5. Volume up, Turns the speaker volume up.

6. Link light, Flashes when your monitor is trying to  nd a link. Remains solid when the Parent and

Baby units are linked to each other.

INTRODUCTION

Thank you for purchasing the Luvion Icon Clear 70 baby monitor. From now on you can always

hear your baby. Make sure you always keep your original proof of purchase. For warranty cases

you will always be asked to show a copy of your proof of purchase. For warranty claims you can

contact the Luvion dealer or the local Luvion representative. More information can be found at

www.luvion.com. This manual contains all the information you need, to be able to use this Luvion

Icon Clear 70 baby monitor safely and with pleasure. Before using the baby monitor, we recom-

mend that you read this manual carefully. We ask for your extra attention for the safety instruc-

tions.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD - Keep the adapter cables out of the reach of children!

NEVER place the baby monitor or adapters within 1.5 meters of the crib / bed or a play-

ground.

• Never use extension cables in combination with the adapters to prevent entanglement.

• Use only the originally supplied adapters. Use only on standard (100 ~ 240 volts AC) power

points.

• If you travel abroad, check the voltage on your unit’s plugs match the local power output.

• This product is not a toy. Don’t let children play with it.

• The baby monitor is not suitable for use as a medical surveillance monitor.

• The baby monitor is not a substitute for parental supervision.

• Do not use the baby monitor in a damp environment or near water, such as in the bath-

room, kitchen, laundry room or wet basement, etc.

• This product is only suitable for indoor use.

• It is important to  rst check the range and condition of the baby monitor before  rst use

and then on a regular basis.

• Test the connection well when the baby monitor is moved.

• Use the baby monitor at a temperature between 10 °C and 40 °C, do not place the baby

monitor in direct sunlight or at other heat sources such as radiators, candles, gas cooker, etc.

Ensure there is suﬃ cient ventilation space around the baby monitor.

• Never dismantle the parent or baby unit yourself, this invalidates the warranty. This must be

done by certi ed personnel, contact the seller of the local distributor for this.

• Only replace the batteries with original Luvion batteries of the same type. Using the wrong

batteries may damage your baby monitor.

• Make sure that the parent unit is fully charged on  rst use. This guarantees an optimum

battery life.

• Dispose of used batteries in accordance with local environmental regulations.

SETUP & USE

1. PARENT UNIT SETUP

1.1 Setting up

1. Plug one of the power cables into the socket on the back of the Parent unit. ( g. 3)

2. Plug the other end of the cable into your mains wall socket and switch it on.

3. Activate the batteries by pulling the plastic tab away from the back of the Parent

unit. ( g. 5)

4. Leave the batteries to charge for 16 hours to reach maximum charge. When they

are fully charged the battery light will show full charge.

Warning: Only use the power adapters supplied. Using incorrect power adapters may

permanently damage your product.

1.2 Battery low alert on Parent unit

When the batteries on your Parent unit are running out, an alert will sound and the

battery icon will  ash. When this happens, you’ll need to charge the batteries.

If you ever need to remove the batteries, slide open the battery compartment cover

and use the ribbon to push them out.

Warning: Always use rechargeable batteries in the Parent unit. Only use the type we’ve

recommended – 2 x AA NiMH 1300mAh batteries. Charge the batteries as instructed in

this user guide. The Parent unit can still be used when it’s charging.

2. BABY UNIT SETUP

2 .1 Setting up

1. Plug the remaining power cable into the socket on the back of the Baby unit.

2. Plug the other end of the cable into your mains wall socket and switch it on. ( g. 4)

2.2 Switching on and linking the Parent and Baby units

Before switching on, make sure the Parent and Baby unit are at least one metre from

each other. Any closer and you might get audio feedback sounds.

1. Press and hold the button on the Baby unit until the orange Link indicator

 ashes.

2. Press and hold the button on the Parent unit until all the LEDs on the unit

brie y light up. The orange Link indicator will  ash and then will remain steady

when the units have linked.

3. When the units are linked, the orange Link indicator lights on the Parent and Baby

units will stop  ashing. When the lights stay steady, your monitor is ready to use.

2.3 Deciding where to put your units

The Baby unit should ideally be within 1 to 2 metres of your baby. Make sure both the

Baby unit and mains power cable are connected securely and they’re out of baby’s

reach. If the Parent and Baby units are too close together, you’ll hear a high-pitched

noise. That’s because the units are designed to be put at a distance from one another,

such as in separate rooms.

Important: The two units will need to be linked before you can start using them. If the link

between the units is broken, the Link indicator lights will  ash while they try to look for each

other. After 30 seconds, if the link is still broken, the Link indicator lights will  ash red. If the

link is broken, check that:

• the mains power is plugged in and switched on at the Baby unit

• both units are switched on

• the batteries are charged in the Parent unit

• the Parent and Baby units are within range of each other (in ideal conditions, that’s up

to 330 metres outdoors and 50 metres indoors).

3. USING YOUR LUVION ICON CLEAR 70 AUDIO BABY MONITOR

3.1 Switching the Baby unit on

1. 1. Press and hold the button, the orange Link light  ashes. When it’s  nished

linking, it’ll stop  ashing and remain steady.

2. To switch oﬀ , press and hold the button again.

3.2 Switching the Parent unit on

1. Press and hold the button on your Parent unit. The LED lights will  ash. The

orange Link light will also  icker on and oﬀ while the units are linking. When the

units have found each other, your Parent unit will go back to its idle screen.

2. To switch oﬀ , press and hold the button again. All the lights will switch oﬀ .

3.3 Changing the loudspeaker volume on your Parent unit

You can change the volume using the and buttons. If you’ve muted the sound,

the mute light will come on.

Note: The unit has  ve volume levels plus O (Mute). If you try to set the volume higher or

lower than those, you’ll hear a beep.

3.4 List of tones

Your baby monitor can produce various tones. They have the following meaning:

TONE MEANING

Single tone Con rmation (for example, saving a setting).

Fast double tone Error (for example, trying to change the

volume but already reached maximum).

Fast triple tone System alert (for example, link lost or

battery low).

You can turn oﬀ user alert tones by pressing any button on the Parent unit.

3.5 Resetting the units

Resetting either units means they’ll return to the settings they came with.

1. Make sure the unit you’re resetting is switched oﬀ .

2. Switch it back on again by pressing and holding the button down .

3. Within four seconds of turning the power back on, press and hold the button

for at least a second. You should only reset if you’re having problems with your

baby monitor.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Troubleshooting

Why is the Parent unit beeping? Take a look at 3.4 for a list of the tones the Parent unit

makes. It could be

beeping for a few diﬀ erent reasons.

• The link has been lost between your units.

Check that the Baby unit Link indicator is illu-

minated. If not, make sure the power adapter

is still connected.

• The batteries are low. See 1.2. If the Parent unit

still beeps after this, try switching the Baby

unit oﬀ at the mains power socket and remov-

ing the batteries for around 30 minutes. Make

sure the Parent unit is clean by wiping with a

damp cloth. If this doesn’t work, contact Luvion

customer service.

Why isn’t the Link light coming on? • Check that both units are switched on.

• Check the batteries in the Parent unit are in-

stalled properly and charged.

• Check that the mains power is plugged in and

switched on at the Baby unit.

• Check that the units are within range of each

other.

Why aren’t the units linking? • Make sure the units are within range of one

another.

• Check if both units are turned on.

What do I do if the battery is showing as low on the

Parent unit?

• Plug the unit into a wall power socket to

charge it. It’s best to leave the unit plugged in

whenever you can, to make sure the batteries

are always charged.

• To fully charge the batteries, the Parent unit

should be on charge for about 16 hours if

switched oﬀ and 24 hours if switched on.

• To speed things up, turn the Parent unit oﬀ

when charging if it’s not being used.

Why is my Parent unit very quiet? • You may have set the volume too low. See 3.3.

• You may have switched Mute on. Take a look

at 3.3.

Why is there a high-pitched noise coming out of one

of the units?

• The units might be too close to each other.

• The volume setting might be too high.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

• Use a soft, non-static or slightly damp cloth to clean the baby monitor.

• Never use the baby unit or parent unit in a wet or damp environment.

• Do not use or store in dusty or dirty areas.

• Do not store in warm places. High temperatures can adversely aﬀ ect the life of the electronics and aﬀ ect

the plastic parts.

• Do not store in very cold places. This can cause moisture to damage the electronics.

• Leave the housing of the products closed. Opening the housing may damage the product and void the

warranty.

• Do not drop the product and avoid violent shocks.

DISPOSAL OF PRODUCT & BATTERY

• Your baby monitor is classed as electrical or electronic equipment, so DO NOT put it in

your normal rubbish bin. It’s all part of the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment

(WEEE) Directive to recycle products in the best way

• Take these products to the collection points designated by the local authorities for

the correct collection and processing of these products.

Ouder unit (Fig. 2)

1. Batterijlampje, Batterijlampje, knippert als de batterij bijna leeg is, blijft continu branden als de batterij

wordt opgeladen.

2. Volume zachter, zet de luidspreker zachter.

3. Mute-lampje, blijft branden als het geluid uit staat.

4. Aan- / uitzetten, ingedrukt houden om de Ouder unit aan of uit te zetten.

5. Volume hoger, zet het luidsprekervolume hoger.

6. Link-lampje, knippert wanneer je babyfoon een link probeert te vinden. Brandt constant wanneer de

ouder- en babyunits zijn gelinkt (aan elkaar gekoppeld).

7. Adapter aansluiting (aan de achterkant), voor aansluiting op het stopcontact met de meegeleverde

stroomadapter.

altijd horen. Zorg ervoor dat u altijd uw originele aankoopbewijs bewaart. Voor garantiegevallen

zal u altijd gevraagd worden om een kopie van uw aankoopbewijs te tonen. Voor garantiegeval-

len kunt u contact opnemen met de Luvion dealer, of met de lokale Luvion vertegenwoordiger.

tie om veilig en met plezier gebruik te kunnen maken van deze Luvion Icon Clear 70 babyfoon.

vragen uw extra aandacht voor de veiligheidsinstructies.

VEILIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES

• WAARSCHUWING: VERSTIKKINGSGEVAAR - Houd de adapterkabels buiten het bereik

van kinderen! NOOIT de babyfoon of adapters binnen 1,5 meter van de wieg/bed of een

speelplaats plaatsen.

• Gebruik nooit verlengkabels in combinatie met de adapters om verstrikking te voorkomen.

• Gebruik alleen de oorspronkelijk meegeleverde adapters. Alleen gebruiken op standaard

(100~240 volts AC) stopcontacten.

• Als u naar het buitenland reist, controleer dan of het voltage op de stekkers van uw appa-

raat overeenkomt met het lokale vermogen.

• Dit product is geen speelgoed. Laat kinderen er niet mee spelen.

• De babyfoon niet geschikt voor gebruik als medische bewakingsmonitor.

• De babyfoon is geen vervanging van ouderlijk toezicht.

• Gebruik de babyfoon niet in een vochtige omgeving of nabij water, zoals in de badkamer,

keuken, wasruimte of vochtige kelder, etc.

• Dit product is alleen geschikt voor gebruik binnenshuis.

• Het is belangrijk voor het eerste gebruik en vervolgens op regelmatige basis het bereik en

de staat van de babyfoon goed te controleren.

• Test het bereik goed wanneer de babyfoon wordt verplaatst.

• Gebruik de babyfoon bij een temperatuur tussen 10°C en 35°C, plaats de babyfoon niet in

direct zonlicht of bij andere warmtebronnen zoals radiatoren, kaarsen, gasfornuis etc. Zorg

voor voldoende ventilatieruimte rondom de babyfoon.

• Demonteer nooit zelf de ouder- of babyunit hiermee vervalt de garantie. Dit dient door

gekwali ceerd personeel te gebeuren, neem hiervoor contact op met de verkoper of locale

distributeur.

• Vervang de batterijen alleen door originele Luvion batterijen van hetzelfde type. Gebruik

van verkeerde batterijen kan de babyfoon beschadigen.

• Zorg ervoor dat bij het eerste gebruik de ouder unit volledig is opgeladen. Dit garandeert

een optimale levensduur van de batterijen.

• Gooi gebruikte batterijen weg in overeenstemming met de plaatselijke milieuvoorschriften.

SETUP EN GEBRUIK

1. OUDERUNIT SETUP

1.1 Installeren

1. Sluit een van de voedingskabels aan op de aansluiting aan de achterkant van het

oudertoestel. (Afb.3)

2. Steek het andere uiteinde van de kabel in het stopcontact en zet de ouderunit

aan.

3. Activeer de batterijen door het plastic lipje weg te trekken aa de achterkant van

de ouderunit. (Afb.5)

4. Laat de batterijen 16 uur opladen om de maximale lading te bereiken. Als ze volle-

dig zijn opgeladen, geeft het batterijpictogram op het display aan dat ze volledig

zijn opgeladen.

Waarschuwing: Gebruik alleen de meegeleverde voedingsadapters. Het gebruik van

verkeerde voedingsadapters kan je babyfoon permanent beschadigen.

1.2 Batterijen leeg waarschuwing op de ouder unit

Als de batterijen van de ouderunit bijna leeg zijn, klinkt er een waarschuwing en gaat

het batterijpictogram knipperen. Als dit gebeurt, moet je de batterijen opladen. Als je

ooit de batterijen moet verwijderen, schuif dan het deksel van het batterijvak open en

gebruikt het lint om ze naar buiten te duwen.

Waarschuwing: Gebruik altijd oplaadbare batterijen in de ouderunit. Gebruik alleen het

aanbevolen type batterijen - 2 x AA NiMH 1300 mAh-batterijen. Laad de batterijen op

volgens de instructies in deze gebruikershandleiding. De ouderunit kan nog steeds worden

gebruikt tijdens het opladen.

2. BABY UNIT SETUP

2 .1 Installeren

1. Steek een van de 2 stroomkabels in de aansluiting aan de achterkant van de baby-

unit.

2. Steek het andere uiteinde van de kabel in het stopcontact en zet deze aan. (Afb. 4)

2.2 Inschakelen en koppelen van ouder- en baby unit

Zorg ervoor dat de ouder unit en de baby unit ten minste één meter van elkaar ver-

wijderd zijn voordat u de apparaten inschakelt. Als deze dichter bij elkaar zijn, krijgt u

mogelijk audiofeedbackgeluiden.

1. Houd de knop op de baby unit ingedrukt tot het oranje Link-lampje knippert.

2. Houd de Houd de knop op het oudertoestel ingedrukt tot alle leds op de

ouderunit even gaan branden. De oranje Link-indicator knippert en blijft dan

continu branden als de units zijn gekoppeld.

3. Wanneer de units zijn gekoppeld, stoppen de oranje Link-indicatorlampjes op de

ouder- en babyunits met knipperen. Als de lampjes constant blijven, is uw baby-

foon klaar voor gebruik.

2.3 Beslissen waar je de ouder- en baby unit wil plaatsen

De babyunit zou idealiter binnen 1 tot 2 meter van je baby moeten staan. Zorg ervoor

dat zowel de baby unit als het netsnoer goed zijn aangesloten en buiten het bereik

van de baby zijn. Als de ouder- en baby unit te dicht bij elkaar staan, hoort u een hoge

toon. Dat komt omdat de units zijn ontworpen om op afstand van elkaar te worden

geplaatst in aparte kamers.

Belangrijk: De twee units moeten worden gekoppeld voordat u ze kunt gaan gebruiken.

Als de verbinding tussen de units verbroken is, zullen de Link-indicatielampjes knipperen

terwijl ze elkaar proberen te zoeken. Als de verbinding na 30 seconden nog steeds is

verbroken, gaan de verbindingsindicatielampjes rood knipperen. Als de link verbroken is,

controleer dan of:

• de voedingskabel is aangesloten en op de baby unit

• beide units aan staan

• de batterijen worden opgeladen in de ouder unit

• de ouder- en baby unit binnen bereik zijn van elkaar (binnen 330 meter buitenshuis,

onder ideale omstandigheden, of binnen 50 meter binnenshuis).

3. UW LUVION ICON CLEAR 70 AUDIO BABYFOON GEBRUIKEN

3.1 De baby unit aanzetten

1. Druk op de knop, het oranje verbindingslampje knippert. Als het linken is vol-

tooid, stopt het met knipperen en brandt het constant.

2. Druk nogmaals op de knop ingedrukt om de baby unit weer uit te zetten.

3.2 De ouder unit aanzetten

1. Druk op de knop op uw oudertoestel. De led-lampjes gaan knipperen. Het

oranje verbindingslampje knippert ook terwijl de units aan het koppelen zijn.

Wanneer de units elkaar hebben gevonden, brandt het oranje lampje constant.

2. Druk op de knop om de ouder unit weer uit te zetten. Alle lampjes gaan uit.

3.3 Het luidsprekervolume op de ouderunit wijzigen

Je kan het volume wijzigen met de en knoppen. Als je het geluid gedempt hebt,

gaat het mute lampje branden.

Opmerking: het apparaat heeft vijf volumeniveaus plus Mute (geluid uit). Als je het volume

hoger of lager probeert in te stellen, hoor je een pieptoon.

3.4 Overzicht van tonen

Je babyfoon kan verschillende tonen produceren. Ze hebben de volgende betekenis:

TOON BETEKENIS

Enkele toon Bevestiging (bijvoorbeeld het opslaan van een

instelling).

Snelle dubbele toon Fout (bijvoorbeeld bij het wijzigen van het

volume maar het maximum al bereikt).

Snelle drievoudige toon Systeemwaarschuwing (bijvoorbeeld link

verbroken of batterij bijna leeg).

Je kan de gebruikerswaarschuwingstonen uitschakelen door op een willekeurige knop

op het oudertoestel te drukken.

3.5 De ouder- en baby unit resetten

Als je beide eenheden reset, keren ze terug naar de instellingen waarmee ze zijn

geleverd.

1. Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat dat je wil resetten, is uitgeschakeld.

2. Schakel het weer in door ingedrukt te houden.

3. Houd binnen vier seconden nadat je het apparaat weer hebt ingeschakeld de

toets minstens een seconde ingedrukt. Gebruik de resetfunctie alleen als je prob-

lemen heeft met je babyfoon.

PROBLEEM EN OPLOSSING

Probleem en oplossing

Waarom piept de ouder unit? Bekijk 3.4 voor een lijst met de tonen die de ouder

unit maakt. Het kan om een paar verschillende

redenen piepen:

• De link tussen de units is verbroken. Con-

troleer of de link indicator op de babyunit

brandt. Als dit niet het geval is, controleer

dan of de voedingsadapter nog steeds is

aangesloten.

• De batterijen zijn bijna leeg. Zie 1.2. Als het

oudertoestel hierna nog steeds piept, probeer

het babytoestel dan helemaal uit te schakelen:

haal de stekker uit het stopcontact en ver-

wijder de batterijen gedurende ongeveer 30

minuten.

• Zorg ervoor dat de ouderunit schoon is door

deze af te vegen met een vochtige doek.

Neem contact op met de klantenservice van Luvion

als dit niet werkt.

Waarom gaat het Link-lampje niet branden? • Controleer of beide units zijn ingeschakeld.

• Controleer of de batterijen in de ouder unit

correct zijn geplaatst en zijn opgeladen.

• Controleer of de netvoeding is aangesloten en

of de baby unit aan staat.

• Controleer of de units binnen elkaars bereik

zijn.

Waarom linken de units niet? • Zorg ervoor dat de units binnen elkaars bereik

zijn.

• Controleer of beide units zijn ingeschakeld.

Wat moet ik doen als de batterij bijna leeg is op de

ouder unit?

• Sluit het apparaat aan op een stopcontact om

het op te laden. Het is het beste om het ap-

paraat zo vaak mogelijk aangesloten te laten,

om er zeker van te zijn dat de batterijen altijd

opgeladen zijn.

• Om de batterijen volledig op te laden, moet de

ouder unit ongeveer 16 uur worden opgeladen

als deze is uitgeschakeld en 24 uur als deze is

ingeschakeld.

• Schakel de ouder unit tijdens het opladen uit

als deze niet wordt gebruikt om het opladen te

versnellen.

Waarom is mijn ouderunit erg stil? • Mogelijk heb je het volume te laag ingesteld.

Zie 3.3.

• Mogelijk heb je Mute ingeschakeld. Bekijk 3.3.

Waarom komt er een hoog geluid uit een van de

units?

• De units staan mogelijk te dicht bij elkaar.

• De volume-instelling is mogelijk te hoog.

VERZORGING & ONDERHOUD

• Gebruik een zachte, niet-statische of licht vochtige doek om de babyfoon te reinigen.

• Gebruik de baby-unit of ouder-unit nooit in een natte of vochtige omgeving.

• Niet gebruiken of opslaan in stoﬃ ge of vuile ruimtes.

• Niet op warme plaatsen bewaren. Hoge temperaturen kunnen de levensduur van de elektronica en de

kunststof onderdelen nadelig beïnvloeden.

• Niet op zeer koude plaatsen bewaren. Hierdoor kan vocht de elektronica beschadigen.

PRÉSENTATION DU PRODUIT

Unité bébé (Fig.1)

1. Microphone.

2. Marche / arrêt, appuyez et maintenez pour allumer ou éteindre l’appareil.

3. Indicateur de couplage, clignote en orange lorsque votre moniteur tente d’établir une liaison.

4. Prise de courant (à l’arrière), pour la connexion au secteur à l’aide de l’adaptateur secteur fourni.

Unité parents (Fig.2

1. Le voyant de la batterie, clignote lorsque la batterie est faible, reste allumé de manière constante

pendant la charge de la batterie.

2. Baisser le volume, diminue le haut-parleur.

3. Voyant muet, reste allumé lorsque votre unité parents est en mode muet.

4. Marche / arrêt, appuyez et maintenez pour allumer ou éteindre l’appareil.

5. Augmenter le volume, augmente le volume du haut-parleur.

6. Voyant de couplage, clignote lorsque votre moniteur tente de trouver une liaison. Reste allumé

lorsque les unités parents et bébé sont couplées.

7. Prise de courant (à l’arrière), pour la connexion au secteur à l’aide de l’adaptateur secteur fourni.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ

• AVERTISSEMENT : RISQUE D’ÉTOUFFEMENT - Tenez les câbles de l’adaptateur hors de

portée des enfants ! NE JAMAIS placer le babyphone ou les adaptateurs à moins de 1,5

mètre du berceau / lit ou d’une aire de jeux.

• N’utilisez jamais de rallonges en combinaison avec les adaptateurs pour éviter tout enchevê-

trement.

• Utilisez uniquement les adaptateurs fournis à l’origine. Utilisez uniquement sur les prises

d’alimentation secteur standard (100 ~ 240 volts AC).

• Si vous voyagez à l’étranger, véri ez que la tension des prises de votre appareil correspond à

la tension électrique du secteur locale.

• Ce produit n’est pas un jouet. Ne laissez pas les enfants jouer avec.

• Le babyphone n’est pas fait pour être utilisé comme moniteur de surveillance médicale.

• Le babyphone ne remplace pas la surveillance parentale.

• N’utilisez pas le babyphone dans un environnement humide ou près de l’eau, comme dans

la salle de bain, la cuisine, la buanderie ou un sous-sol humide, etc.

• Ce produit ne convient que pour une utilisation en intérieur.

• Il est important de véri er d’abord la portée et l’état du babyphone avant la première utilisa-

tion, puis régulièrement.

• Testez correctement la connexion lorsque vous déplacez le babyphone.

• Utilisez le babyphone à une température comprise entre 10 °C et 40 °C, ne placez pas le ba-

byphone à la lumière directe du soleil ou à d’autres sources de chaleur telles que radiateurs,

bougies, cuisinière à gaz, etc. Assurez-vous qu’il y a suﬃ samment de circulation d’air autour

du babyphone.

• Ne démontez jamais l’unité parents ou bébé vous-même, cela annule la garantie. Cela doit

être fait par du personnel certi é, contactez le vendeur du distributeur local pour cela.

• Ne remplacez les piles que par des piles Luvion originales du même type. L’utilisation de

piles incorrectes peut endommager votre babyphone.

• Assurez-vous que l’unité parents est complètement chargée lors de la première utilisation.

Cela garantit une durée de vie optimale de la batterie.

• Jetez les piles usagées conformément aux réglementations environnementales locales.

CONFIGURATION ET UTILISATION

1.1 Installation

1. Branchez l’un des câbles d’alimentation dans la prise à l’arrière de l’unité parents.

2. Branchez l’autre extrémité du câble dans votre prise secteur et mettez-la sous

tension.

3. Activez les piles en retirant la languette en plastique de l’arrière de l’unité parents.

4. Laisser les batteries se charger pendant 16 heures pour atteindre la charge maxi-

male.

Avertissement : utilisez uniquement les adaptateurs secteur fournis. L’utilisation

d’adaptateurs d’alimentation non compatibles peut endommager dé nitivement votre

produit.

1.2 Alerte de batterie faible sur l’unité parents

Lorsque les piles de votre unité parents sont épuisées, une alerte retentit et le voyant

de la batterie clignote. Dans ce cas, vous devrez charger les batteries.

Si jamais vous avez besoin de retirer les piles, faites glisser le couvercle du comparti-

ment des piles et utilisez le ruban pour les faire sortir.

Avertissement : utilisez toujours des piles rechargeables dans l’unité parents. Utilisez

uniquement le type que nous vous avons recommandé - 2 piles AA NiMH 1300 mAh.

Chargez les piles comme indiqué dans ce manuel d’utilisation. L’unité parents peut toujours

être utilisée lorsqu’elle est en charge.

2. CONFIGURATION DE L’UNITÉ BÉBÉ

2 .1 Installation

1. Branchez le câble d’alimentation restant dans la prise à l’arrière de l’unité bébé.

2. Branchez l’autre extrémité du câble dans votre prise murale et allumez. ( g.4)

2.2 Allumer et coupler les unités parents et bébé

Avant d’allumer, assurez-vous que les unités parents et bébé sont à au moins un mètre

l’une de l’autre. Si elles sont plus près l’une de l’autre vous pourriez entendre un siﬄ e-

ment aigu.

1. Appuyez sur le bouton de l’unité bébé et maintenez-le enfoncé jusqu’à ce que

le voyant de liaison orange clignote.

2. Appuyez sur le bouton de l’unité parents et maintenez-le enfoncé jusqu’à ce

que tous les voyants de l’unité s’allument brièvement. L’indicateur de couplage

orange clignote. Lorsque les unités sont couplées, les voyants orange de couplage

des unités Parents et Bébé cessent de clignoter. Lorsque les lumières restent  xes,

votre moniteur est prêt à être utilisé.

2.3 Décider où placer vos unités

L’unité bébé doit idéalement être placée à 1 à 2 mètres de votre bébé. Assurez-vous

que l’unité bébé et le câble d’alimentation sont correctement connectés et qu’ils sont

hors de portée de bébé. Si les unités parents et bébé sont trop proches l’une de l’autre,

vous entendrez un bruit aigu. En eﬀ et, les unités sont conçues pour être éloignées les

unes des autres, par exemple dans des pièces séparées.

Important: les deux unités devront être couplées avant que vous puissiez commencer à les

utiliser. Si la liaison entre les unités est rompue, les voyants lumineux de couplage clignoter-

ont pendant qu’elles essaient de se chercher. Au bout de 30 secondes, si la liaison est

toujours interrompue, les voyants de couplage clignoteront en rouge. Si le lien est rompu,

véri ez que :

• l’alimentation secteur est branchée et allumée sur l’unité bébé

• les deux unités sont allumées

• les piles sont chargées dans l’unité parents

• les unités parents et bébé sont à portée l’une de l’autre (dans des conditions idéales,

c’est-à-dire jusqu’à 330 mètres à l’extérieur et 50 mètres à l’intérieur).

3. UTILISATION DE VOTRE BABYPHONE LUVION ICON CLEAR 70 AUDIO

3.1 Allumer l’unité bébé

1. Appuyez sur le bouton et maintenez-le enfoncé, le voyant orange de couplage

clignote. Une fois le couplage terminé, le voyant cessera de clignoter et restera

allumé.

2. Pour éteindre, appuyez de nouveau sur le bouton et maintenez-le enfoncé.

3.2 Allumer l’unité parents

1. Appuyez sur le bouton . Les voyants LED clignotent. Le voyant de liaison orange

clignote également pendant le couplage des unités. Lorsque les unités se sont

trouvées, la lumière orange sera allumée en continu.

2. Pour éteindre, appuyez de nouveau sur le bouton et maintenez-le enfoncé.

3.3 Véri cation ou modi cation du volume du haut-parleur sur votre unité parents
