If 2 coils
The contactor is supplied in
the coil kit, separately from
the unit.
Make sure the unit is cut
o from power.
The contactor must be installed to the slotted DIN rail
(component E - Picture 5 - page 4).
In case of power outage, the electrical coil will also be switched
o. Always check that it is safetly installed.
Wiring diagram description(picture 22) shows :
1. The connection between the contactor and the terminal
strips (phase and neutral) on the slotted DIN rail (picture
23)Use the wire fragments delivered in the kit (kit n°9). It is
recommended to crimp the wires with the insulated crimp
ferrules delivered in the kit (kit n°4) with a crimper.
• Link the A1 inlet to the neutral terminal terminal block,
• Link the A2 inlet to the phase terminal terminal block,
To connect the wires to the contactor, use a screwdriver to
screw in/out (picture 19).
To connect the wires to the terminal blocks, use a precision
screwdriver in the square holes.
A movement is needed to ensure the good connection.
Move the precision screwdriver upwards (for the top connections
of the strip) or move downwards (for the down connections).
Then release when the wire is in place (pictures 20 & 21).
If the unit is equipped with 2 coils, refer to the suitable diagram
(picture 22).
If 1 coil
9. Cables connection
The two electrical coil cables must be connected to the electrical cabinet (components - Picture 5 - page 4),
see wiring diagram (picture 24).
Details of the connections are shown on the following pages.

Postheating Preheating
picture 24
The coil cable runs up the holding tray and must pass through
the back of the electric cabinet
The cable must pass through the membrane entry grommet
(components C1/C2 - Picture 5 - page 4)
To make it easier, use a drill with a twist drill smaller than or
equal to the cable cross-section (picture 26).
Pass the cable through the grommet and use the pliers
(pictures 25). Pull the cable towards the main board
WIRING :
• Strip the cable aer passing it through the
grommet,
• Use the supplied fast connector kit (kit n°6) and
connect the control cable - using the splicing
connectors (picture 27).
• Always check that it is safetly installed
Attach the fast connector to the control main board (picture
28)
Terminal X16 is reserved for the postheating coil and terminal
X17 is for the preheating coil (picture 29).
Gather and tie the cables together using fasteners.
