STEAM/SOUP COOKING (FOR VEGETABLES, FISH, ETC.)
Measuring the ingredients
• The maximum quantity of water in the bowl should not exceed the
maximum CUP mark shown in the bowl – Fig.7. Exceeding this level may
cause overflow during use.
• The water level should be lower than the steam basket.
Preparation
• Pour water into the bowl, never exceed the maximum CUP mark.
• Place the steam basket in the bowl – Fig.20.
• Add the ingredients in the steam basket.
To steam cook
• Press “Menu” button under standby status until the “Steam/Soup”
indicator light turns on, the digital screen will display “1” and the “Start”
indicator light will flash – Fig.18.
• Press “<” and “>” to set required cooking time.
• Press the “Start” button, the appliance will enter 1 hour “Steam/Soup”
cooking mode, the “Start” indicator light will remain on and the digital
screen will display remain cooking time.
• The preset of time is available for the “Steam/Soup” Function, with the
preset time range between 2 to 15 hours. To use the preset time, choose
first the cooking time and then press the preset button and choose the
preset time. Press start button, the appliance will enter preset mode.
• After steaming for an hour, the “Keep Warm” indicator light will turn on,
the appliance will beep several times and the digital screen will display
“b”, indicating it’s time for opening the lid and serving the food – Fig.10.
This function has adjustable time from 30 to 180 minutes with 1
minute intervals from 30 to 90 min and 1 hour after 90 min. The
default time on the display is 60.
• At the end of the countdown, the “Keep Warm” indicator light will turn
on, the appliance will beep several times and the digital screen will
display “b”, indicating it’s time for opening the lid and serve – Fig.10.

minutes interval from 40 to 90 min and 1 hour after 90 min. The
default time on the display is 60.
