The earbuds are on, but not connecting to my device
For the earbuds and your device to establish a connection,
you need to put them both in pairing mode. Please follow the
instructions in the Pairing section of this manual.
I’ve connected the earbuds with my smartphone but can’t
hear any sound
Double-check the volume level on your smartphone and the
earbuds. Some smartphones require you to set up the earbuds
as an audio output device before the audio can be transmit-
ted. If you’re using a music player or other device, please
make sure it supports the A2DP profile.

Once paired, you can wirelessly stream audio from your device
to the earbuds. Music will automatically pause when you receive
an incoming phone call and resume once the call has ended.

Once the earbuds are successfully paired with your device,
they can be switched on and off as follows:

Take the left and right earbuds out of the case. They will turn

After the earbuds have connected successfully, the LED

indicates they are ready to pair

Getting Started
Charging
Fully charge the charging case before first use. To charge,
connect the case to a USB charger or charging port with the
included Micro-USB cable. When the LED charging indicator
turns off, the case is fully charged. Charging takes around 2
hours, and after being fully charged, the case can fully
charge the earbuds 7 times. The earbuds should be stored in
the case when not in use. When the earbuds are charging in
the case (with the case itself not charging), the LED indicators
on the earbuds will turn solid red. When the indicators turn
green for 1 minute and then turn off, the earbuds are fully
charged.

Take the left/right earbud out
Turn on the pairing function on the device you want to pair
with the earbud
From the list of available devices, find and select "AUKEY
EP-T21"
When you turn on the earbuds, they will automatically
reconnect to the last-paired device or enter pairing mode if
no paired device is found
To clear the pairing list, remove both earbuds from the
charging case, tap and hold the touch-sensitive panel on
both earbuds for 10 seconds
In pairing mode, the earbuds will automatically turn off after
5 minutes if no devices are paired
If one of the earbuds has no sound output, put both earbuds
back into the charging case and take them out again
The maximum wireless operating range is 10m (33ft). If you
exceed this range, the earbuds will disconnect from your
paired device. The connection will be re-established if you
re-enter the wireless range within 5 minutes. The earbuds will
automatically reconnect to the last-paired device. To
connect with other devices, refer the previous pairing steps

The sound isn’t very clear or the caller can’t hear my voice
clearly
Adjust the volume on your smartphone and the earbuds. Try
moving closer to your smartphone to rule out the possibility of
interference or wireless range-related issues.
What’s the wireless range of the earbuds?
The maximum range is 10m (33ft). However, the actual range
depends on environmental factors. For optimal performance,
keep your device connected within a range of roughly 4m to
8m and make sure that there are no major obstacles (like
reinforced steel walls) between the earbuds and your device.
The earbuds won’t turn on
Try charging the earbuds for a while. If the earbuds still won’t
power on, please contact our support team at the email
address given in Warranty & Customer Support.
I put the earbuds back in the charging case, but the earbuds
are still connected
In this case, the charging case is likely to be out of power. You
will need to charge the case.

Erste Schritte
Laden
Laden Sie das Lade-Case vor der ersten Verwendung vollstän-
dig auf. Verbinden Sie das Lade-Case über das mitgelieferte
Micro-USB-Kabel mit einem USB-Ladegerät oder Ladeanschluss.
Sobald die LED-Ladeanzeige erlischt, ist das Lade-Case vollständig
geladen. Der Ladevorgang dauert ungefähr 2 Stunden. Das
Lade-Case dient zum Laden und zur Aufbewahrung der
Kopfhörer. Wenn das Lade-Case vollständig geladen ist, können
Sie die Ohrhörer damit 7-mal vollständig aufladen. Wenn Sie
die Kopfhörer laden (keine Verbindung zum Stromnetz), leuchtet
die Ladeanzeige Rot. Wenn die Anzeigen 1 Minute lang grün
leuchten und sich dann ausschalten, sind die Kopfhörer voll
aufgeladen.

Wie groß ist die kabellose Reichweite der Ohrhörer?
Die maximale Reichweite beträgt 10m. Die tatsächliche

optimale Leistung sollten Sie sich in einer Reichweite von 4 bis

Meine Ohrhörer lassen sich nicht einschalten

Les écouteurs sont allumés mais ne se connectent pas à mon
appareil.
Pour que les écouteurs et votre appareil établissent une
connexion, vous devez les mettre tous les deux en mode
d'appariement. Veuillez suivre les instructions de la section
"Appairage" de ce manuel.
J’ai établi une connexion avec mon smartphone mais je
n'entends aucun son.
Vérifiez deux fois le niveau de volume de votre smartphone et
des écouteurs. Certains smartphones exigent que vous
configuriez les écouteurs comme périphérique de sortie audio
avant que l'audio puisse être transmis. Si vous’utilisez un
lecteur de musique ou un autre appareil, assurez-vous qu'il
prend en charge le profil de musique stéréo A2DP.

Pour commencer
Chargement
Chargez complètement le boîtier de charge avant la première
utilisation. Pour charger, connectez le boîtier à un chargeur
USB ou à un port de charge à l'aide du câble Micro-USB fourni.
Lorsque le voyant de charge LED s'éteint, le boîtier est complète-
ment chargé. La charge dure environ 2 heures, et après avoir
été complètement rechargé, le boîtier peut charger complète-
ment les écouteurs 7 fois. Les écouteurs doivent être rangés dans
leur boîtier lorsqu'ils ne sont pas utilisés. Lorsque les écouteurs
se chargent dans le boîtier (le boîtier lui-même ne se charge
pas), les voyants LED sur les écouteurs deviennent rouge fixe.
Lorsque les voyants deviennent verts pendant 1 minute puis
s'éteignent, les écouteurs sont complètement chargés.
Utilisation de l'écouteur gauche ou droit uniquement
En commençant par les écouteurs dans le boîtier :

Retirez l'écouteur gauche ou droit.
Activez la fonction de couplage sur l'appareil que vous
voulez coupler avec l’écouteur
Dans la liste des appareils disponibles, recherchez et
sélectionnez « AUKEY EP-T21 »
Lorsque vous allumez les écouteurs, ils se reconnecteront
automatiquement au dernier appareil couplé ou passeront
en mode de couplage si aucun appareil couplé n'est trouvé.
Pour effacer la liste de couplage, retirez les deux oreillettes
de l'étui de chargement, maintenez enfoncé le panneau
tactile sur les deux oreillettes pendant 10 secondes
En mode de couplage, les écouteurs s'éteignent automa-
tiquement après 5 minutes si aucun appareil n'est couplé
Si l'un des écouteurs n'a pas de sortie sonore, replacez les
deux écouteurs dans le boîtier de recharge et retirez-le de
nouveau
La portée maximale de fonctionnement sans fil est de 10 m. Si
vous dépassez cette portée, les écouteurs se déconnecteront
de votre appareil couplé. La connexion sera rétablie une fois
que vous entrerez à nouveau dans la portée sans fil dans un
délai de 5 minutes. Les écouteurs se reconnecteront automa-
tiquement au dernier appareil couplé. Pour vous connecter
avec d'autres appareils, répétez les étapes précédentes de
la section « Appairage»

Le son n'est pas très clair ou l'appelant n’entend pas clairement
ma voix.
Réglez le volume de votre smartphone et des écouteurs.
Essayez de vous rapprocher de votre smartphone pour
exclure la possibilité d'interférences ou de problèmes de
portée sans fil.
Quelle est la portée sans fil des écouteurs ?
La portée maximale est de 10 m. Cependant, la portée réelle
dépendra de facteurs environnementaux. Pour une performance
optimale, gardez vos appareils connectés aux écouteurs
dans un rayon de 4 m–8 m et assurez-vous qu'il n'y a pas
d'obstacles majeurs (comme des murs d'acier renforcé) entre
les écouteurs et vos appareils.
Mes écouteurs ne s'allument pas.
Essayez de charger les écouteurs pendant un certain temps. Si
les écouteurs ne s'allument toujours pas, veuillez contacter
notre équipe d'assistance à l'adresse ci-dessous.
Je replace les écouteurs dans leur boîtier mais ils restent
connectés.
Dans ce cas, il se peut que le boîtier de charge soit déchargé.

Carga
Cargue por completo el estuche de carga antes del primer
uso. Para cargar, conecte el estuche a un cargador o puerto
de carga USB con el cable Micro-USB incluido. Cuando el
indicador de carga LED se apague, el estuche estará totalmente
cargado. La carga dura unas 2 horas y, cuando el estuche
esté totalmente cargado, puede cargar por completo los
auriculares 7 veces. Guarde los auriculares en el estuche cuando
no los utilice. Cuando los auriculares se estén cargando en el
estuche (y el estuche no se esté cargando), los indicadores LED
de los auriculares emitirán una luz roja permanente. Cuando
los indicadores pasen a verde durante 1 minuto y después se
apaguen, los auriculares estarán totalmente cargados.

Gli auricolari sono accesi ma non si collegano al mio dispositivo
Per stabilire una connessione tra gli auricolari e il dispositivo,
è necessario impostare entrambi in modalità associazione.
Si prega di seguire le istruzioni riportate nella sezione
“Associazione” del presente manuale.
Ho stabilito una connessione con lo smartphone ma non si
sente alcun suono
Controllare di nuovo il livello del volume sul proprio smartphone
e sugli auricolari. Alcuni smartphone richiedono l’installazione
degli auricolari come dispositivo con uscita audio prima di
trasmettere l’audio. Se si sta utilizzando un lettore musicale o un
altro dispositivo, assicurarsi che questo supporti il profilo A2DP
per il segnale musicale in stereo.

Caricare
Caricare completamente il case di ricarica prima del primo
utilizzo. Per caricare, collegare il case a un caricabatterie USB o
