CAUTION

RISK OF PRODUCT DAMAGE

▪Never connect luminaires and/or components under load with supply voltage turned on.

▪Do not mount or support these luminaires in a manner that can cut the outer jacket or damage wire insulation.

▪Do not restrict fixture ventilation. Allow for some volume of airspace around luminaire. Avoid covering luminaire with insulation, foam or other material that

will prevent convection or conduction cooling.

▪Do not exceed luminaire maximum ambient temperature.

▪Do not modify the luminaire.

▪Only use luminaire in its intended application and location.

▪LED products are polarity sensitive. Ensure proper polarity before installation.

▪Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) can damage LED. Personal grounding equipment must be worn during all installation and servicing of the luminaire.

▪Do not touch individual electrical components as this can cause ESD, shorten LED life, or impact LED performance.

▪Some components inside the luminaire may not be serviceable. In the unlikely event your luminaire may require service, stop using it immediately and contact

▪Always read the luminaire’s complete installation instructions prior to installation for any additional luminaire specific warnings.

▪In the case of HID or Fluorescent luminaires, regular re-lamping is required to keep luminaire operating within safe limits

▪Do not install damaged product. Handling and installing damaged products can potentially increase the risks mentioned. In case of damage and/or missing

Luminaire Maintenance

▪Regular luminaire maintenance programs are recommended.

▪It is recommended to clean the outside of the luminaire and the refractor/lens.

▪Frequency of cleaning will depend on ambient dirt level and minimum light output which is acceptable to user.

▪If clean water is not sufficient for cleaning, use a neutral, synthetic, not-scratching and not-abrasive cleaning

substance.

▪Never use alkaline and/or acetous cleaning substances.

▪Make sure that the cleaning substance is carefully removed by rinsing with lots of clean water.

▪Signify recommends using a cleaning solution that has a PH between 5 and 8.

For 3000K set the switch to 3KK as shown.

For 4000K set the switch to 4KK as shown (Default).

For 5000K set the switch to 5KK as shown.

4.1 For GCR60-SCT-G2-SM-5-10-BZ

For 60W (maximum power):Switches 1&2 to off as shown ( Default).

For 40W: Switch 1 to ON as shown, and Switch 2 is off.

For 28W: Switch 2 to ON as shown, and Switch 1 is off.

Note: Switch 3 Turns the Motion Sensor On/Off

4.2 For GCR90-SCT-G2-SM-5-10-BZ

For 90W (maximum power): Switches 1&2 are off as shown (Default).

For 80W: Switch 1 to ON as shown, and Switch 2 is off.

For 70W: Switch 2 to ON as shown, and Switch 1 is off.

Note: Switch 3 Turns the Motion Sensor On/Off.

1.Feed incoming power leads through pendant stem (supplied by others).

2.Hanging pipe connection must be a rigid connection.

3.Connect wiring according to the schematic.

4.Screw pendant pipe onto the top of the fixture.

5.Be sure to wrap Teflon tape or silicone gel to thread of pipe to prevent

moisture from entering.

6.To adjust the CCT and/or FAO switch(es), remove the 1/2-14NPS

plug(s) as shown.

7. Note: To ensure the protective performance of the product, the

1/2-14nps plug must be assembled with a torque of no less than

1.7N·m. (15in-lbs.)







5. Sensor Function

Maximum mounting height is <15m (49ft.) to comply with sensor detection range.

5.1 Initialization

Upon initial powering, the sensor automatically turns on the light at 100% brightness. 10 seconds later, it turns off the light.

During the initialization, the sensor is not able to detect movement.

After initialization, the sensor will function according to the programmed settings.

5.2 Operation Mode: Daylight Priority + 2-leveled dimming

2-leveled dimming function with Daylight priority

•When Daylight is enough, >150 lux, motion sensing will be switched off and the light will be always off.

•With insufficient ambient light, <50lux, motion sensing is activated.

•When motion is detected, the light turns on. Hold-on time 5 min - No motion detected for 5 minutes, dim to 50%.

1) Avoid high-density objects, such as: metal, glass, concrete walls, etc., beyond the sensor detection area.

2) Avoid moving signals beyond the sensor detection area, such as: fan, DC motor, sewer pipe, air outlet, heavy

rainfall, motion behind a thin wall, etc.

3) Avoid the shock & vibration environmental application.

5.3.4 The sensor programming always goes the process of initialization and Daylight Priority + 3-leveled dimming

operational mode; to get customized setting, recommend to utilize the sensor remote, contact your dealer.

5.3.5 The parameters of the sensor may need to be reconfigured to adapt different installation environments, please

refer to the remote instruction or contact the manufacturer.

With sufficient ambient light,

the light will not be switched

on even when motion is

the sensor dims to the lower

light level if no new motion is

5.3 Turning the Sensor Off:

5.3.1 By Default, the Motion and Daylight sensor will be ON.

5.3.2 To Switch OFF the Sensor, move FAO Switch position 3 to the bottom position.

5.3.3 When the Sensor is turned OFF, the fixture will stay on 24/7.

5.4 Sensor Application Notice:

5.4.1 The distance between any inductive sensor luminaires should be greater than 3m.

5.4.2 According to installation height, note sensor detection area. (<15m or 49ft)

Entretien du luminaire

▪Il est recommandé d’appliquer des programmes d’entretien régulier des luminaires;

▪Il est recommandé de nettoyer l’extérieur du luminaire ainsi que son réfracteur/sa lentille;

▪La fréquence du nettoyage dépend du degré de saleté ambiant et du rendement lumineux minimal jugé acceptable par l’utilisateur;

▪Si l'utilisation d’eau propre n’est pas suffisante pour le nettoyage, utilisez une substance nettoyante neutre, synthétique, non rayant et non

abrasive;

▪N’utilisez jamais de substances nettoyantes alcalines et/ou acéteuses;

▪Veillez à ce que la substance nettoyante soit éliminée à fond en rinçant la surface à grande eau propre;

▪Signify recommande d’utiliser une solution de nettoyage au pH entre 5 et 8;

5.1 Initialization

de Allumé, le capteur lallume automatiquement le luminaire à 100% de luminosité. 10 secondes plus tard, la lumière s'éteint.

Pendant initialisation, le capteur est incapable de détecter un mouvement.

Après l'initialisation, le capteur fonctionnera selon les paramètres programmés.

5.2 Mode de fonctionnement: Priorité lumière du jour + variation à 2 niveaux

Fonction de variation à 2 niveaux avec priorité à la lumière du jour

•Lorsque la lumière du jour est suffisante, >150 lux, la détection de mouvement s'éteint, la lumière est toujours éteinte.

En cas de lumière ambiante insuffisante, <50 lux, la détection de mouvement est activée.

5.4 Avis d'application du capteur:

5.4.1 La distance entre tout luminaire équipé d'un capteur inductif doit être supérieure à

3 mètres (9,8 pieds).

5.4.2 En fonction de la hauter d'installation, observez la zone de détection du capteur.

5.4.3 Pour éviter une fausse activation:

1) Évitez les objets à haute densité, tels que: métal, verre, murs en béton, etc., au-delà de la zone de détection du capteur.

2) Évitez de déplacer les signaux au-delà de la zone de détection du capteur, tels que: ventilateur, moteur à courant continu,

tuyau d'égout, sortie d'air, pluie, mouvement derrière une paroi mince, etc.

3) Évitez l'application environnementale de chocs et de vibrations.

5.3.4 La programmation du capteur passe toujours par le processus d'initialisation et de priorité de la lumière du jour +

gradation à 3 niveaux Mode opérationnel; Pour un réglage personnalisé, il est recommandé d'utiliser la télécommande du

capteur, contactez votre revendeur.

5.3.5 Les paramètres du capteur peuvent devoir être reconfigurés pour s'adapter à différents environnements d'installation,

veuillez reportez-vous aux instructions de la télécommande ou contactez le fabricant.

5.3 Turning the Sensor Off:

5.3.1 Par défaut, le capteur de mouvement et de lumière du jour sera activé.

5.3.2 Pour éteindre le capteur, déplacez la position 3 du commutateur FAO vers la position

inférieure.

5.3.3 Lorsque le capteur est éteint, le luminaire reste allumé 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7.
