1.2 ASSISTANCE TECHNIQUE/ENTRETIEN DU

MOTEUR

Nous vous rappelons que notre service d’assistance est

à votre entière disposition pour résoudre les éventuels

problèmes ou vous fournir toutes les informations

nécessaires.

Pour TOUT type d’explication, consultez le livret prévu

El motor se ha realizado con arreglo a las normas de

seguridad más recientes, de todas formas, es preciso

tener en cuenta que cualquier órgano móvil puede

constituir un peligro. Por tanto, se aconseja no

maniobrar nunca ninguna parte móvil y cerciorarse de

que ningún operador se encuentra cerca del motor antes

de activarlo.

El motor básico puede trabajar a temperaturas

ambientales de -18 ºC a +45 ºC.

El operador que se ocupa de la instalación y del

mantenimiento del motor tiene que utilizar un

VESTUARIO ADECUADO al entorno de trabajo y a

la situación en la que se encuentra; en especial es preciso

evitar la ropa muy ancha, cadenas, pulseras, anillos,

cabello largo suelto y cualquier otra cosa que pueda

quedarse atascada en los órganos móviles.

Las zonas de estacionamiento del operador tienen que

mantenerse siempre libres y limpias de posibles residuos

oleosos líquidos y sólidos (viruta metálica, etc.).

Antes de empezar a trabajar, el operador tiene que

conocer perfectamente la posición de funcionamiento

de todos los mandos y las características del motor;

comprobar diariamente todos los dispositivos de

seguridad del motor.

Se prohíbe rotundamente realizar cualquier operación

Although the engine is built in compilance with the most

recent safety standards it is advisable to bear in mind

that moving parts are always potentially dangerous.

Therefore, never attempt to work on parts of the engine

while they are in motion and make sure that there are

no persons in the vicinity of the engine before starting

it.

The standard engine can run at ambient temperatures

between -18 ºC a +45 ºC.

The operator in charge of installing and maintaining

the engine must wear suitable CLOTHING for the work

place and the situation; in particular, avoid loose clothes,

chains, bracelets, rings and all other accessories that

could become entangled with moving parts.

The area in which the operator is working must be kept

tidy and free of oil and other liquid spillages and solid

waste (metal chips, etc.).

Before starting work the operator must be aware of the

position and operation of all commands and the

characteristics of the engine; make a daily check of the

safety devices on the engine.

Disabling or tampering with the safety devices on the

engine is strictly prohibited.

Do not attempt to perform maintenance work

Ce moteur a été réalisé conformément aux plus récentes

réglementations de sécurité, il convient toutefois de se

rappeler que tout organe en mouvement peut constituer

un danger. Il est donc recommandé de ne jamais

intervenir sur les pièces en mouvement et de s’assurer

qu’aucun opérateur ne se trouve à proximité du moteur

avant de mettre celui-ci en marche.

Le moteur de base peut fonctionner à des températures

ambiantes de -18 ºC à +45 ºC.

L’opérateur préposé à l’installation et à l’entretien du

moteur doit porter des VETEMENTS adaptés à

l’environnement de travail et à la situation dans laquelle

il se trouve; en particuler, il doit éviter de porter des

vêtements très larges , des chaînes , des bracelets, des

bagues ou tout autre article susceptible de s’accocher

aux organes en mouvement.

Les zones de stationnement de l’opérateur dovient être

conservées libres et propres de tous résidus huileux

liquides et solides éventuels (copeaux métalliques, etc.).

Avant de commencer le travail, l’opérateur doit être

parfaitement au courant de l’emplacement et du

fonctionnement de toutes les commandes ainsi que des

caractéristiques du moteur; vérifiez quotidiennement

tous les dispositifs de sécurité présents sur le moteur.

Il est absolument interdit d’effectuer toute opération

d’entretien, régulation ou réglage sur des organs en

3.1.1 EMBALAJE Y DESEMBALAJE CON BASE MÁS

CAJA DE MADERA O CARTÓN

Abrir la caja quitando antes la parte superior. Luego quitar

los clavos inferiores y extraer la caja. Llevar el motor

colgando mediante cadenas de ganchos con cierre de

seguridad de capacidad adecuada, en los cáncamos del

motor utilizando una carretilla elevadora de horquillas u

otro medio idóneo como se describe en el párrafo 3.3.

Colocar el motor en el punto de la instalación que se

desea y quitar la protección de plástico.

Desenroscar los tornillos que lo fijan al soporte de ma-

dera, extraer el soporte e instalarlo.

3.1.2 EMBALAJE Y DESEMBALAJE CON BASE

MÁS JAULA DE MADERA

Quitar la jaula de madera que está encima del soporte.

Luego quitar los clavos inferiores. Llevar el motor col-

PALLET AND WOODEN CRATE

Remove the lower nails. Lift the engine using chains with

safety hooks and of suitable load capacity. Attach the

chain hooks to the engine eyebolts and lift using a fork

lift or other suitable lifting equipment as described in

heading 3.3.

Transfer the engine to the intended position of installation

and remove the plastic wrap film.

Unscrew screws that secure the engine to the wooden

base withdraw the base and proceed with installation

operations.

Llevar el motor colgando mediante cadenas de ganchos

con cierre de seguridad de capacidad adecuada, en los

cáncamos del motor utilizando una carretilla elevadora

de horquillas u otro medio idóneo como se describe en el

párrafo 3.3.

Colocar el motor en el punto de la instalación que se

3.2 RECEPCIÓN

Una vez entregado el motor cerciorarse de que el emba-

laje no ha sufrido daños durante el transporte y que no

ha sido manipulado con la consiguiente extracción pro-

bable de partes contenidas en su interior (véase la infor-

mación indicada en las tapas, cajas y cartones).

Colocar el motor embalado lo más cerca posible del lu-

gar donde se desee instalarlo y desembalarlo procuran-

do comprobar que el suministro corresponde a las espe-

cificaciones del pedido.

3.2 RECEIPT

When the engine is delivered make sure that the packing

has not been damaged during transport and that it has

not been tampered with or that components inside the

packing have been removed (see information marked on

covers, bases and cartons).

Place the packed engine as close as possible to the place

of installation and remove the packing material, checking

that the goods supplied correspond to the order

specifications.

3.2 RECEPTION

transport, l’emballage n’ait pas été endommagé ou ouvert

ce qui pourrait avoir entraîné la disparition de certaines

pièces (Cf. information figurant sur les couvercles, caisses

et cartons).

Amenez le moteur emballé le plus près possible de

l’emplacement prévu pour l’installation et déballez-le en

prenant soin de vérifier que la fourniture corresponde aux

spécifications de la commande.
