Ensurethatthelockingpiniscorrectlyinserted.
4.3Installingtheactuatortotheboom
Beforeinstallingtheactuator,loosenthehangerbarbypullingit
downwardsoutoftheweldedforkonthemast.

insertedandfixedwiththeclipfacingforwards,as

Makesurethehangerbarissuitableforthepatient
andtheactualliftortransferrequired.
Checkthatthehangerbarisfirmlyattachedtothe
carabiner.Thesafetycatchofthecarabinermustbe
closedafterthehangerbarismountedandbefore
liftingthepatient.Thereisriskofdetachmentifthe
safetycatchisnotcorrectlyclosed.

1.OpenthecarabinerAbyfirsttwistingthesafetycatchBand
thenpressingitbackwardswithonehand.
2.Holdthesafetycatchintheopenpositionandattachthehanger
barCtothecarabinerwiththeotherhand.
3.Releasethesafetycatchandmovethehangerbartothelowest
pointofthecarabiner.
4.5Disassemblingofthelift
1.Removeoptionallegspreaderhandleifattached.
2.Lowertheboomandnarrowbothlegscompletely.
3.Activatetheemergencystopbuttonandapplycastorbrakes.
4.Removethepipepinandthemotorpistonfromtheboom,
reinstallthepipepininthepistonend,andlockthemotorinto
theclipsonthemast.
5.Attachthehangerbarintotheweldedforkonthemast.
6.Removethelockingpinfromthebaseofthemast,releasethe
safetylatch,lowerthemast,andrelocatethelockingpinintothe
mastnearthesuspensionaxleofthemast.
Theliftcannowbelocatedinthepackagingbox,pulledonthe
rearwheels,orparkedinanuprightpositionwiththemast/boom
assemblypointingupwards.
4.6Checkingtheservicelight

Eachtimetheliftisassembled,andbeforeusingthe
lift,theservicelightshouldbechecked.
Theservicelightshouldonlyberesetbyaqualified
technicianandmustneverberesetbyuntrained

chargerstopsautomaticallywhenthebatteriesarefully
charged.
TheupperyellowdiodeAwillblinkduringcharging,
andswitchtocontinuouslightwhenfullycharged.
ThelowergreendiodeBwilllightcontinuouslywhile
thecontrolunitisconnectedtothemains,andlights
upwhenanybuttononthehandcontrolispressedor
whentheelectricemergencyloweringisactivated.
2.Disconnectthepowercordfromthepoweroutletafterthe
batteryhasbeenfullycharged.
