1. Powering on:

1.1. Without kettle on the base: After the product is powered on, the

buzzer sounds a long hint tone, the LED display tube displays letter

“E” all the time, and any buttons are not valid.

1.2. With kettle on the base: After the product is powered on, the buzzer

sounds a long hint tone, the LED display tube displays letter “C”,

after about 3 s, the product enters the standby mode, and the

functions of the specific program “1” are selected by default. At the

same time, the indicator light on the top left corner of the LED

display tube turns on, and the LED display tube displays the current

temperature.

2. Selecting tea brewing programs and setting tea brewing temperature

and time

2.1. Selecting specific tea brewing programs:

In standby status: When you click the button #1 at the first time, the

indicator light corresponding to the button # 1 turns on, the LED

display tube enters the fixed displaying mode of tea brewing and

displays “1” by default, and the corresponding indicator light on the

top left corner turns on at the same time (Specific tea brewing

programs correspond to respective indicator lights). Then, you can

select “1, 2, 3, 4 and 5” with the buttons #2 and #3 within 5 s. Figures

have the following meanings:

1: herbal tea: 212°F/6 minutes brewing time

2: black tea: 212°F/3 minutes brewing time

3: oolong tea: 200°F/3 minutes brewing time

4: white tea: 180°F/3 minutes brewing time

5: green tea: 160°F/3 minutes brewing time

2.2. Customizing tea brewing temperature:

In standby status: When you double-click the button #1, the product

enters the temperature setting program, the LED display tube

displays 176 °F by default. Then, you can set the tea brewing

temperature from 122 ~ 212 °F with the buttons #2 and #3 within 5 s.

2.3. Customizing tea brewing time:

In standby status: When you click the button #1 three times, the

product enters the time setting program, the LED display tube

displays 3 min by default. Then, you can set the tea brewing time

from 1 ~ 15 min with the buttons #2 and #3 within 5 s.

2.4. In standby status: When you click the button #1 four times, the

product returns to the setting program in 2.1.

2.5. When the kettle is keeping warm after water is boiled to the target

temperature, the indicator light corresponding to the button #1 turns

on. At this time, the LED display tube displays the set temperature,

please click the button #1 to switch to the tea brewing time setting

program. Then, you can set the tea brewing time from 1 ~ 15 min

again with the buttons #2 and #3.

(If there is no operation within 5 s after you click the button #1, the LED

display tube returns to display real-time temperature; when you click

the button #1 again, the product directly returns to the setting program

you selected last time.)

3. Starting/Cancelling tea brewing

Operation Manual

3.1. After the product is powered on, the kettle enters the standby status,

please click the button #4. Then, the indicator light corresponding to the

button #4 turns on, the kettle starts to boil water according to program

“1” by default, the LED display tube displays the target tea brewing

temperature, and after 3 s, the LED display tube switches to display the

real-time temperature. During water boiling, you can click the button #4

again to cancel water boiling and return to the standby status.

3.2. After water is boiled to the target temperature to brew tea, the buzzer

sounds 3 times, the indicator light corresponding to the button #1

turns on, the indicator light corresponding to the button #4 turns off,

and the kettle starts to keep warm.

3.3. When the kettle is keeping warm after water is boiled to the target

temperature to brew tea, click the button #4 to brew tea. If you

previously selected the specific tea brewing programs “1-5”, the kettle

brews tea for corresponding default tea brewing time; if you

previously selected custom tea brewing, the kettle brews tea at

custom tea brewing temperature for custom tea brewing time. After

tea brewing is finished, the kettle starts to keep warm. During tea

brewing, you can click the button #4 again to cancel tea brewing and

return to the standby status. (If the kettle is brewing tea, the indicator

light corresponding to tea brewing on the bottom right corner of the

LED display tube turns on; else, this indicator light turns off)

4. Keeping warm

4.1. The kettle starts to keep warm after water is boiled to the target

temperature. During warm keeping, if there is no operation, the kettle

stops keeping warm and turns off any display by default after 20 min.

4.2. After tea brewing is finished, the kettle starts to keep warm, and after

20 min, the kettle stops keeping warm and turns off any display.

5. Standby to save energy:

In standby mode, if there is no operation within 30 min, the product will

turn off.

6. Functions of pressing and holding buttons:

6.1. Function of pressing and holding button to silence: When the button

#1 is valid, press and hold it 2 s. Then, the buzzer sounds twice, and

it indicates the product is silenced successfully.

6.2. Function of pressing and holding button to turn off: While the product

starts on, press and hold the button #4 for 2 s. Then, the product

turns off; after the product is turned off, you can click any button to

restart it.

Notes:

a. When buttons are valid, the buzzer sounds a “tick”;

b. There are 6 round LED lights above and under the LED tube, and

they are indicator lights for specific tea brewing programs. They are

arranged orderly in “Z” shape from the top left corner to indicate

specific programs “1, 2, 3, 4 and 5” and the tea brewing program.

c. During water boiling and tea brewing and after tea brewing, no

button is available except the button #4, namely that only button #4

can cancel tea brewing and return to the standby status.

d. If the kettle is placed on the base, buttons respond to operations of

users; else, buttons do not respond. In any status after startup,

when you place it on the base after lifting it, the product returns to

the standby status again.

Operation Manual

1. Fill the kettle with 0.5L white vinegar and the remainder with water

and allow to stand for over 1 hours;

2. Empty the solution from the kettle. Wipe off the deposits remained

with damp cloth;

3. Fill the kettle with clean water, bring to boil and then discard the

water. Repeat and the kettle will be ready to use;

4. If necessary, repeat the operations above for several times;

5. Do not immerse into water. The surface of the kettle may be wiped

over with a damp cloth and polished with a soft dry cloth;

6. Grasp the top of the scale filter and pull upwards to remove. Wash

with clean water and dry thoroughly before replacing in the kettle.

To prolong the kettle's life, please clean the mineral

deposits in the kettle regularly.

Always unplug from the plug socket and allow to cool

down before cleaning.

►

Do not use chemical, steel wool, or abrasive cleaners to

clean the outside of the kettle, as these will scratch the

surface and fade the outside color.

PROTECTIONS IMPORTANTES

Lors de l’utilisation des appareils électriques, des précautions

3. Pour éviter tout risque d’électrocution, ne pas plonger le

4. Une attention particulière est nécessaire lorsque l’appareil

est utilisé par ou à proximité d’enfants.

5. Débrancher l’appareil de la prise électrique lorsqu’il n’est

pas utilisé ou avant son nettoyage. Laisser refroidir avant

de monter ou démonter des accessoires.

6. Ne pas faire fonctionner l’appareil ayant le cordon ou la fiche

endommagé, ou après un dysfonctionnement de l’appareil

Renvoyer l’appareil au centre d’entretien autorisé le plus

proche pour un examen, une réparation ou un réglage.

7. L’utilisation d’accessoires non-recommandés par le

fabricant de l’appareil peut entrainer des blessures.

8. Ne pas utiliser à l’extérieur.

9. Ne pas laisser pendre le cordon d’alimentation de la table

ou du comptoir, ou toucher une surface chaude.

10. Ne pas placer l’unité sur ou à proximité d’un brûleur à gaz

CONSERVER CES INSTRUCTIONS

A. Un cordon d’alimentation court est fourni afin de réduire les

risques de s’emmêler ou de trébucher sur un cordon plus long.

B. Des cordons de rallonge sont disponibles et peuvent être

utilisés si une attention particulière est portée.

C. Si une rallonge est utilisée, (1) Les caractéristiques du câble

ou de la rallonge doivent être au moins égales à celles de

l’appareil, et (2) le cordon le plus long devrait être disposé

afin qu’il ne pende pas du comptoir ou de la table là où il

pourrait être tiré par des enfants ou faire trébucher quelqu’un

par accident.

Remarques sur la carte :

3) La rallonge doit être disposée de telle façon qu’elle ne dépasse pas

du comptoir ou de la table d’où elle pourrait être tirée par un enfant

1. Mise en marche :

1.1. Sans bouilloire sur la base : Une fois la bouilloire est mise sous

tension, une longue tonalité est émise, la lettre « E » sera affichée en

permanence sur l’écran LED, et tous les boutons ne répondent plus.

1.2. Avec la bouilloire sur la base : Une fois la bouilloire est mise sous

tension, une longue tonalité est émise, la lettre « C » sera affichée

en permanence sur l’écran LED, après environ 3 secondes, la

bouilloire passe en mode veille et les fonctions du programme « 1 »

sont sélectionnées par défaut. En même temps, l’indicateur situé

dans le coin supérieur gauche de l’écran LED apparaît et la

température actuelle sera affichée.

2. Sélection des programmes d’infusion de thé et réglage de la

température et du temps d’infusion de thé

2.1. Sélection de programmes particuliers d’infusion de thé :

En mode veille : Lorsque vous appuyez sur la touche n° 1 pour la

première fois, l’indicateur correspondant à la touche n° 1 apparaît,

l’écran LED passe en mode affichage permanent d’infusion de thé

et affiche « 1 » par défaut et l’indicateur correspondant apparaît

dans le coin supérieur gauche (les programmes particuliers

d’infusion de thé correspondent aux indicateurs respectifs). Vous

pouvez ensuite sélectionner « 1, 2, 3, 4 ou 5 » avec les touches 2 et

3 dans les 5 secondes. Significations des figures suivantes :

1 : Thé aux herbes : 100°C/temps d’infusion de 6 minutes

2 : Thé noir : 100°C/temps d’infusion de 3 minutes

3 : Thé oolong : 93°C/temps d’infusion de 3 minutes

4 : Thé blanc : 82°C/temps d’infusion de 3 minutes

5 : Thé vert : 71°C/temps d’infusion de 3 minutes

2.2. Réglage de la température d’infusion du thé :

En mode veille : Lorsque vous appuyez deux fois sur la touche n° 1,

la bouilloire passe au programme de réglage de la température,

l’écran LED affiche 80°C par défaut. Vous pouvez ensuite régler la

température d’infusion du thé de 50 à 100°C à l’aide des touches

n° 2 et n° 3 dans les 5 secondes.

2.3. Réglage de la température d’infusion du thé :

En mode veille : Lorsque vous appuyez trois fois sur la touche n° 1,

la bouilloire passe au programme de réglage du temps, l’écran LED

affiche 3 minutes par défaut. Vous pouvez ensuite régler le temps

d’infusion du thé de 1 à 15 minutes à l’aide des touches n° 2 et n° 3

dans les 5 secondes.

2.4. En mode veille : Lorsque vous appuyez quatre fois sur la touche

n° 1, la bouilloire retourne au programme de réglage en 2.1.

2.5. Lorsque la bouilloire est en mode garde au chaud après avoir bouilli

l’eau à la température fixée, l’indicateur correspondant à la touche

n° 1 apparaît. À ce moment, l’écran LED affiche la température fixée;

appuyez sur la touche n° 1 pour passer au programme de réglage du

temps d’infusion de thé. Vous pouvez ensuite régler le temps

d’infusion du thé de 1 à 15 minutes à l’aide des touches n° 2 et n° 3.

(Si aucune opération n’est effectuée dans les 5 secondes après avoir

appuyé sur la touche n° 1, l’écran LED affiche à nouveau la

température en temps réel; lorsque vous appuyez à nouveau sur la

touche n° 1, la bouilloire retourne directement au précédent programme

de réglage sélectionné.)

3. Démarrage/annulation de l’infusion de thé

3.1. Une fois la bouilloire allumée, elle passe en mode veille, appuyez

sur la touche n° 4. L’indicateur correspondant à la touche n° 4

apparaît, la bouilloire commence à faire bouillir l’eau selon le

programme « 1 » par défaut, l’écran LED affiche la température

d’infusion fixée du thé cible et après 3 secondes, l’écran LED affiche

la température en temps réel. Pendant l’ébullition de l’eau, vous

pouvez à nouveau appuyer sur la touche n° 4 pour annuler

l’ébullition de l’eau et retourner au mode veille.

3.2. Une fois l’eau a été bouillie à la température d’infusion de thé fixée, 3

bip sont émis, l’indicateur correspondant à la touche n° 1 apparaît,

l’indicateur correspondant à la touche n° 4 disparaît et la bouilloire

passe en mode garde au chaud.

3.3. Lorsque la bouilloire est en mode garde au chaud après avoir bouilli

l’eau à la température fixée, l’indicateur correspondant au à la touche

n° 4 apparaît. Si vous avez déjà sélectionné les programmes

particuliers d’infusion de thé « 1-5 », la bouilloire prépare le thé

pendant le temps d’infusion de thé par défaut correspondant; si vous

avez choisi un thé particulier, la bouilloire prépare le thé à la

température d’infusion de ce thé et pendant le temps d’infusion

correspondant. Une fois l’infusion du thé terminée, la bouilloire passe

en mode garde au chaud. Pendant l’infusion du thé, vous pouvez à

nouveau appuyer sur la touche n° 4 pour annuler l’infusion et

retourner au mode veille. (Pendant l’infusion du thé, l’indicateur

correspondant à l’infusion de thé apparaît dans le coin inférieur droit

de l’écran LED)

4. Garder au chaud

4.1. La bouilloire passe en mode garde au chaud après avoir bouilli l’eau

à la température fixée. En mode garde au chaud, si aucune opération

n’est effectuée dans les 20 minutes, la bouilloire quitte le mode garde

au chaud et masque tout affichage par défaut.

4.2. Une fois l’infusion du thé terminée, la bouilloire passe en mode garde

au chaud, après 20 minutes, elle quitte le mode garde au chaud et

masque tout affichage.

5. Mode Veille pour économiser de l’énergie :

En mode veille, la bouilloire s’éteint si aucune opération n’est

effectuée pendant 30 minutes.

6. Fonctionnement de maintien des touches appuyées :

6.1. Fonctionnement de maintien des touches appuyées pour couper le

son : Maintenez appuyée la touche n° 1 pendant 2 secondes. La

bouilloire émet deux bip indiquant que la bouilloire est devenue

silencieuse.

6.2. Fonctionnement de maintien des touches appuyées pour éteindre :

Maintenez appuyée la touche 4 pendant 2 secondes pour éteindre la

bouilloire; une fois éteinte, vous pouvez appuyer sur n’importe quelle

touche pour l’allumer.

Remarque :

a. Lorsqu’un touche est appuyé; il émet une tonalité.

b. Il y a 6 témoins ronds au-dessus et sous l’écran LED, ils

correspondent à des programmes particuliers d’infusion de thé. Des

formes en « Z » se trouvent dans le coin supérieur gauche

correspondent à des programmes particuliers « 1, 2, 3, 4 et 5 »

d’infusion de thé.

c. Pendant l’ébullition de l’eau et l’infusion du thé et après l’infusion du

thé, aucun touche n’est disponible, à l’exception du touche n° 4,

c.à.d. seul la touche n° 4 peut annuler l’infusion du thé et faire

passer la bouilloire en mode veille.

d. Les touches ne répondent aux opérations des utilisateurs que

lorsque la bouilloire est placée sur la base. Dans tout état après le

démarrage, lorsque vous placez la bouilloire sur la base après

l’avoir enlevée, elle retourne à nouveau au mode veille.

Guide d’utilisation

1. Remplissez la bouilloire avec 0,5 litres de vinaigre blanc et le reste

avec de l’eau et laissez reposer pendant plus d’une heure.

2. Videz la solution de la bouilloire. Essuyez les dépôts résiduels avec

un chiffon humide.

3. Remplissez avec de l’eau propre, portez à ébullition, puis jetez l’eau

bouillie. Répétez l’opération, puis vous pouvez utiliser la bouilloire.

4. Si nécessaire, répétez plusieurs fois l’opération ci-dessus.

5. Ne plongez pas l’appareil dans l’eau. La surface de la bouilloire peut

être essuyée avec un chiffon humide et séchée avec un chiffon doux

et sec.

6. Saisissez le filtre anticalcaire par le haut et tirez pour l’enlever.

Lavez à l’eau propre et séchez complètement avant de le remettre

dans la bouilloire.

Nettoyez régulièrement les dépôts minéraux dans la

bouilloire pour prolonger sa durée vie.

►

Débranchez toujours l’appareil du secteur et le laisser

refroidir avant de le nettoyer.

►

N’utilisez pas de produits chimiques, tampons à récurer

ou de nettoyants abrasifs pour nettoyer la bouilloire, car ils

risquent de rayer la surface extérieure et la décolorer.
