Welcome

Go to the «My Info» menu on your COYOTE UP. Note your COYOTE
ID and the last four digits of the serial number.

Go to www.coyotesystems.eu, select your country and click on
«Register my COYOTE».

Enter your COYOTE ID and the last 4 digits of the serial number.

Create your COYOTE account or log in if you are already a

Finally, select the subscription plan that best meets your needs.

Your COYOTE UP switches on automatically when
it is powered via the USB socket. Your COYOTE UP
switches off or enters standby mode
automatically after 5 minutes of inactivity.
BATTERY

LOCATION IN THE VEHICLE
The COYOTE UP must be put behind your inside
mirror if your car has an athermic windscreen (no
GPS reception outside this zone). You should put
your COYOTE UP somewhere that does not
obstruct you while driving. The COYOTE UP is not
designed for outdoor use.
It should only be used inside the car.
GSM TRANSMISSION
The COYOTE UP includes a GSM 4G radio
transmission system. You should comply with the
same recommendations for use as for a mobile
phone.
ROAD SAFETY
Keep your full attention on driving your car, avoid
handling the COYOTE UP while at the wheel. The
COYOTE UP is a driving assistant that encourages
compliance with the Highway Code. However
reliable they are, the speed limits shown by your
COYOTE UP do not replace those duly signalled by
the official road signs. COYOTE can therefore not
be held responsible for any offences committed
by not respecting the road signs.
BATTERY
Your COYOTE UP has a rechargeable battery.
Keep away from fire - risk of explosion.
Warning: There is a risk of explosion if the
battery is replaced with an incorrect battery
type. Always dispose of your used electronic
products and batteries at the appropriate
collection points, along with their packaging.
EXCESSIVE TEMPERATURE
«It is normal for the device to heat up during use
or while the battery is charging.
Should the device overheat, you will be notified
that it will turn itself off in order to protect its
components. Avoid leaving your device in direct
sunlight or inside your vehicle in very high
temperatures.»
The device will remain operational within the
following temperature range: 0°C – 50°C.
Extended exposure to temperatures above or
below these limits may damage the product.

from the date of purchase. The guarantee is
invalidated if the device is opened by a technician
not authorised by Coyote System. The COYOTE UP

EU. The product’s certificate of conformity is

DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING
The logo opposite indicated that, once
used, the product and its electronic
accessories (charger, battery, etc.) must
not be thrown away with household
rubbish. Please do not throw the items
away with household waste. To ensure

recycling and collection services available
in your country.

limitation à respecter : en survitesse, l’anneau
passe en rouge.

EMPLACEMENT DANS LE VÉHICULE
Vous devez impérativement placer le boîtier
COYOTE UP derrière votre rétroviseur intérieur si
votre véhicule dispose d’un pare-brise athermique
(pas de réception GPS hors de cette zone). Vous
devez placer le COYOTE UP à un endroit qui ne
gêne pas votre conduite.
Le COYOTE UP n’est pas conçu pour une
utilisation à l’extérieur. Il doit être utilisé à
l’intérieur du véhicule uniquement.
TRANSMISSION GSM
Le COYOTE UP intègre un système de
transmission radio GSM 4G. Il convient de
respecter les mêmes recommandations
d’utilisation que pour un téléphone mobile.
SÉCURITÉ ROUTIÈRE
Afin de garder toute votre attention sur votre
conduite, évitez de manipuler le COYOTE UP
quand vous conduisez. Le COYOTE UP n’incite pas
au non-respect du Code de la Route.
Aussi fiables soient-elles, les limitations de vitesse
indiquées par le COYOTE UP ne sauraient
remplacer celles dûment signalées par les
panneaux indicateurs qui, seuls, font foi. Coyote ne
peut donc être tenu responsable de toute
infraction fondée sur le non-respect des
panneaux de signalisation.
BATTERIE
Le COYOTE UP disposant d’une batterie
rechargeable, il est strictement interdit de
l’approcher d’une flamme, sous peine
d’explosion.
Attention, il y a un risque d’explosion si la
batterie est remplacée par une batterie de type
incorrect. Déposez toujours vos produits
électroniques et batteries usagés, ainsi que leurs
emballages, dans les points de collecte
appropriés.
TEMPÉRATURE EXCESSIVE
En utilisation normale, il se peut que l’appareil
chauffe lorsque vous l’utilisez ou que vous
chargez la batterie.
En cas de température anormale, le boîtier
s’éteindra pour protéger ses composants après
vous avoir averti. Evitez de laisser votre boîtier en
plein soleil, ou de le laisser dans votre véhicule
en cas de forte chaleur.
Le boîtier reste opérationnel dans la plage de
températures suivante : 0 °C/+50 °C.
Toute exposition prolongée à des températures
supérieures ou inférieures peut endommager le
produit.
