IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
YOUR SAFETY AND THAT OF OTHERS IS VERY IMPORTANT
This manual and the appliance itself provide important safety warnings, to be read and
observed at all times.
This is the danger symbol, pertaining to safety, which alerts users to potential risks to
themselves and others.
All safety warnings are preceded by the danger symbol and the following terms:
DANGER
Indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, will
cause serious injury.
WARNING
Indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could
cause serious injury.
All safety warnings give specic details of the potential
risk present and indicate how to reduce risk of injury,
damage and electric shock resulting from improper
use of the appliance. Carefully observe the following
instructions:
Use protective gloves to perform all unpackaging and
installation operations.
This appliance is extremely heavy accordingly, it must
be lifted and handled by two or more people in order
to avoid any risks or injuries.
The appliance must be disconnected from the power
supply before carrying out any installation work.
Installation and maintenance must be carried
out by a qualied technician, in compliance with
the manufacturers instructions and local safety
regulations. Do not repair or replace any part of the
appliance unless specically stated in the user manual.
WARNING
If the information in this manual is not followed exactly, a
re or explosion may result causing property damage or
injury.

Do not store or use gasoline or other ammable vapors
and liquids in the vicinity of this appliance.
What to do if you smell gas:
- Do not try to light any appliance.
- Do not touch any electrical switch.
- Do not use any phone in your building.
- Immediately call your gas supplier from a neighbor’s phone. Follow the gas
suppliers instructions.
- If you cannot reach your gas supplier, call the re department.
- Installation and service must be performed by a qualied installer, service agency or
the gas supplier.
- Use appliance in well ventilated rooms only.
The electrical and gas connections must comply with
local regulations
Use only exible or rigid metal hose for gas
connection.
The use of a gas appliance produces heat and humidity
in the room. Make sure the room is well-ventilated, or
install an extractor hood with exhaust duct.
In case of prolonged use, additional ventilation may
be necessary (by opening a window or increasing the
hood extraction speed).
After use, make sure the knob is in o position and
close the main gas supply cock or the gas cylinder
valve.
Keep the packaging materials out of the reach of
children.
Power cable replacement must be carried out by a
qualied electrician. Contact an authorized service
centre.
Regulations require that the appliance is earthed.

The power cable must be long enough for connecting
the appliance, once tted in its housing, to the main
power supply.
For installation to comply with current safety
regulations, an allpole disconnect switch with
minimum contact gap of 3mm must be utilized.
Do not use multiple plug adaptors if the oven is tted
with a plug.
Do not use extension leads.
Do not pull the power supply cable.
The electrical components must not be accessible to
the user after installation.
Do not touch the appliance with any wet part of the
body and do not operate it when barefoot.
This appliance is designed solely for use as a domestic
appliance for cooking food. No other type of use is
permitted (e.g.: heating rooms). The Manufacturer
declines all responsibility for inappropriate use or
incorrect setting of the controls.
The appliance and its accessible parts become hot
during use. Care should be taken to avoid touching
heating elements. Very young (0-3 years) and
young children (3-8 years) shall be kept away unless
continuously supervised
Children from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities
or lack of experience and knowledge can use this
appliance only if they are supervised or have been
given instructions on safe appliance use and if they
understand the hazards involved. Children shall

not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision.
During and after use, do not touch the heating
elements or interior surfaces of the appliance - risk of
burns. Do not allow the appliance to come into contact
with cloths or other ammable materials until all the
components have cooled down completely.
At the end of cooking, exercise caution when opening
the appliance door, letting the hot air or steam exit
gradually before accessing the oven. When the
appliance door is shut, hot air is vented from the
aperture above the control panel. Do not obstruct the
vent apertures.
Use oven gloves to remove pans and accessories,
taking care not to touch the heating elements.
Do not place ammable materials in or near the
appliance: a re may break out if the appliance is
inadvertently switched on.
Do not heat or cook sealed jars or containers in the
appliance. The pressure that builds up inside might
cause the jar to explode, damaging the appliance.
Do not use containers made of synthetic materials.
Overheated oils and fats catch re easily. Always
remain vigilant when cooking foods rich in fat and oil.
Never leave the appliance unattended during food
drying.
If alcoholic beverages are used when cooking foods
(e.g. rum, cognac, wine), remember that alcohol
evaporates at high temperatures. As a result, there is a

risk that vapours released by the alcohol may catch re
upon coming into contact with the electrical heating
element.
Never use steam cleaning equipment.
Do not touch the oven during the pyrolysys cycle. Keep
children away from the oven during the pyrolysis cycle.
(only for ovens with Pyrolisis function).
Only use the temperature probe recommended for this
oven.
Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal
scrapers to clean the oven door glass since they can
scratch the surface, which may result in shattering of
the glass.
Ensure that the appliance is switched o before
replacing the lamp to avoid the possibility of electric
shock.
Scrapping of household appliances
- This appliance is manufactured with recyclable or reusable materials. Scrap
the appliance in accordance with local regulations on waste disposal.
Before scrapping, cut o the power cords so that the appliances cannot be
connected to the mains.
- For further information on the treatment, recovery and recycling of
household electrical appliances, contact your competent local authority, the
collection service for household waste or the store where you purchased the
appliance.

INSTALLATION
Unpack the oven and make sure that the oven has not been damaged during transport and that
the oven door closes properly.
In the event of problems, contact the dealer or your nearest After-sales Service. To prevent any
damage, only remove the oven from its polystyrene foam base at the time of installation.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION FOR THE INSTALLER
Use protective gloves for handling, preparing and installing the product.
Before installation, make sure that:
- the local gas delivery conditions (nature and pressure) are compatible with the
settings of the oven (see the rating plate and injector table);
- this appliance is not connected to a fume exhaust device. It shall be installed in accordance
with current installation regulations. Particular attention shall be given to the relevant
requirements regarding ventilation;
- combustion products are discharged outdoors through specic hoods or wall and/or
window mounted electrical fans.
PREPARING THE HOUSING UNIT
Kitchen units in contact with the oven must be heat resistant (min 90°C).
Carry out all cabinet cutting work before tting the oven in the housing and carefully remove
all wood chips and sawdust.
After installation, the bottom of the oven must no longer be accessible.
For correct appliance operation, do not obstruct the minimum gap between the worktop and
the upper edge of the oven.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE INSTALLER
INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION OF THE APPLIANCE
(positioning and ventilation requirements)
The regulations covering the installation, maintenance and
operation of gas appliances for domestic use are applicable
regulations.
An extract of these regulations appears below. For all indications
not covered, refer to the above-mentioned regulations.
POSITIONING:
(Fig. 1) the products of combustion from cooking appliances
must always be discharged into suitable extractor hoods,
which must be connected to a chimney, ue or vented directly
to outside the building. In situations where it is not possible
to install an extractor hood, an electric extractor fan installed
in a window or external wall may be used, provided that all
requirements of the ventilation regulations are satised; the fan
should switch on whenever the appliance is in operation.
VENTILATION:
(Fig. 1) it is essential that the room in which gas appliances are
installed is adequately ventilated to ensure that all the appliances
receive the required quantity of fresh air for combustion.
To ensure an adequate air ow, it may be necessary to create
apertures in accordance with the following requirements:
a) with cross-sectional area of 6 cm
2
per kW with a minimum
cross-sectional area of 100 cm
2
(these apertures may also be
created by increasing the gap between the bottom of doors
and the oor);
b) situated at the bottom of an external wall, preferably opposite
the wall on which combustion products are extracted ;
c) the positions of the apertures should selected so as to avoid
the possibility of their being obstructed and, if made in
external walls, they must be protected with grilles, metal
meshes, etc. installed on the outside face of the wall.

If an electric extractor fan for the removal of foul air is installed in the room, the apertures provided
for air changes must allow a ventilation rate of at least 35 m
3
/h per kW of power installed.
GAS CONNECTION
WARNING
This operation must be performed by a qualied technician.
The gas supply system must comply with local regulations.
You can nd specic local regulations for some countries in the paragraph Reference to Local
Regulations. If no information concerning your Country is given, please ask details to your Installer.
The connection of the oven to the gas pipe network or gas cylinder must be made by means
of a rigid copper or steel pipe with ttings complying with local regulations, or by means of
a continuous-surface stainless steel hose complying with local regulations. The maximum
length of the hose is 2 linear metres.
Connect elbow (A) supplied with to the oven inlet main pipe and interpose the washer (B)
supplied, in compliance with EN549.
IMPORTANT: if a stainless steel hose is used, it must be
installed so as not to touch any mobile part of the furniture.
It must pass through an area where there are no obstructions
and where it is possible to inspect it on all its length.
After connection to the gas supply, check for leaks with soapy
water. Light up the burners and turn the knobs from max
position to minimum position to check ame stability.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Make sure the power voltage specied on the appliance dataplate is the same as the mains
voltage. The dataplate is on the front edge of the oven (visible when the door is open).
Power cable replacement (type H05 RR-F 3 x 1.5 mm
2
) must be carried out by a qualied
electrician. Contact an authorized service centre.

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
Before use:
- Remove cardboard protection pieces, protective lm and adhesive labels from accessories.
- Remove the accessories from the oven and heat it at the MAX temperature for 30 minutes
to eliminate the smell and fumes from the insulating materials and protective grease.
Clean the oven thoroughly with soapy water and rinse well. To remove the lateral frames from
smooth-walled ovens, proceed as shown in the chart.
Operate the oven for about 20 minutes at maximum temperature to burn o all traces of grease
which might otherwise create unpleasant smells when cooking.
During use:
Do not place heavy objects on the door as they could damage it.
Do not cling to the door or hang anything from the handle.
Do not cover the inside of the oven with aluminium foil.
Do not pour water into the inside of a hot oven; this could damage the enamel coating.
Do not drag pots or pans across the bottom of the oven as this could damage the enamel coating.
Make sure that the electrical cables of other appliances do not touch hot parts of the oven or
become trapped in the door.
Do not expose the oven to atmospheric agents.
SAFEGUARDING THE ENVIRONMENT
Disposal of packing material
The packing material is 100% recyclable and is marked with the recycle symbol . The various
parts of the packing must therefore be disposed of responsibly and in full compliance with local
authority regulations governing waste disposal.
Scrapping the product
- This appliance is marked in compliance with European Directive 2002/96/EC, Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE).
- By ensuring this product is disposed of correctly, you will help prevent potential negative
consequences for the environment and human health, which could otherwise be caused by
inappropriate waste handling of this product.
- The symbol on the product or on the accompanying documentation indicates that it
should not be treated as domestic waste but must be taken to an appropriate collection
centre for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment.
Energy saving
- Only pre-heat the oven if specied in the cooking table or your recipe.
- Use dark lacquered or enamelled baking moulds as they absorb heat far better.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
If the oven will not operate correctly, before calling the After-Sales Service, refer to the
Troubleshooting Guide to determine the problem.
1. The burner fails to ignite or the ame is not even
Check that:
The gas or electrical supplies are not shut o and especially that the gas supply tap is open.
The gas cylinder (liquid gas) is not empty.
The burner openings are not clogged.
The plug end is not dirty.
All the burner parts have been positioned correctly.
2. The burner does not stay lit
Check that:
When lighting the burner, the knob has been pressed for enough time to activate the
protection device.
The burner openings are not clogged near the thermocouple.
The end of the safety device is not dirty.
The minimum gas setting is correct (see relevant paragraph).
DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
- This oven, which is intended to come into contact with foodstus, complies with European
Regulation ( ) n.1935/2004 and has been designed, manufactured and sold in conformity
with the safety requirements of the “Low Voltage directive 2006/95/EC (which replaces 73/23/
EEC and subsequent amendments), the protection requirements of “EMC 2004/108/EC.
This oven has been designed, constructed and marketed in compliance with:
- safety requirements of “Gas” Directive 2009/142/EC (ex: EEC 90/396);
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Before calling the After-Sales Service:
1. See if you can solve the problem yourself with the help of the suggestions given in the
Troubleshooting guide”.
If after the above checks the fault still occurs, get in touch with the nearest After-sales Service.
Always specify:
a brief description of the fault;
the type and exact model of the oven;
the service number (number after the word Service on the rating plate), located on the right
hand edge of the oven cavity (visible when the oven door is open). The service number is also
indicated on the guarantee booklet;
your full address;
your telephone number.
If any repairs are required, please contact an authorised After-sales Service (to guarantee that
original spare parts will be used and repairs carried out correctly).

CLEANING
WARNING
- Do not use steam cleaners.
- Only clean the oven when it is cool to the touch.
- Disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
Exterior of the oven
IMPORTANT: Do not use corrosive or abrasive detergents. If any of these products
accidentally comes into contact with the appliance, clean it immediately with a damp
cloth.
Clean the surfaces with a damp cloth. If very dirty, add a few drops of neutral detergent to the
water. Dry with a dry cloth.
Oven interior:
Important: do not use abrasive sponges or metallic scrapers or scourers. Over time, these
can ruin enamelled surfaces and the oven door glass.
After every use, allow the oven to cool then clean it preferably while it is still warm in order to
remove built-up dirt and stains caused by food residues (e.g. food with a high sugar content.
Use specic oven detergents and follow the manufacturer’s instructions to the letter.
Clean the door glass with a suitable liquid detergent. The oven door can be removed to
facilitate cleaning (see MAINTENANCE).
N.B: during prolonged cooking of foods with a high water content (e.g. pizza, vegetables,
etc.) condensation may form on the inside of the door and around the seal. When the oven
is cold, dry the inside of the door with a cloth or sponge.
Accessories:
Soak the accessories in water with washing up detergent immediately after use, handling
them with oven gloves if still hot.
Food residues can be easily removed using a brush or sponge

MAINTENANCE
WARNING

following operations.
- Disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
REMOVING THE DOOR
To remove the door:
2. Open the door fully.
3. Lift the catches and push them forwards as far as they will go (Fig. 1).
4. Close the door as far as it will go (A), lift it up (B) and turn it (C) until it is released (D) (Fig. 2).
To ret the door:
5. Insert the hinges in their seats.
6. Open the door fully.
7. Lower the two catches.
8. Close the door.

ADJUSTMENT TO DIFFERENT TYPES OF GAS
WARNING
This operation must be performed by a qualied
technician.
If the appliance is intended to operate with a dierent gas from the gas type stated on the
rating plate and information label on the back side, close to the gas pipe, and on the bottom of
the frontal oven door frame when the door is open. Change the injectors.
Remove the information label and keep it with the instructions booklet.
Use pressure regulators suitable for the gas pressure indicated in the Instruction.
The gas injectors must be changed by After Sales Service or a qualied technician.
• Injectors not supplied with the appliance must be ordered from After Sales Service.
• Adjust the minimum setting of the taps.
NOTE: when liquid petroleum gas is used (G30/G31), the minimum gas setting screw must
be tightened as far as it will go.
IMPORTANT: should you experience diculty in turning the burners knobs, please contact
the After Sales Service for the replacement of the burner tap if found to be faulty.
IMPORTANT: when gas cylinder is adopted, the gas cylinder or gas container must be
properly settled (vertical orientation).

REPLACING THE INJECTORS
(see the injector table in the Instruction)
WARNING
This operation must be
performed by a qualied
technician.
For the Oven , lower side
1) Remove the burner cover plate. (Fig. 1)
2) Remove the screw securing the oven burner and
withdraw the burner from the support together with the
heat sensor and the ignition spark plug. (Fig. 2)
3) Remove the nozzle using a 7 mm socket wrench. (Fig. 3)
4) Screw the new injector in fully (diameter in hundredths
of millimetre stamped on the injector), taking care not to
cross the thread.
5) Replace the burner reversing the operations in step 2
above.
6) Replace the cover plate.
7) Adjusting the minimum ame.
Before installing the oven, remember to ax the gas
calibration plate supplied with the injectors in such a
way that it covers the existing information relating to gas
calibration.
For the Grill, upper side
1) Remove the burner screw located at top front of the oven
cavity. (Fig.4 and 4a)
2) Remove the burner together with its heat elements.
3) Remove the injector using the 7 mm socket wrench.
(Fig.5)
4) Fully tighten the new injector which must be of the
diameter indicated in the table in the chart table on
page6.
5) Put back the burner and secure it with the screw.

REPLACING THE OVEN LAMP
To replace the two rear lamps (g. 4):
Disconnect the oven from the power supply.
Unscrew the lamp cover (Fig. 5), replace the lamp (see note for lamp type) and screw the lamp
cover back on.
Reconnect the oven to the power supply.

N.B.:
- Only use 25W / 230V type E14, T300°C incandescent lamps.
- The lamp used in the appliance is specically designed for electrical appliances and is not
suitable for household room illumination (Commission Regulation (EC) No 244/2009).
- Lamps are available from our After-sales Service.
