て二次側と磁性体との間に手などが挟まれるとけがの原因になるため，取扱いには十分に注意してくだ

二次側は専用取付け冶具に取り付ける際にも吸引力が発生する可能性があるため，予備冶具などを使用
し，安全を確保してください。

This manual only summarizes how to handle the linear servo motor.
For the storage, usage environment, installation, wiring, adjustment, and disposal, refer to the installation guide.
Installation/wiring
CAUTION
On linear servo motors, the permanent magnet on the secondary side makes the magnetic bodies
generate attraction force. Due to suction force between the secondary side and the magnetic material
side that may cause injuries to fingers and other body parts, take special care in handling.

Disposal
CAUTION
To prevent burn injury, do not touch the secondary side after the demagnetization of the secondary side
by heating over 300 ˚C until it becomes cool enough.
Instructions
Use linear servo motors which have been transported and kept under the specified conditions.
Do not work while holding a lead wire on the primary side.
Do not take off tools from the secondary side of the linear servo motor until it is fixed on the machine or the
device.
To install or remove the linear servo motor, follow the specified procedures.
To install or remove the linear servo motor, use the specified tools to ensure safety.
Attraction force may still be generated while the secondary side of the linear servo motor is being attached
to the tools for installation even if the specified tools are used. Use additional tools to ensure safety.
Do not leave the product unpacked (even if unassembled).When the product is not fixed to a machine and
equipment securely, pack the product in the product packages properly.
When the product is disposed of, the primary side of the linear servo motor must be disposed of as
industrial waste.
When the product is disposed of, the secondary side of the linear servo motor must be disposed of as
industrial waste after the magnet (on the secondary side) is heated over 300 ˚C for demagnetization.

Cette notice présente seulement un résumé d'informations importantes pour le traitement et l'emploi du
servomoteur linéaire.
Prière de se reporter au Guide d'installation et/ou aux autres manuels pour plus de détails sur l'entreposage,
l'environnement d'exploitation, l'installation, le câblage, les réglages et la mise au rebut.
Installation et câblage
MISE EN GARDE
L'aimant permanent du côté secondaire du servomoteur linéaire exerce une forte attraction sur tout objet
ou substance magnétique. Faites attention de ne pas se faire pincer les mains entre le côté secondaire
et tout objet ou substance magnétique par la forte attraction.

Mise au rebut
MISE EN GARDE
Afin d'éviter les brûlures, patientez jusqu'à ce que le côté secondaire refroidisse avant de le toucher
après l'avoir chauffé à plus de 300 °C pour le démagnétiser.
Instructions
Transportez, entreposez et utilisez le produit en respectant les conditions prescrites.
Ne pas manipuler le produit en utilisant les conducteurs côté primaire comme points de prise.
Ne pas retirer le gabarit de pose du côté secondaire avant d'avoir fixé fermement le produit sur la machine
ou l'équipement.
Installez ou déposez le produit méthodiquement selon la marche à suivre prédéterminée.
Pour l'installation ou la dépose, utilisez un gabarit de pose spécialement conçu et confectionné pour la
sécurité.
La forte attraction magnétique du côté secondaire peut s'exercer même quand le gabarit de pose spécial
est en place. Disposez des protections auxiliaires pour assurer la sécurité.
Ne pas laisser le produit (côté primaire ou côté secondaire) sans surveillance. Tant que le produit n'est
pas fermement fixé à la machine ou à l'équipement, il doit être entreposé correctement dans son
emballage d'origine.
Pour la mise au rebut, le côté primaire est à traiter comme un déchet industriel.
Mettez le côté secondaire au rebut comme un déchet industriel après l'avoir chauffé à plus de 300 °C pour
démagnétiser.

注意
线性伺服电机的二次侧有永磁铁，与磁体之间会产生磁吸引力。应充分注意防止因吸引力使手等夹入二次
侧与磁体之间，否则会导致受伤。

注意
以300 ℃以上的温度对二次侧进行加热脱磁后，应等待二次侧充分冷却后再进行触碰，否则会导致烫伤。
指示事项
使用时，应按照规定的条件进行搬运及保管。
请勿在一次侧抓握导线进行操作作业。
在牢固地固定到机器或设备上之前，请勿从夹具上松开二次侧。
进行安装及拆卸时，应按照规定的操作步骤进行操作。
进行安装及拆卸时，应使用能确保安全的专用夹具。
向专用安装夹具进行安装时，由于存在吸引力而导致二次侧也很危险，因此在进行专用安装及安装夹具时，
应使用备用的夹具等，确保安全。
请勿搁置 (一次侧及二次侧) 产品。未牢固地固定到机器或设备上的情况下，应正确的收纳在包装箱内。
废弃时，应将一次侧作为工业废弃物处理。
废弃时，应以300 ℃以上的温度对二次侧进行脱磁处理后，将其作为工业废弃物处理。
