The app will direct you back to the measuring page. Step on the scale with bare feet and stay there for
5-10 seconds. The scale will measure Weight, Body Balance and Heart Rate on the measure page.
Body Balance
When the weight is locked, the scale will measure your body balance. Adjust your body to achieve
equal weight distribution during tracking. The display ashes and displays your nal weight, as well as
your balance status.
You should pay more attention to your balance, when the following is data is shown:
Weight L ≈ Weight R;
Health; Weight L > Weight R (or Weight L < Weight R).
Heart Rate
After determining your body balance, the scale will measure the body’s heart rate. The icon of a heart
will ash when the scale is weighing and analysing. Keep standing on the scale until the measurement
is nished and your phone has received all the data from the scale.
Once the analyses are complete they appear on the app and you can step off the scale.
After the weight has been locked, all body composition data can be read in the Fitdays App by clicking
“More Data” on the measuring page. When you click Record, you can see your long-term tracking results.
Recalibrating the scale
If the scale has been moved or ipped upside down, it must be recalibrated to ensure accurate results.
Place the scale on a hard, at surface.
Step on the scale with one foot until the digits appear on the display and step off.
The scale will show “0.00”, indicating that the calibration process is complete.
Accuracy Range
View, delete, and share data
View: click “Chart” to view your progress history.
Delete: Enter your data into the calendar to form a list and select a dataset or all data you want to delete.
Share: select the data you want to share, click on the share button [+], and share it via Facebook, Instagram
or sms.
Add/Delete User & basic Settings
Go to your homepage, and click on “Add user” .
To delete an account, swipe the account to the left and select “Delete”.
Go to “Setting” to set Themes, Goals, Weight Units, Sounds, Languages, and Passwords.
Synchronize with your Fitness app
Apple Health:
Open the “Health” app on your iPhone and select “Data Sources”.
Select “Fitdays” from the list.
Turn on all categories to allow the Fitdays app to work.
Google Fit
Go to “Setting” , and select “Google Fit”.
Turn on “Google Fit” and login to your Google account.
You will be automatically redirected to the “Google Fit” page.
When the connection is established, the data will sync with Google Fit.
Fitbit App
Go to “Settings” , and select “Fitbit”.
Turn on Fitbit and login to your Fitbit account.
Select “Allow” to access the Fitbit App.
When the connection is established, the data (Weight, body Fat %, BMI) will sync with your Fitbit app.
You can view the data on both the app and the web.
