ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with
package contents list and diagram above. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to
assemble, install or operate the product. Contact customer service for replacement parts.
Estimated Assembly Time: 60 Minutes
Tools Required for Assembly (not included): Phillips head screwdriver, scissors and utility knife
SAFETY INFORMATION
WARNING
• Before assembly, carefully use scissors or utility knife to cut and unwrap all parts.
Make sure you do not discard the hardware.
CAUTION
• Use care in assembling your new kitchen cart. Take your time and use the
hardware provided and a quality Phillips head screwdriver. Never overtighten bolts.
• Do not sit on any part of the kitchen cart.
• All panels are labeled left and right as viewed from the front of unit.

1. Insert wood dowels (CC) into the holes in the Base
(A) and insert Nut (NN) into the bottom of panels
(D, E, F). Push the Left / Right side panels (E, F),
middle divided panel (D) snug to the Base as shown
in diagram. Screw Hex screw (AA) into Flat Washer
(BB) with Allen Key (DD) through the base to
connect them, make sure them screw in the nuts.

4. Choose desired height of Interior wood shelves (H)
and place the Shelf Pins (HH) into same height shelf
holes inside side panels. Insert Wood Shelves (H),
allow Wood Shelves (H) to rest on the Shelf Pin
(HH), use Screws (LL) to fi x the shelves.

3. Insert one Wood Dowel (CC) into each of the
pre-drilled holes in the underside of Top (G) and lay
fi nished side up on top of completed assembly 2.
From the inside, attach the top (G) using Hex screw
(EE) and Washers (BB) through the pre-drilled holes
in the mounting blocks.

7. screw the Cap (QQ) through the connect blocks (I, J)
to install the Towel Rack (K).
6. Choose desired height of exterior side wood shelves
(L) and place the Shelf Pins (GG) into same height
shelf holes inside side panels. Insert the exterior
side Wood Shelf (L), allow exterior side Wood Shelf
(L) to rest on the Shelf Pin (GG).

5. Locate Right Doors (C) and Left Doors (B),
attach the hinge another part to the side panels with
screws (Diagram 1). Slide door hinge keyhole into
panel hinge bracket. Use Phillips Head Screwdriver
to tighten screws. (Diagram 2)
TO ADJUST HINGES
To adjust door forward or backward change
keyhole slot position. (As Shown In Diagram 2a)
To adjust door right or left loosen/tighten screw.
(As Shown In Diagram 2b)
To adjust door up or down adjust bracket height.
(As Shown In Diagram 2c)
Attach the Knob (FF) to the Left Doors (B) and Right
Doors (C) and upper drawers, use the bolts attached
through the pre-drilled holes in the doors. Then use
a Phillips Head Screwdriver to tighten the bolts.

8. Insert wood dowels (CC) in the holes on the top
side, push the Towel Rack to cart body using the
camlock (O-1, O-2) to connect them.

rack (O) from the bottom.

• Antes del montaje, corte con unas tijeras o un bisturí y desenvuelva las piezas
cuidadosamente. Asegúrese de no desechar los herrajes.
PRECAUCIÓN
• Vaya con cuidado durante el montaje de su carrito de cocina. Tómese su tiempo y use los
elementos suministrados y un destornillador Phillips de calidad. No apriete demasiado los
pernos.
• No se siente en ninguna pate del carrito de cocina.
• Todos los paneles están etiquetados izquierda y derecha, vistos desde el frente de la unidad.

Herrajes utilizados
1. Inserte Toneles de Madera (CC) en los agujeros de
la Base (A) y inserte la Nuez (NN) en el fondo de
los paneles (D, E,F). Empuje los paneles laterales
Izquierdo / Derecho (E, F), el panel separador medio
(D) ajuste a la Base cómo se muestra en el dia
grama. Atornille el Tornillo (AA) en una Arandela
Plana (BB) con una Llave Allen (DD) a través de la
base para conectarlos, asegúrese de atornillar en las
nueces.

3. Inserte un Tonel de Madera (CC) en cada uno de
los agujeros pre-agujereados en la parte inferior de
la Cubierta (G) y deje la parte acabada mirando
hacia arriba encima del montaje completo en el
paso 2. Desde el interior, adjunte la Cubierta (G)
utilizando los Tornillos (EE) y las Arandelas (BB) a
través de los agujeros pre-agujereados de los
bloques montantes.

4. Escoja la altura deseada de los estantes (H) y
coloque los Topes (HH), utilice tornillos (LL) para
fi jar los estantes.

6. Escoja la altura deseada de los estantes de madera
laterales exteriores (L) y coloque los Topes (GG) en
la misma altura dentro de los agujeros de los
paneles laterales. Inserte el Estante de Madera
Lateral Exterior (L), deje que el Estante de Madera
(L) repose encima de los Topes (GG).
7. Atornille el Tope (QQ) a través de los bloques
conectores (I, J) para instalar el colgador de toallas
(K).

5. Localice las Puertas Derecha (C) e Izquierda (B),
adjunte la bisagra a los paneles laterales con los
tornillos (Diagrama 1). Deslice el agujero la bisagra
en el soporte de la bisagra. Utilice un Destornillador
Phillips para apretar tornillos. (Diagrama 2).
PARA AJUSTAR LAS BISAGRAS
Para ajustar la puerta hacia adelante o hacia detrás,
cambie la posición de la ranura en forma de
cerradura. (como se muestra en el diagrama 3a)
Para ajustar la puerta hacia la derecho o hacia la
Izquierda, apriete o destornille el tornillo.
(Como se muestra en el diagrama 3b)
Para ajustar la puerta hacia arriba o hacia abajo,
ajuste la altura del soporte de bisagra.
(Como se muestra en el diagrama 3c)
Adjunte los Pomos (FF) de las Puertas Izquierda (B)
y Derecha (C), utilizando los tornillos adjuntados a
través de los agujeros pre-agujereados de las
puertas. Después utilice un destornillador
Phillips para apretar los tornillos.
