WARRANTY
WHAT IS COVERED
DK2 Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of a DK2 Inc. item that the product will be warrantied for a period of one
(1) year from the date of the original purchase.
If within one (1) year from the original date of purchase this product fails due to defect in material or workmanship,
DK2 Inc. will repair, replace, or supply any defective part at our option. Upon expiry of one (1) year, DK2 Inc. will
have no further liability related to the product.
DK2 Inc. does not authorize any party, including its authorized distributors or dealers, to oer any other warranty
on behalf of DK2 Inc.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER OR APPLY TO:
(a) Damage to the product due to misuse, mishandling and abuse
(b) Improper installation, maintenance and storage
(c) Expendable parts such as nuts and bolts, pins and springs.
(d) Normal wear and tear
(e) Consequential damage & incidental damages such as damage to persons or property
This DK2 Inc. product is intended for personal use only. It is not intended for commercial use and subsequent use
in this capacity will void all warranty claims.
PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Within the one (1) year warranty period, the purchaser of the product must notify an authorized distributor or dealer
of the claimed defect and provide proof of original purchase. At this time the validity of the claim will be determined
and a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) will be issued if approved. No returned product will be accepted
under warranty unless accompanied by an RGA# issued by DK2 Inc.
RESOLUTION FOR A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
DK2 Inc. will at its option repair or replace the defective product covered by this warranty. The repaired product
will be shipped to the purchaser upon completion. All transportation charges shall be the responsibility of the
purchaser. Any damage in transit will be the responsibility of the carrier or at the risk of the purchaser.

CAUTION: GENERAL REMARKS
Please read and observe the instructions carefully before you use the product, and keep
them in a safe place for future use. Check the parts list after opening the package. Make
sure that all parts are fully assembled according to the instruction before fitting it into
your car.
The user is responsible for assembly and installation of this product, and the
manufacturer disclaims any liability due to improper fitting or use of this product.
Failure to properly install this motorcycle carrier and/or the motorcycle may cause
damage to the vehicle and/or the motorcycle, and may result in personal injury.
Do not modify any components of the product and remove the carrier if not in use.
This motorcycle carrier is designed to be fitted directly on vehicles with a 2” (5.08cm)
hitch receiver.
WARNING: SAFE AND PROPER USE
Please make sure you clean the surface of the hitch receiver completely before installing
the carrier.
Always secure the wheels of the motorcycle to the carrier.
Check if distance from the exhaust pipe to the motorcycle tires is safe for your
motorcycle. The heat of the exhaust could damage the motorcycle or the carrier.
If your vehicle is equipped with an automatic tailgate opening system, disable this
function when using the carrier, and open the tailgate manually.
When loading the motorcycle, remove all loose parts and accessories from the
motorcycle.
The user is responsible for periodically verifying that all hardware is securely tightened
for safety purposes.
Do not open the tailgate with the motorcycle installed on the carrier.
WARNING: ROAD SAFETY
The motorcycle carrier increases the vehicle’s length, and the motorcycle may increase
its width and height. Be aware of this when passing through narrow or low-clearance
spaces and when reversing. Any loads exceeding the indicated dimensions must
nevertheless respect existing regulations and be properly secured.
The load of the carrier and motorcycles will aect driving. Do not exceed the speed limit,
and do not drive faster than 74.5 mph (120 km/h).
Drive slowly over speed bumps. Respect the speed limit, and adapt your speed to the
condition of the road.
O-road driving is not recommended and could result in damage to your vehicle, hitch
receiver, motorcycle carrier, or your motorcycle.
If you hit a bump or hole in the road, stop your vehicle and inspect the motorcycle and
the carrier. If you notice anything wrong, remove the motorcycle and do not use the
motorcycle carrier.
Make sure there is a safe distance between the motorcycle and the ground, especially
when entering a driveway.

CAUTION: MAINTAINING YOUR MOTORCYCLE CARRIER
Periodically inspect the product for signs of wear, corrosion and fatigue.
Do not use the carrier with defective parts, contact the dealer to replace them before
using it again.
Remove the product before entering an automatic car wash.
To keep your product in the best condition, it is recommended to remove the product
from your vehicle when not in use. Please be advised that this product is not designed to
resist extreme weather conditions, especially seacoast air.
Lubricate the bolts in order to avoid corrosion.
WARNING
There is an inherent risk involved in the use of loading, unloading and transport of cargo.
DK2 Inc. assumes no liability whatsoever for damage or injury incurred during the use of
this product.
Inspect the Hitch-Mounted Motorcycle Carrier before each use. Tighten any loose
hardware and replace any worn or damaged parts. Check that brake lights, turn signals,
and tail-lights all function properly.
Ensure that the 5/8” hitch receiver pin is attached and locked. Safety chains must be
attached at all times. WedgeLock Nut must be tightened securely.
Do not overload. Maximum capacity is 350lb (159kg) on a hitch receiver with maximum
tongue weight rating of 500lb (227kg). Maximum capacity is 400lb (181kg) on a hitch
receiver with maximum tongue weight rating of 750lb (340kg). See chart on Technical
Specifications (page 4).
Ensure the motorcycle is securely fastened to the carrier. DK2 Inc. assumes no liability
whatsoever for damage caused by motorcycles that were not properly secured. Never
ride the motorcycle onto the carrier.
Do not obstruct your license plate from view. If necessary, re-located license plate as per
local laws.
Do not exceed the tongue weight of your vehicle or the tongue weight limit for your
hitch receiver. These may be two dierent figures. It is your responsibility to ensure that
your hitch receiver tongue weight limit is equal to or less than the limit for the vehicle.
This should have been determined at the time the hitch receiver was installed. DK2 Inc.
assumes no responsibility whatsoever for hitch receivers that are damaged, improperly
installed, or have a weight capacity which exceeds the safe limit for the vehicle.
CAUTION
Do not use the Hitch-Mounted Motorcycle Carrier if it sits at a dangerously low height
relative to the ground. The Carrier and/or front wheel of the loaded motorcycle may
“bottom out” while driving and damage may occur. It is up to the operator to determine
what is a safe height for the Carrier, and to drive accordingly.
CAUTION
Ensure tie-down straps utilized are in good condition and of the proper strength.

STEP 1: HITCH ASSEMBLY
1. Separate the Wedgelock Inner Assembly (B) by removing the Wedgelock Pin (20) from the
Wedgelock Nut Tube (23).
2. Insert and re-fasten the Wedgelock Pin (20) to the Wedgelock Nut Tube (23) inside the
Wedgelock Bracket (22) as shown to complete the Hitch Assembly.
STEP 2: INSTALL THE HITCH ASSEMBLY
Fit the Base Assembly (A) over the Hitch Assembly and fasten them together using two M12
U-Bolts (18), four M12 Washers (2), and four M12 Nylock Hex Nuts (1).

STEP 3: FRONT WHEEL CHANNEL
1. Align the two Sliding Side Channels (3) to the two holes in the Base Assembly (A).
2. Once aligned, fit the Wheel Cradle (12) and align to the same spot as shown. Fasten the
Sliding Side Channels (3) and the Wheel Cradle (12) to the Base Assembly (A) using two M12
Hex Bolts (4), two M12 Washers (2) and two M12 Nylock Hex Nuts (1).
3. Install the Wheel Stop (11) by fastening it to the Sliding Side Channel (3) as shown using two
M12 Hex Bolts (4), two M12 Washers (2), and two M12 Nylock Hex Nuts (1).

STEP 4: HITCHING TO YOUR VEHICLE
Attach the motorcycle carrier to your vehicle and secure it using the Hitch Pin (19) and R-Clip
(21) as shown.

STEP 5: SLIDING TIE-DOWN TUBE
Secure the Sliding Tie-Down Tube (8) through the Base Assembly (A) using a Safety Pin (7).

STEP 6: LOCK PIN
The Lock Pin (9) is secured through the Main Channel (10) by a Safety Pin (7). To use the tilt-
down feature of the motorcycle carrier, remove the Safety Pin (7), then the Lock Pin (9), and the
Main Channel (10) will unlock for tilt-down functionality. You can temporarily store the Lock Pin
(9) into the Main Cross Tube (17) until you need to lock the carrier back in place.

STEP 7: LOADING THE MOTORCYCLE
After tilting the Main Channel (10) down, you can now mount your motorcycle.

STEP 8: SECURING THE MOTORCYCLE
1. Once the motorcycle is loaded, lift the carrier by the handles of the Main Channel (10) and
re-inserting the Lock Pin (9) and Safety Pin (7) as shown.
2. Secure the motorcycle to the handles in the Main Channel (10) with the Chain (24) as shown.
