FEATURES
This eighteen-bottle wine cooler is designed to accept 750 ml bottles up to 315mm (12.5") tall.
There are two temperature zones. The lower zone has a capacity of 12 bottles, and temperature
settings between 18ºC (65ºF) and 12ºC (54ºF). The upper zone has a capacity of 6 bottles, and
temperature settings between 12ºC (54ºF) and 8ºC (48ºF). Interior light operated by external
switch. Temperature selection, ºC or ºF, switchable.
SAFETY
- This unit is an indoor appliance. DO NOT use OUTDOORS.
- Household Use Only
- There must be at least 127 mm (5”) clearance around the unit to ensure proper ventilation.
- Place unit on a flat surface, away from heat sources
- Do not use the appliance if the plug or cable is damaged. If the power cord is damaged and/or
is malfunctioning, please contact the manufacturer.
- Pull the plug out of the outlet to disconnect. DO NOT pull the cord.
- Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
- Unplug the appliance when not in use.
Use of extension cords
Because of potential safety hazards under certain conditions, we strongly recommend against the
use of an extension cord. However, if you must use an extension cord, it is absolutely necessary that
it is a UL-listed (in the United States) or a CSA-listed (in Canada), 3-wire grounding type appliance
extension cord that has a grounding type plug and outlet, and that the electrical rating of the cord is
15 amperes (minimum) and 120 volts.

INSTALLATION
Choose a location where there is an electrical outlet within reach of the power cord. There must
be at least 127 mm (5”) clearance around the unit to ensure proper ventilation.

Ce refroidisseur à vin de 18 bouteilles est conçu pour accepter des bouteilles de 750ml d’une
hauteur de 315mm (12.5”). Il y a deux zones de température. La zone inférieure a une capacité
de 12 bouteilles, et un réglage de température entre 18°C (65°F) et 12°C (54°F). La zone

Utilisation d’un cordon prolongateur
En raison des risques de sécurité sous des conditions en particulier, nous recommandons que
vous n’utilisiez pas un cordon prolongateur. Cependant, si vous devez le faire, c’est absolument
nécessaire que le cordon soit UL-énuméré (aux États-Unis) ou CSA-énuméré (au Canada), mise à
la terre à 3 fils et que la caractéristique électrique du cordon et de la prise soient de 15 ampères
et 120 volts.

INSTALLATION
Choisissez un endroit où il y a une prise de puissance à la portée du cordon d’alimentation. Il doit

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Fill the Wine Cellar with your favorite wines. It will take approximately 6 hours for the unit to
stabilize the temperature. You can adjust the temperature to match the variety of wine by
pressing the temperature control button once for each 1º step; after reaching the highest setting,
by default, the display will revert to the lowest temperature setting and you will need to start over.
Use for upper zone, and for lower zone. While flashing, the display for each zone is in the
SET mode. When not flashing the display shows the actual temperature.
Wine enthusiasts always say the secret to good wine is the temperature. Each kind of wine should
be maintained and served at a particular temperature. The 18-bottle Wine Cellar, with two
independent zones, allows you to do both. Below, we have included a chart that suggests the
storage temperatures for the wine of your choice.
Red Wines 10-18˚C (50-65˚F)
White Wines 8-10˚C (48-50˚F)
Rose Wines 8-12˚C (48-55˚F)
Champagnes 6-11˚C (42-52˚F)
Fortified Wines 13-18˚C (55-65˚F)
MAINTENANCE
• Clean the interior using mild detergents or glass cleaning products.
• NEVER use harsh detergents or solvents.
• DO NOT immerse in water.
• Periodically, empty the tray of accumulated condensation located at the back of the unit.
MODE D’EMPLOI
Remplissez le refroidisseur à vin avec vos vins de préférence. L’appareil prendra au moins six
heures pour stabiliser la température. Vous pouvez ajuster la température selon les recommanda-
tions de température pour certaines variétés de vin en appuyant sur le bouton de commande à
reprise pour chaque étape; ensuite, après avoir atteint la plus haute température, par défaut
l’afficheur retournera à la plus basse température et vous avez à recommencer. Utilisez pour
la zone supérieur et pour la zone inférieure. Lorsque l’afficheur pour chaque zone clignote,
vous avez à régler la température. Lorsque l’afficheur pour chaque zone ne clignote pas, la
température est réglée.
Les grands connaisseurs de vins affirment que le secret d’un bon vin est la température. Chaque
type de vin devrait être gardé et servi à une température recommandée. Le cellier à vin avec deux
zones indépendantes vous permet de faire tous les deux. Vous trouverez ci-dessous une charte
indiquant les températures recommandées pour les vins de votre choix.

ENTRETIEN
