WARNING! DO NOT let comfort or familiarity with
product (gained from repeated use) replace strict
adherence to the tool safety rules. If you use this tool
unsafely or incorrectly, you can suffer serious personal

AIR TOOL SAFETY
AIR SUPPLY SAFTEY
WARNING! Compressed air can be dangerous. Ensure
that you are farmilair with all precautions relating to
the use of compressors and compressed air supply.
Failure to do so could result in serious injury.
UNPACKING
WARNING! Do not operate the tool if any part is
missing. Replace the missing part before operating.
Failure to do so could result in a malfunction and
personal injury.

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
WARNING! Only use qualified cutting blade that has an
RPM rating equal to or greater than the tool itself.
Failure to do so could result in seroius injury.
WARNING! Make sure that a mark of the rotation
direction arrow is visible on the cutting blade surface
and that the cutting blade should be placed with the
rotation direction being the same as that of the tool.
Failure to do so could result in seroius injury.
NOTICE! Place 2-3 drops of air tool
oil (not provided) into the air inlet (C)
before each use.
OPERATION
WARNING! Always ensure that the
tool has come to a complete stop
before putting it down after use.
Failure to do so could result in
seroius injury.
WARNING! When stopping your work,
turn the water flow regulator (E)
clockwise to the off position and do
not have water flow through the
water tubing (H) and the circular
water distribution hose (L). Failure to
do so could result in seroius injury.
NOTICE! Start the wet air cutter (A)
and have it run at lower speed before
applying the tool to the workpiece.
NOTICE! The maximum tool speed can be obtained by
fully depressing the trigger (B).
CARE & MAINTENANCE
WARNING! Only qualified service personnel should
repair the tool. An improperly repaired tool may
present a hazard to the user and/or others.
LUBRICATION
NOTICE! Do not use detergent oil. Air tool oil is
available at major tool hardware stores. SAE #10
weight oil, sewing machine lubricant or any other high
grade turbine oil containing moisture absorbent, rust
inhibitors, metal wetting agents and an EP (extreme
pressure) additive may be used as a substitute.
DISPOSAL
IMPORTANT! DO NOT pollute the environment by
allowing uncontrolled discharge of waste oil.
