Use and handling
• Use this product only with a DUALSHOCK®4 wireless controller.
• Do not let any other metal items come in contact with the connectors.

• Do not throw or drop the product, or otherwise expose it to strong physical impact.
• Do not place the product on surfaces that are unstable, tilted or subject to vibration.
• Follow the instructions below to help prevent the product exterior from deteriorating or
becoming discolored.
– Wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
– Do not place any rubber or vinyl materials on the product exterior for an extended
period of time.
– Do not use solvents or other chemicals. Do not wipe with a chemically treated
cleaning cloth.

Customize a profile
1 Hold the screen button down for 1 second to enter programming mode.
The profile number in the center of the screen flashes to let you know you’re in
programming mode.

Press and hold a back button to scroll through the possible assignments for that
back button.

If you want to customize another profile, hold the screen button down for 1 second to enter
programming mode. Then, click twice to program the next profile.
Notes:
• In programming mode, the screen turns itself o after 10 seconds of inactivity. When
not in programming mode, the screen turns itself o after 3 seconds of inactivity.
• Any customized button assignments made within PS4™ system settings also apply to
the attachment.
• indicates that no button is assigned. When you assign both back buttons in a profile
to , that profile is hidden when not in programming mode.
Starting over
If you want to reset your attachment to the default profiles, press and hold the left back
button, right back button, and screen button at the same time. Once the reset icon
appears on the screen, continue to hold for 5 seconds. When HJKL appears, the reset
is done.

Getting started
The DUALSHOCK®4 back button attachment adds two extra buttons to the back of your
DUALSHOCK®4 wireless controller, giving you two more programmable buttons for extra
control in your games.
You can program these extra buttons, allowing you to customize your set-up and get the
edge with important controls at your fingertips. Each saved assignment is called a profile.
Before connecting:
• Turn o your controller before attaching the product to your DUALSHOCK®4 wireless
controller to ensure a proper connection.
• Use this product only with a DUALSHOCK®4 wireless controller.
1 Hold the back button attachment with your thumb behind the stereo headset plug.
2 With the attachment’s stereo headset plug and the controller’s stereo headset jack
aligned, firmly push the attachment toward the controller to insert.
Don’t push sideways or from the top or bottom of the attachment.
Powering up
1 Press the p (PS) button to turn on your controller.
2 Click the screen button on the attachment.
The default profile (P1) appears on the screen.

You can save up to 3 dierent profiles (button assignments). The default profiles are

Préparation
La fixation dorsale de commandes pour DUALSHOCK®4 ajoute deux touches supplémentaires
à l’arrière de votre manette de jeu sans fil DUALSHOCK®4, ce qui vous donne deux touches
programmables supplémentaires pour avoir plus de contrôle dans vos jeux.
Vous pouvez programmer ces touches supplémentaires afin de personnaliser votre
configuration et prendre le dessus en ayant des commandes importantes au bout de vos
doigts. Chaque aectation sauvegardée s’appelle un profil.
Avant de connecter :
• Éteignez votre manette de jeu avant de fixer le produit sur votre manette de jeu sans fil
DUALSHOCK®4 pour assurer une bonne connexion.
• Utilisez ce produit uniquement avec une manette de jeu sans fil DUALSHOCK®4.
1 Tenez enfoncée la fixation dorsale de commandes avec votre pouce derrière la
fiche casque stéréo.
2 Alignez la fiche casque stéréo de la fixation et la sortie casque stéréo de la manette de
jeu, puis poussez fermement la fixation vers la manette de jeu pour l’insérer.
Ne poussez pas sur les côtés ou sur le dessus ou le bas de la fixation.
Alimentation
1 Appuyez sur la touche p (PS) pour allumer la manette.
2 Cliquez sur la touche d’écran sur la fixation.
Le profil par défaut (P1) s’affiche à l’écran.

1 Maintenez enfoncée la touche d’écran pendant 1 seconde pour accéder au mode
de programmation.

Recommencer
Si vous souhaitez réinitialiser votre fixation aux profils par défaut, maintenez simultanément
enfoncées la touche arrière gauche, la touche arrière droite et la touche d’écran. Lorsque
l’icône de réinitialisation s’ache à l’écran, maintenez les touches enfoncées pendant
5 secondes. Lorsque HJKL s’ache, la réinitialisation est terminée.
