supply.
2.
Open the light cover: slide the release buttons
(d) on the cover towards each other (towards
“Open”, as indicated on the buttons).
3.
Replace the burnt-out bulb.
4.
Use only 40W max E14 candle bulbs.
5.
Close the light cover.
FITTING OR RENEWING THE CARBON
FILTER:
Renew the carbon filter at least once every four
months.
1.
Unplug the appliance or switch off the mains
power supply.
2.
Pull out the steam deflector.
Remove the grease filters and open the light
cover.
3.
If carbon filters are already mounted (two
filters covering the motor protection grille)
and need renewing, turn the central handle
(e) anticlockwise until the filters release.
4.
If the filters are not mounted, fit one on each
side covering both the motor protection
grilles. Turn the central filter handle (e)
clockwise.
5.
Refit the grease filters and close the light
cover.
