Install the kit according to the following instructions:

FOR ROTATION OF SNOWBLOWER CHUTE ONLY:
NOTE: The following instruction is not valid for Compact and Deluxe snowblowers.
Remove the seal (item A (106570)) if applicable. Then remove the seal (item B) installed between the
sprocket and the motor cover using a precision screwdriver or similar object. Install the new seal (item 1), by
stretching it and turning it around the sprocket, at the location of the previously removed seal (item B) (Fig.
A) and ensure that it is properly seated under the sprocket teeth and in the position illustrated (Fig. B).
FOR OTHER PRODUCT / LOCATION:
Do not use the seal (item 1) and leave the original seal (item B).
Reinstall anything that has been uninstalled before.

Installer l’ensemble selon les instructions suivantes:

POUR ROTATION DE GOULOTTE DE SOUFFLEUSE À NEIGE SEULEMENT:
NOTE: L’instruction qui suit n’est pas valide pour les souffleuse à neige Compact et Deluxe.
Retirer le joint d’étanchéité (item A (106570)) si applicable. Ensuite, retirer le joint d’étanchéité (item B) ins-
tallé entre le pignon et le couvercle du moteur à l’aide d’un tournevis de précision ou objet similaire. Installer
le nouveau joint d’étanchéité (item 1), en l’étirant et le tournant autour du pignon, à l’emplacement du joint
d’étanchéité enlevé précédemment (item B) (Fig. A) et s’assurer qu’il est bien installé sous les dents du pi-
gnon et dans la position illustrée (Fig. B).
POUR AUTRE PRODUIT / EMPLACEMENT:
Ne pas utiliser le joint d’étanchéité (item 1) et laisser le joint d’étanchéité d’origine (item B).
Réinstaller tout ce qui a été désinstallé auparavant.
