Important Safeguards
When using electrical appliances,
basic safety precautions should
always be followed including the
following:
1. Read all instructions
2. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or
knobs.
3. To protect against electrical shock do not
immerse cord, plugs, or the main body of this
appliance in water or other liquid.
4. Close supervision is necessary when any
appliance is used by or near children.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use and
before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting
on or taking off parts.
6. Do not operate any appliance with a
damaged cord or plug or after the appliance
malfunctions or has been damaged in any
manner. Return appliance to the nearest
authorized service facility for examination,
repair, or adjustment.
7. The use of accessory attachments
not recommended by the appliance
manufacturer may cause injuries.
8. Do not use outdoors.
9. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or
counter, or touch hot surfaces.
10. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric
burner, or in a heated oven.
11. Extreme caution must be used when moving
an appliance containing hot oil or other hot
liquids.
12. Do not use appliance for other than intended
use.
13. Avoid contacting moving parts.
14. Keep hands and utensils out of container
while blending to reduce the risk of severe
injury to persons or damage to the blender. A
scraper may be used but must be used only
when the blender is not running.
15. Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
16. To reduce the risk of injury, never place
cutter-assembly blades on base without jar
properly attached.
17. Always operate blender with cover in place.
18. The use of attachments, including canning
jars, not recommended by the manufacturer
may cause a risk of injury to persons.
19. Do not blend hot liquids.
20. Do not operate without this cover in place.
21. This appliance is not intended for use by
young children or inrm persons unless they
are adequately supervised by a responsible
person to ensure that they can use the
appliance safely.
22. Children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance.
23. This appliance is intended to be plugged in a
standard domestic power outlet only.
24. Do not attempt to repair, disassemble
or modify the appliance. There are no
userserviceable parts.
25. Operate on a dry level surface. Sinks,
drainboards or uneven surfaces must be
avoided.
26. Do not use with an extension power cord.
27. Store the unit indoors in a dry location.
28. Caution should be taken when handling this
appliance as some surfaces may be hot
during and immediately after boiling. Severe
burns may result from misuse.
29. Avoid contact with steam from the lid when
water is boiling, or just after the steamer has
switched off. Take care when opening the lid
when the steamer has recently boiled, as
steam can burn.
30. Do not move the appliance containing hot
liquids or food.
31. Do not touch food inside the bowl directly.
32. Do not touch the appliance when it is
producing steam. Use a cloth to remove the
steam compartment.
33. CAUTION: This appliance generates heat
and escaping steam during use. Proper
precautions must be taken to prevent the risk
of burns, res or other damage to persons or
property.

34. Do not operate the appliance when empty.
35. Ensure the bowl and lid are tted correctly
before starting appliance.
36. Blades must stop completely before removing
lid.
37. Do not touch the blades when removing
food from the bowl or when removing the
blades for cleaning as they are sharp.
38. Do not attempt to override the cover lock
mechanism.
39. If the blades get stuck, unplug the appliance
before you remove the ingredients blocking
the blades.
40. The appliance becomes very hot during
steaming and may cause burns when
touched. Only lift the bowl by its handle.
41. Beware of hot steam that comes out of the
steam basket during steaming and when you
remove its lid.
42. Never use the bowl or any other part of the
appliance in a microwave, as they are not
suitable for this use.
43. Never sterilise the bowl or any other part of
the appliance in a steriliser or in a microwave,
as they are not suitable for this use.
44. Do not use the appliance if it has fallen or is
damaged in any way.
45. Make sure that you do not overll the bowl.
Do not exceed the maximum level indicated
on bowl.
46. When you steam ingredients, make sure that
you do not overll the steam basket.
47. When you blend liquids, do not exceed the
maximum level indicated on the bowl.
48. Never connect this appliance to a timer
switch or remote control system in order to
avoid a hazardous situation.
49. Turn the Measuring cup to lock position whilst
using the machine at high speeds or when
using the Pulse function.
50. The ashing lights above the control panel
indicates the Machine is ready to operate.
Warning
If the power cord is damaged, the power cord
must be replaced by the manufacturer,
its service agent or similarly qualied persons in
order to avoid a hazard.
This product has not been designed for any uses
other than those specied in this booklet.

Get to Know the Control
Panel
Power Switch
Press the power switch to on position before
use.
LCD Screen

Light
Power Indicator Light
When the Intelli Kitchen Master is connected to
the power supply, press the power switch to the
on position (located on the back of the unit).
A red Power Indicator Light situated in the upper
part of the control panel will ash to indicate the
machine is ready to operate. All the functions
that appear on the LCD screen, such as time,
speed and temperature will display “00”. The
indicator light will remain this way until the
time, speed or temperature is set. The indicator
light will illuminate in red during the setting mode.
After setting, press the On/Off button (located
on the control panel) to turn the Intelli Kitchen
Master on, the Power Indicator Light’s colour will
then illuminate in blue.
Timer Dial
The Timer Dial is used to program the cooking
and/or the preparation time of the ingredients
for a maximum of 90 minutes with this Timer Dial.
Intelli Kitchen Master can be programmed in
minutes with an interval of 1 second for the rst
minute and then in intervals of 30 seconds.
The timing can be increased by turning the
Timer button in clockwise, or decreased time in
anticlockwise. Intelli Kitchen Master counts the
time down and the initial timing of the function
can be changed if needed.
It is necessary to program the operation time.
ON/OFF Button
This button is used to start the Intelli Kitchen
Master after having selected the time, speed
and temperature (although the temperature
function is not always necessary given the
cooking function). When it is ON, the Power
Indicator Light changes from red to blue and the
appliance begins to perform the programmed
task.
To stop the machine, simply press this button
again.
In Standby mode (When the appliance is initially
turned ON via the Power Switch from the back ,
the display screen is lit, but the appliance is not
in operation, e.g Blade speed, timer are not in
motion), press and hold the ON/OFF button on
control panel for approximately 3 seconds to
alternate between C and F temperature units of
measure.
Pulse/Pause button
The PULSE function can only be activated when
appliance is in Standby mode, press this button
to activate PULSE and release to stop PULSE.
In Operation mode (When appliance is in use,
blades are running and timer is counting down)
press this button to pause operation.
The Pulse function is used to mix and chop
ingredients at a very high speed by keeping this
button pressed during the required time usually
of 3 to 4 seconds.
Caution: When using this function , it is
important to note that the ingredients may splash
and might result in burns if the necessary caution
is not taken. It is therefore recommended to Turn
the Measuring cup to lock position when using
Pulse function. Do not use the Mixing tool with this
function.

NOTE: For an added safety measure the
pulse function is only available in the
OFF mode.
Temperature
Intelli Kitchen Master has a temperature range
from 37°C minimum to a maximum of 100°C and
Steam setting (ST) that can be programmed
with the temperature control TEMP. The
temperature is increased or selected by turning
this control in a clockwise direction and reduced
in the anticlockwise direction. The selected
temperature will appear on the screen and a
beep will indicate that the Intelli Kitchen Master
has reached the selected temperature.
This innovative Intelli Kitchen Master comes with
the heating lm technology which is situated in
the base of the bowl and allows the machine
to quickly reach the desired temperature. The
temperature interval is of 10°C and begins from
37°C: 37, 50, 60, 70 until it reaches a maximum of
100°C and Steam setting (ST)
Alternate between °F &°C
To alternate unit of measure from Celsius to
Fahrenheit on the display screen, ensure that the
appliance is in Stand-By mode.
Press ON/OFF button and hold for approximately
3 seconds, then unit of measure will switch
from Celsius to Fahrenheit or visa versa from
Fahrenheit to Celsius.
Note :
•Factory default Temperature unit of
measure is Celsius .
•The last used temperature unit of
measure will be locked in when next
using the appliance.
Tabled below are the equivalent Temperature
Settings for both Celsius and Fahrenheit:

Note: When preparing ingredients at
a temperature higher than 60°C, it is
strongly recommended not to use the
pulse and higher speeds of (5-10) and
caution must be taken when touching
the bowl and Measuring cup. The
Steam setting is shown on the screen
as per the following example.
Speed Dial
Soft start function (above 60°C )
If the Pulse button is pressed or the high speed
level actuated while the temperature in the bowl
is 60 °C or above , the electronic system
prevents the food from escaping by delaying the
speed increase. This soft start only works if the
food has been heated up or cooked in the bowl.
If using the machine to process food that has
not been heated or cooked in the appliance
(e.g. preparing a gravy from hot meat juices)
you should only increase the speed slowly and
gradually.
Intelli Kitchen Master comes with 10 speeds
for chopping, mixing, blending, kneading and
grating that are controlled by the Speed dial.
Speed for Creamy Mixtures
As certain recipes require a smooth or slow
speed, such as cream, soups, whipped creams
etc. Intelli Kitchen Master comes with an
accessory, the Mixing Tool, specially designed for
these types of dishes.
This accessory is placed on top of the blades
inside the bowl and mixes at speeds 1 -3.
Note: Do not surpass speed 3 when
the Mixing tool is in place.

LCD Screen
When Intelli Kitchen Master is connected to the
power supply, the LCD screen lights up and
shows all the control symbols of the Intelli Kitchen
Master. (See Figure 1)

Time
The selected time appears in the upper part
of the screen with the symbol of the clock and
the work time. Here the time is shown in minutes
and seconds and can be programmed up to a
maximum of 90 minutes. (See Figure 2)

Speed
The selected speed is shown on the screen by
the Speed symbol and ranges from 1 to 10.

Speed for Creamy Mixtures
The symbol for creamy mixtures appears on the
screen when the speeds 1, 2 and 3 are selected.
The use of the Mixing Tool accessory for creamy
mixtures is optional and may vary according to
the type of recipe.
Note: The Pulse symbol does not
appear on the screen when this
function is being used.
Temperature
The temperature selected is shown on the screen
by the TEMP symbol (See Figure 4) with a range
from 37° C to 100° C. This temperature is the
exact temperature inside the bowl and can be
changed without having to stop the machine.

Steam Function:

Screen Messages
Bowl lid is open
Bowl lid not correctly positioned and /or
bowl not pushed down far enough into
the cavity of the appliance.
The Intelli Kitchen Master is tted
with a microswitch in the base of the
appliance.
Correct positioning of the bowl onto the
appliance and the lid onto the bowl will
allow the actuator arm in the handle to
push down and shift the actuator button
at the base of the handle outwards to
engage the microswitch to operate the
appliance.
Programmed temperature reached
This symbol ashes on the screen for
a few seconds to indicate that Intelli
Kitchen Master has reached the
selected temperature. Also, a beep
can be heard when the temperature is
reached.

Getting to Know the
Intelli Kitchen Master
Before using the Intelli Kitchen Master for the rst
time, make sure that it has all the listed parts and
accessory.
1. Placing the bowl:
Ensure that blades inside the bowl are properly
locked into place with the lever at the base of
the bowl before placing bowl in the cavity of the
appliance.
Place the bowl into the cavity of the appliance
(can only be located one way with the base of
the handle lining up with the scallop( Semi circle
curve ) in the cavity.
Press bowl down rmly to ensure it is pushed all
the way down into the cavity.
Warning:
The lid cannot be engaged in locked position
if bowl sits up too high ( Where bowl is not rmly
pushed down all the way into the cavity of the
appliance ).
2. Placing the lid:
The lid is moulded with a locking tab and
actuator nger / locking lever at opposite ends .
Position the lid diagonally onto the bowl with
locking tab at 8 O’Clock and actuator nger /
locking lever at 2 O’Clock ( As shown in gure 5
& 6 below ).
Push down rmly and rotate clockwise to
engage both the locking tab underneath the lip
on the appliance and actuator nger in the slot
on the handle.

Warning : The appliance is equipped with
a safety interlock mechanism linking lid via
actuator arm in the handle to engage micro
switch in the appliance.
The appliance will not operate unless the lid is
tted.
Only when both bowl and lid are correctly tted
will the symbol “ ” as shown on the LC display
disappear.
The Intelli Kitchen Master bowl has a maximum
capacity of 2litres indicated by level marks of
0.5litres both on the inside as well as on the
outside.
Caution: Never exceed the maximum level of
the bowl.

3. Assembling the blades
The blades can be removed easily for cleaning
and maintenance of the machine.
Place the bowl in a vertical position with its
opening facing downwards. Place a tea towel
inside the bowl before disengaging lever and
allow it to drop on the towel. Turn the lever in an
anticlockwise direction to remove the blades.
(See Figure 7)
Reassemble the blades in the opposite direction.

Caution
1. Special care must be taken when removing
or replacing these blades as they are very
sharp.
2. After cooking, leave the blades to cool
before handling them.
Get to know the
Components &
Accessories
Bowl
The Intelli Kitchen Master bowl is made of
stainless steel and has a maximum capacity of
2litres with marked levels of 0.5litres indicated on
the outside and inside of the bowl.
Caution
1. Never ll the bowl exceeding the maximum
level amount for safer use of the Intelli Kitchen
Master and for better performance.
2. Special care must be taken when removing
the bowl from the central unit to avoid spills
and splashes.
3. At high speed levels and when using the Pulse
function, the Measuring cup should be turned
to lock position for additional security.
Lid
The Intelli Kitchen Master only Works with the
cover in place and it is therefore necessary to
close it correctly. The bowl symbol will appear
on the screen to indicate that the bowl is not
properly closed.
When lid is opened any time during the cooking
operation, the displayed and originally selected
temperature and speed setting will not change,
the timer will show the balance of cooking time
remaining.
Once you re-lock the lid in place press ON/
OFF button resume cooking and operate until
balance of displayed cooking time expires.
Measuring Cup
The Measuring cup is very versatile and allows
the easy use of the Intelli Kitchen Master without
the need to stop it whilst it is in use:
For adding ingredients to the bowl with
the cover closed while Intelli Kitchen
Master is working.
To maintain the cooking temperature.
As a measuring cup with a capacity of
100ml.
Caution
When using higher speed or pulse function,
place the Measuring cup onto the lid, turn it in
clockwise direction to lock position to avoid the
ingredients or the Measuring cup from splashing.
Cooking Basket
For the maximum functionality of the machine,
Intelli Kitchen Master comes with a Cooking
Basket that is placed inside the bowl and is
perfect for preparing different types of dishes:
• Filtering of fruit and vegetable juices.
Chop and make a puree in the machine,
then insert the basket into the mixing bowl
and use it as a lter when pouring the
juice out. When pouring the juice use the
spatula to hold the basket.
• Delicate food such as meatballs or
shballs that are not suited to be prepared
in the mixing bowl as a whole should be
put into the basket. Here they can be
stewed.
• For cooking side dishes (e.g. rice,
potatoes).

Steam Accessory
The Steam Accessory is perfect for steaming
meat, sh and vegetables. This accessory consists
of four parts the rst of them being an outer tray
for collecting liquids that may fall from the
ingredients during the cooking process.
A second and third tray is used for placing the
ingredients inside for steaming. The fourth part, is
the steamer lid.
Warning
1. This accessory is not to be used in the
microwaves, ovens or other cooking
appliances.
2. Care must be taken when using the Steam
Tray as it may have steam or hot water inside.
Blades:
1. Chopping Blade: has a sharp edge and is
intended for blending, chopping, mincing, ice
crushing and grinding functions.
Ensure great care when handling the
chopping blade, due to its sharp edge.
2. Stirring Blade: has a blunt edge and is
intended for gently stirring delicate foods
which are not required to be chopped, or for
kneading dough.
Note:
The chopping blade comes tted with a
GREY colored sealing ring /gasket and
the stirring blade comes with tted with
a TRANSPARENT sealing ring /gasket
for ease of identication/awareness
to avoid the potential of injury when
picking up the sharp chopping blade.
How to Use the Steam
Tray
1. Put the bowl in place in the central unit and
add 0.5litres of water.
Note: 30 minutes steam cooking requires
0.5 litre of water, for every additional 15
minutes an additional 250ml.
2. Put the steam tray on the bowl, turn the
bottom tray in clockwise direction to the lock
position ensuring that they are well tted.
3. Put the ingredients in the inner tray for
steaming.
4. Cover the trays.
5. Program the time and temperature.
The ingredients will start cooking when the water
begins to boil at Steam setting and the steam
rises from the bowl and passes to the trays.
Mixing Tool
The Mixing Tool is ideal for whipping cream or
beating egg whites.
It is also the perfect utensil for the preparation of
creamy puddings or cream mixtures.
The Mixing Tool is placed on top of the blades
and works with speeds 1, 2 and 3. To remove it,
hold it rmly by the upper part and pull it out with
rotations in both directions.

Do not use the Mixing Tool with the Pulse
function.
Warning: Do not use the Mixing Tool when
Kneading dough to avoid the blades becoming
jammed.
Do not add ingredients that might damage
or block the Mixing tool when the blade is
in motion and the Mixing tool is tted.
Spatula
Use this accessory for stirring, mixing the
ingredients. Or lifting the basket as per the
below image:

Warning
1. Do not use other utensils to stir the ingredients
inside the Intelli Kitchen Master bowl as these
may damage the machine and may get
caught between its blades.
2. Never place the Spatula inside the bowl whilst
the blades are in motion.
3. When using the spatula to scrape or
remove food from the bowl, only scrape in
a clockwise direction. The spatula will be
damaged by the sharp blades if used in an
anticlockwise direction
How to use the Intelli
Kitchen Master
Important
Place the Intelli Kitchen Master on a clean
and stable surface that does not radiate
heat.
Intelli Kitchen Master comes with two
security sensors that can be found in the
handle and bottom of the bowl. For an
optimum use of the machine, the bowl has
to be properly tted to the central unit.
Otherwise, the machine will detect an
error and will not work.
Make sure the bowl, blades and all the
accessories are well cleaned before using
the machine.
1. Place bowl in to unit ( Without lid ) and rmly
press down until lip on bowl sits below the
locking tab of appliance
Place lid on the bowl with lid lever at 2
O’Clock position to the handle ( Or align
unlock Icon on lid with Arrow on locking tab
of the appliance )
Rotate Lever on lid in clockwise direction to
lock lid by aligning lever with handle .
2. Select the cooking time.
3. Turn the temperature control to the right to
select the cooking temperature.
4. Turn the Speed dial to select the speed.
5. Press the ON/OFF button once, it will start
operation.
6. During the cooking process Intelli Kitchen
Master will count down the programmed time
and a beep will indicate that the cooking has
nished.
The cooking time, temperature and speed can
be changed in any moment without the need to
stop the machine.
Strongly recommended to turn it off and
disconnect it from the power supply when not
in use.
To avoid overheating, do not cover the air
vents of this machine.
Never exceed the maximum capacity of the
bowl.

Allow hot ingredients to cool before
transferring them directly.
Wash and dry the blades thoroughly never
leaving them to soak.
If the appliance blade speed shows signs of
slowing under load at the selected speed or
stalling , please progressively increase speed
to the nearest speed setting where the
blades will move freely.
Note: Speeds 1, 2 and 3 are for
cooking (with heat) and mixing at the
same time. For additional safety the
Intelli Kitchen Master will not work if the
speed for mixing and cooking is higher
than 3.
The cooking function will only work
when the speed level for mixing of 1, 2
or 3 is programmed in addition to the
temperature and time.
For preparing dishes at high speeds, turn the
Measuring cup to lock position to avoid spills.
Special caution has to be taken when
removing the chopping blade as they are
very sharp.
Never place your hands in the bowl when
the machine is turned on and in functioning
mode.
Note: When using the appliance in
conjunction with heating function
please be aware that recipes containing
ingredients with high sugar or dairy
contents may leave a thin lm of
caramelised deposit (Brown staining)
on the bottom of the bowl during the
cooking process “ This can easily be
removed after the use of the appliance
by adding equal amounts (approx .
300ml) of white vinegar & water, heating
bowl and allowing it to steam for a few
minutes, turn the appliance Off and
allow mixture to sit overnight, dispose of
mixture in the morning and immediately
rub with a ne scouring pad and rinse
bowl afterwards.
When crushing ice cubes or grinding
hard food, select the Pulse button in
short bursts until the desired result is
achieved.

Danger of scalding by splashing hot
food
Never use the Pulse button or high speed or
abruptly increase the speed above speed 3
when processing hot food .
Danger of injury by escaping food
Turn the Measuring cup to lock position while
operating at higher (6 –10) speed levels or
pressing Pulse button to chop or to purée
cold food to avoid the measuring cup or food
splashed out.
Property damage
Place your appliance on a clean, solid, even
and non-heatable surface so that it cannot slip.
Keep the appliance in a sufcient distance from
the edge of this surface to prevent it from falling
down. When preparing dough or chopping food,
an imbalance can develop in the mixing bowl
which, under certain circumstances, may cause
the whole appliance to move. Do not, therefore,
leave the appliance unattended while it is
operating as it might fall from the work surface.
When Kneading dough, Never use a low speed
of 1-4 at the beginning, always mix the dough
at higher speeds for a few seconds, then set the
speed back to 2-3 for 3-4 minutes. Never use
the Mixing tool when Kneading dough. if the
blades become jammed or the unit begins to
seriously vibrate , turn it off immediately to avoid
damaging the appliance.
Pulse and High Speeds (7-10) are only designed
for short time operation, never use this function
for more than 30 seconds at one time.
Leaking of food
Ensure sealing ring of the blade is tted to the
blade bearing. If there is no sealing ring the
food to be mixed or cooked may leak out and
damage the appliance.

Cleaning
Before using the Intelli Kitchen Master for the rst time and after each use, clean the machine, its
components and accessories thoroughly.
The contact points that are at the bottom of the bowl should always be clean and dry.
Special care must be taken when removing the chopping blade from the bowl as they are very
sharp.
All the components and accessories of this machine can be washed in the dishwasher. However, it
is highly recommended not to leave them in the dishwasher for long periods of time.
Clean the sealing ring that can be found in the cover after each use.
Thoroughly dry all the components and bowl accessories after each wash for optimum performance
of the machine.
Clean the cavity of the central unit with a damp towel and dry well.
Warning: Never immerse the main unit , cord and plug into any liquids.
Warning:
Do not using the Mixing Tool for Kneading.
Do not use speeds 1-3 at the beginning of the Kneading process.
Do not mix frozen fruit or frozen meat.
Cease use immediately if excessive vibrations are experienced during use;
serious damage to the machine can occur if these warnings are not followed.

43. Ne jamais stériliser le bol ou les autres parties
de l’appareil dans un stérilisateur ou dans
un four à micro-onde, car ils ne sont pas
adéquats pour cet usage.
44. Ne pas utiliser l’appareil s’il est tombé ou il est
endommagé de quelque façon.
45. Ne pas trop remplir le bol. Ne pas dépasser
le niveau maximal indiqué sur le bol.
46. Ne pas trop remplir le panier à vapeur quand
vous cuisez les ingrédients à la vapeur.
47. Lorsque vous mélangez des liquides, ne pas
dépasser le niveau maximal indiqué sur le bol.
48. Ne jamais connecter cet appareil à un
commutateur de temporisateur ou à un
système de télécommande an d’éviter une
situation dangereuse.
49. Immobiliser la tasse à mesurer en place lors
de l’utilisation de la machine à haute vitesse
ou quand vous utilisez le bouton PULSE.
50. Les petites lumières, qui allument au-dessus
du panneau du contrôle, indiquent que la
machine est prête à fonctionner.

Appuyer sur l’interrupteur d’alimentation à la
position « ON » avant de l’utiliser.

Quand le Bellini Intelli est connecté à
l’alimentation électrique, appuyer sur
l’interrupteur d’alimentation à la position « ON
» (situé à l’arrière de l’appareil). Un voyant
d’alimentation rouge situé au-dessus le panneau
de contrôle va s’allumer quand la machine
est prête à fonctionner. Toutes les fonctions qui
apparaissent sur l’écran LCD (comme le temps,
la vitesse et la température) vont afcher « 00
». Le voyant d’alimentation restera comme
ça jusqu’à ce que le temps, la vitesse ou la
température soient réglés. Pendant le mode de
réglage, le voyant d’alimentation va s’allumer
en rouge. Après le réglage, appuyer sur le
bouton « ON / OFF » (situé sur le panneau de
contrôle) pour s’allumer le Maître de la Cuisine.
En ce moment, le voyant d’alimentation est
allumé en bleu.
Cadran minuterie
Le cadran minuterie permet de programmer
la cuisson et / ou le temps de préparation des
ingrédients pour un maximum de 90 minutes.
Bellini Intelli : Maître de la Cuisine peut être
programmé en minutes, avec des intervalles de
1 seconde pendant la première minute, puis
dans des intervalles de 30 secondes.
Augmenter le temps en tournant le bouton
dans le sens horaire. Ou diminuer le temps en
tournant le bouton dans le sens antihoraire. Le
Bellini Intelli : Maître de la Cuisine commence
le compte à rebours et si vous avez besoin de
modiée le temps programmé initialement, vous
pouvez le faire.
Il est nécessaire de programmer le temps de
fonctionnement.
En mode veille (Lorsque l’appareil est initialement
activée via l’interrupteur d’alimentation à
l’arrière, l’écran d’afchage est allumé, mais
les fonctions de l’appareil, par exemple la
vitesse de la lame et la minuterie ne sont pas en
mouvement), appuyez et maintenez le bouton
ON / OFF sur le contrôle panneau d’environ 3
secondes pour alterner entre la température C
et F .
Impulsion / Pause
La fonction d’impulsion pourra être activée
seulement quand l’appareil est en mode veille,
appuyez sur le bouton pour activer PULSE et
relâchez pour arrêter PULSE.
En mode de fonctionnement (Lorsque l’appareil
est en cours d’utilisation, les lames sont en cours
d’exécution et de décompte du retardateur),
appuyez sur ce bouton pour interrompre
l’opération.
Pour arrêter l’appareil, appuyer sur ce bouton
encore.
Bouton Pulse
Le bouton PULSE est utilisé pour mélanger et
hacher les ingrédients très rapidement, en
gardant le bouton appuyé pour le temps
nécessaire (normalement c’est 3 à 4 secondes).
Attention: Quand vous utilisez ce bouton,
notez que les ingrédients peuvent éclabousser
et peut causer des brûlures si la prudence
nécessaire n’est pas prise. Il est donc
recommandé de xer la tasse à mesurer du
couvercle quand vous utilisez le bouton PUSLE.
Ne pas utiliser le bouton PULSE au même temps
que l’Outil de Mélange.

REMARQUE : Pour une mesure de
sécurité supplémentaire, le PULSE est
uniquement disponible en mode OFF.
Température
Le Bellini Intelli : Maître de la Cuisine dispose
d’une gamme de température allant de
37°C minimum à un maximum de 100°C et le
Réglage de la Vapeur (ST = « Steam setting
») qui peut être programmé avec le contrôle
de la température : TEMP. Augmenter la
température en tournant le bouton dans le
sens horaire. Ou diminuer la température en
tournant le bouton dans le sens antihoraire. La
température sélectionnée apparaît sur l’écran et
un bip sonore indiquent que le Bellini a atteint la
température sélectionnée.
Ce Bellini innovant vient avec la technologie
du lm chauffant qui est situé à la base du bol
et permet l’appareil d’atteindre rapidement
la température souhaitée. Les intervalles de
température sont de 10°C, et les intervalles
commencent à partir de 37°C : 37, 50, 60, 70
jusqu’à ce qu’il atteigne un maximum de 100°C
et le Réglage de la Vapeur (ST).
Alternez entre ° F et ° C
Pour changer d’une unité de mesure a l’autre
(Celsius à Fahrenheit) sur l’écran d’afchage,
assurez-vous que l’appareil est en mode veille
(stand-by).
Appuyez sur ON / OFF et maintenez pendant
environ 3 secondes, puis l’unité de mesure
passera de Celsius à Fahrenheit ou vice versa de
Fahrenheit à Celsius.
Pour Noter:
L’unité de mesure de la température de
l’usine par défaut est Celsius.
La dernière unité de mesure de la
température utilisée sera verrouillé à la
prochaine utilisation de l’appareil.
L’information ci-dessous vous offrez les
paramètres de température équivalente pour les
deux degrés Celsius et Fahrenheit:

Note : Lors de la préparation des
ingrédients à une température
supérieure à 60°C, il est fortement
recommandé de ne pas utiliser le
bouton PULSE ni les vitesses plus élevées
(5-10) et il faut être prudent lorsque
l’on touche le bol et la tasse à mesurer.
Le réglage de la vapeur est afché à
l’écran comme dans l’exemple suivant.
Composition abrégée
Fonction de démarrage progressif
(au-dessus de 60 ° C)
Si le bouton de pulse est pressé ou le niveau de
vitesse rapide actionné alors que la température
dans le bol est de 60 ° C ou plus, le système
électronique empêche l’aliment de fuir en
ralentir de la vitesse. Ce démarrage progressif
ne fonctionne que si l’aliment a été chauffé ou
cuit dans le bol. Si vous utilisez la machine pour
traiter la nourriture que n’a pas été chauffé ou
cuit dans l’appareil (par exemple, la préparation
d’une sauce de jus de viande chaude) vous
devriez augmenter la vitesse lentement et
progressivement.
Le Bellini Intelli : Maître de la Cuisine dispose
de 10 vitesses pour hacher, mélanger, pétrir et
de râper qui sont contrôlés par la composition
abrégée.
Vitesse pour les mélanges crémeux
Parce que certaines recettes nécessitent une
vitesse lente, comme la crème, les soupes, les
crèmes fouettées etc., le Bellini Intelli : Maître
de la Cuisine dispose d’un accessoire : l’outil de
mélange, conçu spécialement pour ces types
de plats.
Cet accessoire est xé sur les lames dans le bol
et peut mélanger à des vitesses 1-3.
Remarque : Ne pas dépasser la vitesse
3 lorsque l’outil de mélange est en
place.
