WHAT IS COVERED – 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
INCLUDED
DK2 Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that product will
be free and clear of manufacturing defects in workmanship
and materials under normal use and service for a period of
one (1) year from the date of the original purchase. If within one
(1) year from the original date of purchase this product fails
due to defect in material or workmanship, DK2 Inc. will repair,
replace, or supply any covered defective part at our option.
DK2 Inc. is 1-year parts only warran no labor.
Upon expiry of one (1) year, DK2 Inc. will have no further liabili
related to the product. DK2 Inc. does not authorize any par,
including its authorized distributors or dealers, to oer any
other warran on behalf of DK2 Inc.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER OR APPLY TO:
a) Damage to the product due to misuse, mishandling
and abuse
b) Improper installation, maintenance and storage
c) Expendable parts such as nuts and bolts, pins and
springs, wiring and switch components, hydraulic
hoses and fiings, cuing teeth, cuing chains,
cuing blades, throles, belts and tires.
d) Normal wear and tear
e) Consequential damage & incidental damages such
as damage to persons or proper

Within the one (1) year warran period, the purchaser of the
product can CALL 1-888-277-6960 or contact us on www.
dk2.com. Noti us of the claimed defect and provide proof of

original purchase. At this time the validi of the claim will be
determined, and if approved replacement parts will be issued.
No returned product will be accepted under warran unless
accompanied by an RGA# issued by DK2 Inc.
DAMAGED FREIGHT
Damage to your product caused by freight mishandling is
NOT covered under warran. If your freight arrives damaged,
REFUSE it. Inspect your product when it arrives, otherwise if
you accept it, you will be responsible for filing any freight claims
with the delivery company. DK2 Inc. warran excludes damage
to product.

potentially break the solar panel.
DO NOT immerse the solar panel in water.
DO NOT clean with water directly. Use a wet cloth to
gently wipe the solar panel down.
DO NOT place near heat sources such as fire or a
heater while using or storing.
DO NOT expose to direct heat sources.
DO NOT pierce the solar panel casing with any sharp
object.
DO NOT aempt to disassemble the solar panel in any
way.
DO NOT expose to strong corrosive substances.
DO NOT charge a vehicle baery directly.
DO NOT drop, knock, disassemble or aempt to repair
the product by yourself.
Avoid USB charge or use of the product in a moist area
or wet conditions.
If wet, DO NOT aampt to dry with any appliance or heat
sources like hair dryer or microwave oven.
Keep away from explosive or flammable conditions or
substances.
Keep away from children. Warran does not cover
wrong usage, human error or damage.

Avoid direct contact with charging ports especially when
USB charging.
Power banks have internal control circuitry that regulate
current. If damaged safe may be compromised.
DO NOT use if damaged or if you notice any irregulari.
Unplug your power bank as soon as it is fully charged.
Ensure the operating environment meets the standard
operating temperature range of -10°C ~ 65°C (14°F ~
149°F).
Keep product safe. As with mobile electronic products,
do not abuse or use inappropriately.

FAQ
Q: What products will this solar panel charge?
A: This solar panel will charge all DK2 baeries and power
consoles, and most other brands of energy storage power
supply.
Q: What will cause the panel to charge slow?
A: The output power of solar panels is aected by several
factors. Main factors include climatic conditions, angle of light,
and objects blocking light from reaching the panel.
WARNING! Please avoid squeezing and compressing the
solar panel from external forces or heavy objects. This
may damage the panel cells and cause the power to drop.
Q: How to clean the solar panel?
A: Dust and dirt on the surface should be removed using a so
cloth. Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the solar panel
to remove any remaining dust or dirt.
CAUTION! Do not directly pour water on the solar panel.
Make sure you use a damp cloth to wipe down the solar
panel, pouring water directly on the solar panel may
cause performance reduction.
Q: Is the solar panel waterproof?
A: To maximize the lifespan of the solar panel, it should not get
wet.

RGA émis par DK2 inc.
DOMMAGE DE TRANSPORT
Les dommages causés à votre produit par une mauvaise
manipulation du transporteur ne sont PAS couverts par la
garantie. Si votre colis arrive endommager, REFUSEZ-le.
Inspectez votre produit à son arrivée, sinon si vous l’acceptez,
vous serez responsable de déposer toute réclamation à votre
unité auprès de la société de transport. La garantie de DK2
inc. exclut les dommages au produit par le transporteur.

NE PAS neoyer directement avec de l’eau. Utilisez un
chion humide pour essuyer délicatement le panneau
solaire.
NE PAS placer à proximité de sources de chaleur telles
que le feu ou un radiateur pendant l’utilisation ou le
stockage.
NE PAS exposer à des sources de chaleur directes.
NE PAS percer le boîtier du panneau solaire avec un
objet pointu.
N’ESSAYEZ PAS de démonter le panneau solaire
chemin.
NE PAS exposer à des substances fortement corrosives.
NE PAS charger directement la baerie d’un véhicule.
NE PAS laisser tomber, cogner, démonter ou tenter de
réparer le produit par vous-même.
Évitez la charge USB ou l’utilisation du produit dans une

S’il est mouillé, N’ESSAYEZ PAS de le sécher avec

R: La puissance de sortie des panneaux solaires est aectée
par plusieurs facteurs. Les principaux facteurs comprennent
les conditions climatiques, l’angle de la lumière, et les objets
empêchant la lumière d’aeindre le panneau.
AVERTISSEMENT! Veuillez éviter de presser et de
comprimer le panneau solaire de forces extérieures ou
d’objets lourds. Cela pourrait endommager les cellules
du panneau et provoquer l’arrêt de l’alimentation.
Q: Comment neoyer le panneau solaire ?
R: La poussière et la saleté sur la surface doivent être
enlevées à l’aide d’un chion doux. Utilisez un chion humide
pour essuyer la surface du solaire panneau pour enlever toute
poussière ou saleté restante.
