To reduce the risk of injury:
• Read and understand all the instructions and inspect the appliance before use. When using electrical products, especially when
children are present, basic safety precautions should always be followed. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the
proper use of this appliance and the inherent risks if these instructions are not followed, such as burns, electrocution, fire or
injury. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that all users of the product are fully informed about the proper use of the
appliance and all safety precautions.
• ALWAYS read, understand, and follow the instructions and warnings associated with and accompanying any supplementary
equipment, such as the Teeter Inversion Table. Use on the inversion table will affect the balance, causing the table to rotate faster.
Adjust your user settings per the Inversion Table Owner’s Manual.
• DO NOT use this product as a substitute for medical attention. Consult your doctor before using the Vibration Cushion if you
have any concerns regarding your health. Individuals with pacemakers should consult a doctor before use.
• ALWAYS unplug from the electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning, or before putting on or taking off parts
or attachments. NEVER leave unattended when plugged in. To disconnect, turn all controls to the “off” position, then remove
plug from outlet. NEVER operate if cord or plug is damaged or if it has been dropped in water.
• ALWAYS inspect the appliance and examine the covering before each use. Discontinue use if the covering shows any sign of
deterioration, such as blistering or cracking.
• KEEP DRY - DO NOT operate in a wet or moist condition. DO NOT use outdoors.
• DO NOT allow the appliance to come into contact or become immersed in water or any other liquid. DO NOT place or store
where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink. DO NOT reach for if fallen into water. Unplug it immediately.
• DO NOT use on insensitive skin areas or on a person with poor blood circulation. DO NOT use this product directly on swollen or
inflamed areas or skin eruptions. Use heated surfaces carefully. Check the skin in contact with the heated area of the appliance
frequently to reduce the risk of burn or injury.
• NEVER use while sleeping or fall asleep while using the appliance.
• NEVER use pins or other metallic fasteners with this appliance.
• DO NOT operate under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating may occur and cause fire, electrocution or injury to persons.
• DO NOT allow children to use the Vibration Cushion. This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, unless they are given supervision and instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
• DO NOT use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer. Use only for its intended use as described in
these instructions.
• DO NOT carry by supply cord or use cord as handle. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
• DO NOT operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
• Do not use for more than 15 continuous minutes. Extensive use could lead to excessive heating and shorter product life. Should
this occur, discontinue use and allow the Vibration Cushion to cool before operating.
• DO NOT crush. Avoid sharp folds.
• DO NOT use in any commercial, rental or institutional setting. This product is intended for indoor, home-use only.
• DO NOT operate equipment while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication that may cause drowsiness or
disorientation.
• ALWAYS replace defective components immediately and/or keep out of use until repair. DO NOT attempt to repair Vibration
Cushion - there are no user serviceable parts. Contact Teeter Customer Support for service.
• Refer to additional warning notices posted on the equipment. If a product label should become lost, damaged or illegible,
contact Customer Service for replacement.

STEP 1
Attach Vibration Cushion to Table Bed
• Pull apart the Velcro on all of the straps on the Vibration Cushion.
• Lay the Vibration Cushion on top of the inversion table bed with the
Head Support located at the top end of the table bed. Ensure the
electrical cords are located on the left as you stand facing the unit and
that they are free from the underside of the Vibration Cushion.
CAUTION: Keep your face and eyes clear of the elastic straps
when stretching them for installation.
• Wrap the top horizontal straps around the table bed and secure
together using the Velcro strips (Figure 1).
• Pull the top vertical strap over the top of the table bed and wrap around
secured horizontal straps (Figure 2) to secure onto itself with the Velcro
strips.
• Wrap the lower horizontal straps around the table bed and under the
Main Shaft Housing. Secure together using the Velcro Strips (Figure 3).
• Pull the lower vertical strap under the bottom of the table bed and
wrap around the secured horizontal straps to secure onto itself with the
Velcro strips (Figure 3).

Attach Neck Arch to Vibration Cushion

• Position the Neck Arch Support on top of the Vibration Cushion so that
the rounded arch is at the top of the table bed. Stretch the two elastic
straps around the table bed and secure together with the Velcro Strips
(Figure 4).
• The strap and arch support position can be adjusted at the time of use.
The rounded top of the Neck Arch Support should be positioned so the
arch supports the natural curve of your neck, and your head should rest
on the Vibration cushion, not the Neck Arch Support. (Figure 5).
• Connect the Neck Arch Support cord to the input jack at the top of the
Vibration Cushion (Figure 6).

• Attach the Controller Pouch to the A-frame of the inversion table by
securing the Velcro straps around the rear leg above and below the
spreader arm (Figure 7).
• Connect the Controller cord to the Controller and place the Controller in
the pouch (Figure 8).

• Secure the controller cord and electrical cord from the Vibration
Cushion to the rear leg of the A-frame using the Velcro strap
provided (Figure 9).
• Run the electrical cord through the secured Velcro straps of the
Controller Pouch – this will help keep the cord out of the way during
operation of the inversion table (Figure 10).
CAUTION: Be certain that all cords are AWAY and CLEAR of the
inversion table pivot points.
• Connect the electrical cord with the AC Adapter cord (Figure 10), then
plug the adapter into a 120 volt AC outlet.

Operating Controller
FOR LIGHT-HEAT TECHNOLOGY:
• Press the “heat” button to turn the Neck Arch Support heat lights on
and off.
FOR VIBRATION:
• Press the “power” button on the Controller to start the vibrating motors.
• Press the “function” button to select vibration modes: tapping, up &
down, wave, all motors, and random.
• The vibration area can be selected by pressing the buttons “neck”, “upper
back”, “lower back”, “lumbar” and “thighs”.
• Press the “timer” button to select the amount of vibration time.
• Press the “fast” or “slow” buttons to adjust the speed of the vibration
motors.
• Press the “high” or “low” buttons to adjust the desired intensity.
Maintenance
• Be sure to unplug the Vibration Cushion and allow it to cool prior to
cleaning. Using a soft, slightly damp sponge, wipe only the surface.
DO NOT allow the Vibration Cushion to contact or become immersed
in water or any other liquid. NEVER clean the Vibration Cushion with
brushes or abrasive cleaners, flammable fuels, glass/furniture polish or
paint thinner.
Storage
• Place the Vibration Cushion in its original box or in a cool, dry
place. Use caution when storing so as not to damage the internal
components. Take care to avoid contact with sharp or pointed objects
that might puncture the fabric surface.
• Do not wrap the power cord around the unit or attempt to hang the
Vibration Cushion by the Controller cord.

incidental or consequential damage arising from breach of an express or implied warranty on any Teeter product.

EXPRESS WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED. To the extent this warranty is found not to be enforceable, it shall be deemed
revised to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. This warranty and any controversy or claim arising out of this
warranty or its interpretation shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any controversy or claim
arising out of or relating to this warranty, its interpretation, or any alleged breach thereof, which cannot be amicably
settled between Teeter and the owner within sixty (60) days of written notice by the aggrieved party to the other, shall be
finally settled by arbitration submitted to three (3) arbitrators selected from the panels of the arbitrators of the American
Arbitration Association located closest to Teeter’s principal place of business.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damage from a warranty, so the above limitation or
exclusion may not apply to you. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may
vary from state to state. This warranty is completely transferable to any and all future owners of this product, provided no
alterations have been made to the product.

Teeter extends to the owner a repair and replacement warranty against manufacturing defects

Installation du coussin vibrant sur le dossier de la table
• Détacher toutes les bandes autoagrippantes du coussin vibrant.
• Placer le coussin vibrant sur le dossier de la table d’inversion en veillant
à ce que le support pour la tête soit dans le haut du dossier. Vérifier que
les cordons d’alimentation sont situés sur la gauche lorsque l’on fait face
à la table et qu’ils ne sont pas coincés sous le coussin vibrant.
ATTENTION : Garder le visage et les yeux loin des courroies
élastiques qui doivent être étirées pendant l’installation.
• Fixer les courroies horizontales supérieures autour du dossier à l’aide des
bandes autoagrippantes (figure 1).
• Placer la courroie verticale supérieure sur le dessus du dossier de la
table, puis l’enrouler autour des courroies horizontales déjà fixées avant
de l’attacher sur elle-même à l’aide des bandes
autoagrippantes (figure 2).
• Fixer les courroies horizontales inférieures autour du dossier, sous le
logement de l’axe principal, à l’aide des bandes
autoagrippantes (figure 3).
• Placer la courroie verticale inférieure sur le bas du dossier de la table,
puis l’enrouler autour des courroies horizontales déjà fixées avant de
l’attacher sur elle-même à l’aide des bandes autoagrippantes (figure 3).

• Placer le support cervical sur le coussin vibrant de manière à ce que
la partie arrondie soit dans le haut du dossier de la table. Introduire le
dossier dans les deux courroies élastiques, puis fixer celles-ci ensemble à
l’aide des bandes autoagrippantes (figure 4).
• La position des courroies et du support peut être ajustée avant chaque
utilisation. La partie supérieure arrondie du support doit épouser la
courbe naturelle du cou, et la tête de l’utilisateur doit reposer sur le
coussin vibrant et non sur le support (figure 5).
• Brancher le cordon du support cervical sur la prise sur le dessus du
coussin vibrant (figure 6).

• Installer l’étui de la télécommande sur le cadre en A de la table
d’inversion en fixant les bandes autoagrippantes autour du pied arrière,
en dessus et en dessous du bras d’écartement (figure 7).
• Brancher le cordon de la télécommande sur la télécommande et placer
celle-ci dans son étui (figure 8).

Branchement de l’adaptateur
• Fixer le cordon d’alimentation et le cordon de la télécommande au pied
arrière du cadre en A l’aide des bandes autoagrippantes prévues à
cet effet (figure 9).
• Faire passer le cordon d’alimentation du coussin vibrant sous les bandes
autoagrippantes de l’étui de la télécommande (figure 10) pour le
maintenir à l’écart pendant l’utilisation de la table d’inversion.
ATTENTION : Vérifier que tous les cordons sont loin des
pivots de la table d’inversion.
• Brancher le cordon d’alimentation sur le cordon de l’adaptateur c.a.
(figure 10), puis brancher l’adaptateur sur une prise c.a. de 120 V.

Utilisation de la télécommande
LUMIÈRES CHAUFFANTES :
• Appuyer sur le bouton HEAT (chaleur) pour allumer et éteindre les
lumières infrarouges du support cervical.
VIBRATIONS :
• Appuyer sur le bouton POWER (marche) de la télécommande pour
démarrer les moteurs de vibration.
• Appuyer sur le bouton FUNCTION (fonction) pour sélectionner les
modes de vibration : battement, haut et bas, onde, tous les moteurs
et aléatoire.
• La zone de vibration peut être sélectionnée au moyen des boutons
NECK (cou), UPPER BACK (haut du dos), LOWER BACK (bas du dos),
LUMBAR (lombaires) and THIGHS (fessier).
• Appuyer sur le bouton TIMER (minuteur) pour sélectionner la durée
de vibration.
• Appuyer sur les boutons FAST (rapide) ou SLOW (lent) pour régler la
vitesse des moteurs de vibration.
• Appuyer sur les boutons HIGH (haute) ou LOW (faible) pour régler
l’intensité de vibration.
Entretien
• Débrancher le coussin vibrant et le laisser refroidir avant de le nettoyer.
À l’aide d’une éponge douce et légèrement humide, n’essuyer que la
surface du coussin. NE PAS mouiller ou immerger le coussin vibrant
dans de l’eau ou dans tout autre liquide. NE JAMAIS nettoyer le coussin
vibrant à l’aide d’une brosse ou de produits abrasifs, de combustibles
inflammables, de nettoyants pour vitres ou meubles ou de diluants
pour peinture.
Entreposage
• Placer le coussin vibrant dans son emballage original ou dans un
endroit sec et frais. Veiller à ne pas endommager les composants
internes lors du rangement. Éviter tout contact avec des objets
pointus ou aiguisés qui pourraient trouer la surface en tissu.
• Ne pas enrouler le cordon d’alimentation autour du produit et ne pas
suspendre le coussin vibrant par le cordon de la télécommande.

TOUJOURS lire, comprendre et respecter les instructions et les
avertissements fournis avec les produits complémentaires, comme la
table d’inversion Teeter. L’utilisation du coussin modifiera l’équilibre
de la table, ce qui la fera pivoter plus rapidement; il faudra donc
ajuster les réglages de la table selon les instructions de son
manuel d’utilisation.
