offthebodyhingesandremovethedoor(1).

6.Alignthepinsonthedoorhinges(2)totheholesinthe

bodyhingesandpositionthehalfdoor(3)intoplace.

Tightenthehingenuts(1)to9N∙m(80in.lbs.).

8.Routethewiringharness(1)throughtheinteriorBPil

larlowertrimside.

DOORADJUSTMENT

NOTE:Dooradjustmentmeasurementsshouldbetakenfromstationaryorweldedbodypanelsliketheroof,

rockerorquarterpanels.

NOTE:Duringadjustmentprocedures,itisrecommendedthatallthehingefastenersbeloosenedexceptfor

theuppermostfasteners.Adjustmentscanbemadeusingtheupperboltstoholdthedoorwithﬁnaltorqueof

thefastenersoccurringaftercorrectdoorpositioningisachieved.

NOTE:Asuitablebodysealantshouldbeusedwhenremovingormovingthehinges.

NOTE:Fore/aft(lateral)dooradjustmentisdoneby

looseningthehingetothedoorfastenersonehinge

atatimeandmovingthedoortothecorrectposition.
