REMOVING AND RENEWING OR
CLEANING THE GREASE FILTER
1.
Unplug the appliance or switch off the mains
power supply.
2.
Pull out the steam deflector (
a - Fig. 1
).
3.
Open the extractor grille (
b, c - Fig. 1
).
4.
Remove the device fixing the grease filter
(
d - Fig. 3
).
5.
Remove the dirty grease filter.
6.
After replacing or cleaning the grease filter
(depending on model) repeat the above
steps in reverse to reassemble, making sure
the entire extraction surface is covered.
MOUNTING OR RENEWING THE
CARBON FILTER
1.
Unplug the appliance or switch off the mains
power supply.
2.
Pull out the steam deflector (
a - Fig. 1
).
3.
Open the extractor grille (
b, c - Fig. 1
).
4.
If the filters are not mounted:
- insert the carbon filter over the motor
protection grille.
- line up the plastic reference tab
(
e - Fig. 4
) on the carbon filter with the
reference mark on the fan shroud
(
f - Fig. 4
) and turn clockwise until it
locks.
5.
If a carbon filter is already fitted and needs
renewing, turn the carbon filter anticlockwise.
6.
Remount the extractor grille.
REPLACING BULBS
1.
Unplug the appliance or switch off the mains
power supply.
2.
Pull out the steam deflector (
a - Fig. 1
).
3.
Open the extractor grille (
b, c - Fig. 1
).
4.
Remove the burnt-out bulb and insert
a new one.
Use 40W max (E14) bulbs only.
5.
Remount the extractor grille.

Speed selector.
With light and speed already selected, opening
the steam deflector will switch on the hood.
Closing the steam deflector will switch off the
hood.
