ALLGEMEINE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE FÜR

ELEKTROWERKZEUGE

Lesen Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise

und Anweisungen.

Versäumnisse bei der Einhaltung der Sicherheitshinweise

und Anweisungen können elektrischen Schlag, Brand und/

oder schwere Verletzungen verursachen.

Bewahren Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und Anweisungen

für die Zukunft auf.

Der in den Sicherheitshinweisen verwendete Begri „Elekt-

rowerkzeug“ bezieht sich auf netzbetriebene Elektrowerk-

zeuge (mit Netzkabel) und auf akkubetriebene Elektro-

werkzeuge (ohne Netzkabel).

Arbeitsplatzsicherheit

• Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsbereich sauber und gut beleuch-

tet. Unordnung oder unbeleuchtete Arbeitsbereiche kön-

nen zu Unfällen führen.

• Arbeiten Sie mit dem Elektrowerkzeug nicht in explosi-

onsgefährdeter Umgebung, in der sich brennbare Flüs-

sigkeiten, Gase oder Stäube benden. Elektrowerkzeuge

erzeugen Funken, die den Staub oder die Dämpfe ent-

zünden können.

• Halten Sie Kinder und andere Personen während der Be-

nutzung des Elektrowerkzeugs fern. Bei Ablenkung kön-

nen Sie die Kontrolle über das Gerät verlieren.

Elektrische Sicherheit

• Der Anschlussstecker des Elektrowerkzeuges muss in

die Steckdose passen. Der Stecker darf in keiner Weise

verändert werden. Verwenden Sie keine Adapterstecker

gemeinsam mit schutzgeerdeten Elektrowerkzeugen.

Unveränderte Stecker und passende Steckdosen verrin-

gern das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.

• Vermeiden Sie Körperkontakt mit geerdeten Oberächen

verwenden Sie nur Verlängerungskabel, die auch für den

Außenbereich geeignet sind. Die Anwendung eines für

den Außenbereich geeigneten Verlängerungskabels ver-

ringert das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.

• Wenn der Betrieb des Elektrowerkzeuges in feuchter Um-

gebung nicht vermeidbar ist, verwenden Sie einen Feh-

lerstromschutzschalter. Der Einsatz eines Fehlerstrom-

schutzschalters vermindert das Risiko eines elektrischen

Schlages.

Sicherheit von Personen

• Seien Sie aufmerksam, achten Sie darauf, was Sie tun, und

gehen Sie mit Vernunft an die Arbeit mit einem Elektro-

werkzeug. Benutzen Sie kein Elektrowerkzeug, wenn Sie

müde sind oder unter dem Einuss von Drogen, Alkohol

oder Medikamenten stehen. Ein Moment der Unacht-

samkeit beim Gebrauch des Elektrowerkzeuges kann zu

schaltet ist, bevor Sie es an die Stromversorgung und/

ger am Schalter haben oder das Gerät eingeschaltet an

• Entfernen Sie Einstellwerkzeuge oder Schraubenschlüs-

sel, bevor Sie das Elektrowerkzeug einschalten. Ein Werk-

zeug oder Schlüssel, der sich in einem drehenden Geräte-

teil bendet, kann zu Verletzungen führen.

• Vermeiden Sie eine abnormale Körperhaltung. Sorgen

Sie für einen sicheren Stand und halten Sie jederzeit das

Gleichgewicht. Dadurch können Sie das Elektrowerkzeug

in unerwarteten Situationen besser kontrollieren.

• Tragen Sie geeignete Kleidung. Tragen Sie keine weite

Kleidung oder Schmuck. Halten Sie Haare, Kleidung und

Handschuhe fern von sich bewegenden Teilen. Lockere

Kleidung, Schmuck oder lange Haare können von sich

bewegenden Teilen erfasst werden.

• Wenn Staubabsaug- und -auangeinrichtungen montiert

werden können, vergewissern Sie sich, dass diese ange-

schlossen sind und richtig verwendet werden. Verwen-

dung einer Staubabsaugung kann Gefährdungen durch

Staub verringern.

Verwendung und Behandlung

des Elektrowerkzeuges

• Überlasten Sie das Gerät nicht. Verwenden Sie für Ihre Ar-

beit das dafür bestimmte Elektrowerkzeug. Mit dem pas-

senden Elektrowerkzeug arbeiten Sie besser und sicherer

im angegebenen Leistungsbereich.

• Benutzen Sie kein Elektrowerkzeug, dessen Schalter de-

fekt ist. Ein Elektrowerkzeug, das sich nicht mehr einoder

ausschalten lässt, ist gefährlich und muss repariert wer-

den.

• Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose und/oder

entfernen Sie den Akku, bevor Sie Geräteeinstellungen

vornehmen, Zubehörteile wechseln oder das Gerät weg-

legen. Diese Vorsichtsmaßnahme verhindert den unbe-

absichtigten Start des Elektrowerkzeuges.

• Bewahren Sie unbenutzte Elektrowerkzeuge außerhalb

der Reichweite von Kindern auf. Lassen Sie Personen das

Gerät nicht benutzen, die mit diesem nicht vertraut sind

oder diese Anweisungen nicht gelesen haben. Elektro-

kanten verklemmen sich weniger und sind leichter zu

führen.

• Verwenden Sie Elektrowerkzeug, Zubehör, Einsatzwerk-

zeuge usw. entsprechend diesen Anweisungen. Berück-

sichtigen Sie dabei die Arbeitsbedingungen und die

auszuführende Tätigkeit. Der Gebrauch von Elektrowerk-

zeugen für andere als die vorgesehenen Anwendungen

kann zu gefährlichen Situationen führen.

Service

Lassen Sie Ihr Elektrowerkzeug nur von qualiziertem Fach-

personal und nur mit Original-Ersatzteilen reparieren. Da-

mit wird sichergestellt, dass die Sicherheit des Elektrowerk-

zeuges erhalten bleibt.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE FÜR FRÄSEN

• Halten Sie das Elektrowerkzeug nur an den isolierten

Griächen, da der Fräser das eigene Netzkabel treen

kann. Der Kontakt mit einer spannungsführenden Lei-

tung kann auch metallene Geräteteile unter Spannung

setzen und zu einem elektrischen Schlag führen.

• Befestigen und sichern Sie das Werkstück mittels Zwin-

gen oder auf andere Art und Weise an einer stabilen Un-

terlage. Wenn Sie das Werkstück nur mit der Hand oder

gegen Ihren Körper halten, bleibt es labil, was zum Verlust

der Kontrolle führen kann.

• Die zulässige Drehzahl des Einsatzwerkzeuges muss min-

destens so hoch sein wie die auf dem Elektrowerkzeug

angegebene Höchstdrehzahl. Zubehör, das sich schneller

als zulässig dreht, kann zerstört werden.

• Fräser oder anderes Zubehör müssen genau in die Werk-

zeugaufnahme (Spannzange) Ihres Elektrowerkzeuges

passen. Einsatzwerkzeuge, die nicht genau in die Werk-

zeugaufnahme des Elektrowerkzeugs passen, drehen sich

ungleichmäßig, vibrieren sehr stark und können zum Ver-

lust der Kontrolle führen.

• Führen Sie das Elektrowerkzeug nur eingeschaltet gegen

das Werkstück. Es besteht sonst die Gefahr eines Rück-

schlages, wenn sich das Einsatzwerkzeug im Werkstück

verhakt.

• Kommen Sie mit Ihren Händen nicht in den Fräsbereich

und an den Fräser. Halten Sie mit Ihrer zweiten Hand den

Zusatzgri oder das Motorgehäuse. Wenn beide Hände

die Fräse halten, können diese nicht vom Fräser verletzt

werden.

• Fräsen Sie nie über Metallgegenstände, Nägel oder

Schrauben. Der Fräser kann beschädigt werden und zu

erhöhten Vibrationen führen.

• Verwenden Sie geeignete Suchgeräte, um verborgene

Versorgungsleitungen aufzuspüren, oder ziehen Sie

die örtliche Versorgungsgesellschaft hinzu. Kontakt mit

Elektroleitungen kann zu Feuer und elektrischem Schlag

führen. Beschädigung einer Gasleitung kann zur Explosi-

on führen. Eindringen in eine Wasserleitung verursacht

Sachbeschädigung.

• Verwenden Sie keine stumpfen oder beschädigten Fräser.

Stumpfe oder beschädigte Fräser verursachen eine er-

höhte Reibung, können eingeklemmt werden und führen

zu Unwucht.

• Halten Sie das Elektrowerkzeug beim Arbeiten fest mit

beiden Händen und sorgen Sie für einen sicheren Stand.

Das Elektrowerkzeug wird mit zwei Händen sicherer ge-

führt.

• Warten Sie, bis das Elektrowerkzeug zum Stillstand ge-

kommen ist, bevor Sie es ablegen. Das Einsatzwerkzeug

kann sich verhaken und zum Verlust der Kontrolle über

das Elektrowerkzeug führen.

WARTUNG UND REINIGUNG

Trennen Sie die Maschine vom Netz, wenn Sie am

Mechanismus Wartungsarbeiten ausführen müssen.

fen, um während einer langen Zeit problemlos und mit

minimaler Wartung zu funktionieren. Sie Verlängern die

Lebensdauer, indem Sie die Maschine regelmäßig reini-

• Reinigen Sie das Maschinengehäuse regelmäßig mit ei-

nem weichen Tuch, vorzugsweise nach jedem Einsatz.

Halten Sie die Lüfterschlitze frei von Staub und Schmutz.

Entfernen Sie hartnäckigen Schmutz mit einem weichen

Tuch, angefeuchtet mit Seifen wasser. Verwenden Sie

keine Lösungsmittel wie Benzin, Alkohol, Ammonia, usw.

Derartige Stoe beschädigen die Kunststoteile.

• Die Maschine braucht keine zusätzliche Schmierung.

• Wenden Sie sich in Störungsfällen, z.B. durch Verschleiß

parts. Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair can be caught

in moving parts.

• If devices are provided for the connection of dust extrac-

tion and collection facilities, ensure these are connected

and properly used. Use of dust collection can reduce

dust-related hazards.

Have your power tool serviced by a qualied repair person

using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that

the safety of the power tool is maintained.

SAFETY WARNINGS FOR ROUTERS

• Hold power tool by insulated gripping surfaces, because

the cutter may contact its own cord. Cutting a “live” wire

may make exposed metal parts of the power tool “live”

and shock the operator.

• Use clamps or another practical way to secure and sup-

port the workpiece to a stable platform. Holding the work

by your hand or against the body leaves it unstable and

may lead to loss of control.

• The allowable speed of the router bit must be at least as

high as the maximum speed listed on the power tool.

Accessories that rotate faster than permitted can be de-

stroyed.

• Router bits or other accessories must t exactly in the tool

holder (collet) of your machine. Routing bits that do not

t precisely in the tool holder of the machine rotate ir-

regularly, vibrate heavily and can lead to loss of control.

• Apply the machine to the workpiece only when switched

on. Otherwise there is danger of kickback when the cut-

ting tool jams in the workpiece.

• Keep your hands away from the routing area and the

router bit. Hold the auxiliary handle or the motor hous-

ing with your second hand. When both hands hold the

machine, they cannot be injured by the router bit.

• Never cut over metal objects, nails or screws. The router

bit can become damaged and lead to increased vibra-

tions.

• Use appropriate detectors to determine if utility lines are

hidden in the work area or call the local utility company

for assistance. Contact with electric lines can lead to re

and electric shock. Damaging a gas line can lead to explo-

sion. Penetrating a water line causes property damage.

• Do not use blunt or damaged router bits. Blunt or dam-

aged router bits cause increased friction, can become

jammed and lead to imbalance.

• When working with the machine, always hold it rmly

with both hands and provide for a secure stance. The

power tool is guided more secure with both hands.

• Always wait until the machine has come to a complete

stop before placing it down. The tool insert can jam and

lead to loss of control over the power tool.

SAFETY WARNINGS FOR ROUTERS

• Hold power tool by insulated gripping surfaces, because

the cutter may contact its own cord. Cutting a “live” wire

may make exposed metal parts of the power tool “live”

and shock the operator.

• Use clamps or another practical way to secure and sup-

port the workpiece to a stable platform. Holding the work

by your hand or against the body leaves it unstable and

may lead to loss of control.

• The allowable speed of the router bit must be at least as

high as the maximum speed listed on the power tool.

Accessories that rotate faster than permitted can be de-

stroyed.

• Router bits or other accessories must t exactly in the tool

holder (collet) of your machine. Routing bits that do not

t precisely in the tool holder of the machine rotate ir-

regularly, vibrate heavily and can lead to loss of control.

• Apply the machine to the workpiece only when switched

on. Otherwise there is danger of kickback when the cut-

ting tool jams in the workpiece.

• Keep your hands away from the routing area and the

router bit. Hold the auxiliary handle or the motor hous-

ing with your second hand. When both hands hold the

machine, they cannot be injured by the router bit.

• Never cut over metal objects, nails or screws. The router

bit can become damaged and lead to increased vibra-

tions.

• Use appropriate detectors to determine if utility lines

are hidden in the work area or call the local utility com-

pany for assistance. Contact with electric lines can lead

to re and electric shock. Damaging a gas line can lead

to explosion. Penetrating a water line causes property

damage.

• Do not use blunt or damaged router bits. Blunt or dam-

aged router bits cause increased friction, can become

jammed and lead to imbalance.

• When working with the machine, always hold it rmly

with both hands and provide for a secure stance. The

power tool is guided more secure with both hands.

• Always wait until the machine has come to a complete

stop before placing it down. The tool insert can jam and

lead to loss of control over the power tool.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Make sure that the machine is not live when carrying

out maintenance work on the motor.

• Regularly clean the machine housing with a soft cloth,

preferably after each use. Keep the ventilation slots free

from dust and dirt.If the dirt does not come o use a soft

cloth moistened with soapy water. Never use solvents

such as petrol, alcohol, ammonia water, etc. These sol-

vents may damage the plastic parts.

Utilisation et entretien de l’outil

INSTRUCTIONS DE SÉCURITÉ POUR FRAISES

de l’outil électroportatif. Les accessoires qui tournent à

une vitesse de rotation supérieure à celle qui est admise

risquent d’être détruits.

• Les outils de fraisage et les autres accessoires doivent cor-

respondre exactement au porte-outil (pince de serrage)

de votre outil électroportatif. Les outils qui ne corres-

pondent pas exactement au porte-outil de l’outil électro-

portatif, tournent de façon irrégulière, génèrent de fortes

vibrations et peuvent entraîner une perte de contrôle.

• N’approchez l’outil électroportatif de la pièce à travailler

que quand l’appareil est en marche. Sinon, il y a risque d’un

contrecoup, au cas où l’outil se coincerait dans la pièce.

• Maintenez vos mains hors de la zone de fraisage et loin de

l’outil de fraisage. Tenez de l’autre main la poignée supplé-

mentaire ou le carter-moteur. Si les deux mains tiennent la

fraiseuse, l’outil de fraisage ne pourra pas les blesser.

• Ne jamais fraiser des pièces métalliques, clous ou vis.

L’outil de fraisage pourrait être endommagé et se mettre

à vibrer fortement.

• Utiliser des détecteurs appropriés an de déceler des

conduites cachées ou consulter les entreprises d’appro-

visionnement locales. Un contact avec des conduites

d’électricité peut provoquer un incendie ou un choc élec-

trique. Un endommagement d’une conduite de gaz peut

provoquer une explosion. La perforation d’une conduite

d’eau provoque des dégâts matériels.

• Ne pas utiliser d’outils de fraisage émoussés ou endom-

magés. Les outils de fraisage émoussés ou endommagés

provoquent une friction trop élevée, peuvent être coincés

et entraînent un défaut d’équilibrage.

• Toujours bien tenir l’outil électroportatif des deux mains

et veiller à toujours garder une position de travail stable.

Avec les deux mains, l’outil électroportatif est guidé de

manière plus sûre.

• Avant de déposer l’outil électroportatif, attendre que

celui-ci soit complètement à l’arrêt. L’outil risque de se

coincer, ce qui entraînerait une perte de contrôle de l’outil

électroportatif.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN

Assurez-vous que la machine n’est pas sous tension si

vous allez procéder à des travaux d’entretien dans

son système mécanique.

• Nettoyez régulièrement le carter au moyen d’un chion

doux, de préférence a Tissue de chaque utilisation. Veillez

à ce que les fentes d’aération soient indemnes de pous-

sière et de saletés.

• En présence de saleté tenace, employez un chion doux

humecté d’eau savonneuse. Proscrivez l’emploi de sol-

vants comme l’essence, l’alcool, l’ammoniaque etc. car ces

substances attaquent les pièces en plastique.

ТЕХНИКЕ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ ДЛЯ

ЭЛЕКТРОИНСТРУМЕНТОВ

Несоблюдение указаний и инструкций по технике без-

опасности может стать причиной поражения электриче-

ским током, пожара и тяжелых травм.

Сохраняйте эти инструкции и указания для будущего ис-

пользования.

Использованное в настоящих инструкциях и указани-

ях понятие «электроинструмент» распространяется

на электроинструмент с питанием от сети (с сетевым

шнуром) и на аккумуляторный электроинструмент (без

сетевого шнура).

Безопасность рабочего места

• Содержите рабочее место в чистоте и хорошо осве-

щенным. Беспорядок или неосвещенные участки ра-

бочего места могут привести к несчастным случаям.

Безопасность людей

электроинструментов для непредусмотренных работ

Ремонт Вашего электроинструмента поручайте только

квалифицированному персоналу и только с применени-

ем оригинальных запасных частей. Этим обеспечивает-

ся безопасность электроинструмента.

УКАЗАНИЯ ПО ТЕХНИКЕ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ ДЛЯ

ФРЕЗЕРНЫХ СТАНКОВ

• Обязательно держите электроинструмент за изолиро-

ванные ручки, т.к. фреза может зацепить собственный

шнур питания. Контакт с находящейся под напряжени-

ем проводкой может заряжать металлические части

электроинструмента и приводить к удару электриче-

ским током.

• Закрепляйте и фиксируйте заготовку на стабильном

сновании с помощью струбцины или другим спосо-

бом. Если Вы будете удерживать заготовку рукой или

прижимать ее к себе, ее положение будет недоста-

точно стабильно, в результате чего возможна утрата

контроля.

• Допустимое число оборотов рабочего инструмента

должно быть не менее указанного на электроинстру-

менте максимального числа оборотов. Принадлежно-

сти, вращающиеся с большей, чем допустимо скоро-

стью, могут разорваться.

• Фрезы и другие принадлежности должны точно подхо-

дить к зажимной цанге Вашего электроинструмента. Ра-

бочие инструменты, не соответствующие точно зажиму

электроинструмента, вращаются с биением, сильно ви-

брируют и могут привести к потере контроля.

• Подводите электроинструмент к детали только во

включенном состоянии. В противном случае возни-

кает опасность обратного удара при заклинивании

рабочего инструмента в детали.

• Не подставляйте руки в зону фрезерования и под фре-

зу. Ваша вторая рука должна охватывать дополнитель-

ную рукоятку или корпус двигателя. Если Ваши обе ру-

ки находятся на фрезерном станке, они не могут быть

травмированы фрезой.

• Не фрезеруйте никогда по металлическим предметам,

гвоздям или винтам. Фреза может быть повреждена и

привести к повышенной вибрации.

• Применяйте соответствующие металлоискатели для

нахождения скрытых систем электро-, газо- и водо-

снабжения или обращайтесь за справкой в местное

предприятие коммунального снабжения. Контакт с

электропроводкой может привести к пожару и по-

ражению электротоком. Повреждение газопровода

может привести к взрыву. Повреждение водопровода

ведет к нанесению материального ущерба.

• Не применяйте тупые или поврежденные фрезы. Ту-

пые или поврежденные фрезы создают повышенное

трение, могут заклиниться и ведут к дисбалансу.

• Всегда держите электроинструмент во время работы

обеими руками, заняв предварительно устойчивое

положение. Двумя руками Вы работаете более надеж-

но с электроинструментом.

• Выждите полной остановки электроинструмента и

только после этого выпускайте его из рук. Рабочий ин-

струмент может заесть, и это может привести к потере

контроля над электроинструментом.

при обработке различных материалов – (рис. 11).

ТЕХНИЧЕСКОЕ ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЕ И УХОД

Перед техническим обслуживанием отключайте

инструмент от сети питания!

• Каждый раз по окончании работы рекомендуется очи-

щать корпус инструмента и вентиляционные отвер-

стия от грязи и пыли мягкой тканью или салфеткой.

Устойчивые загрязнения рекомендуется устранять

при помощи мягкой ткани, смоченной в мыльной

воде. Недопустимо использовать для устранения за-

грязнений растворители: бензин, спирт, аммиачные

растворы и т.п. Применение растворителей может

привести к повреждению корпуса инструмента.

• Инструмент не требует дополнительной смазки.

• В случае неисправностей обратитесь в Службу серви-

са BORT GLOBAL LIMITED.

УТИЛИЗАЦИЯ

Старые электроприборы подлежат вторичной

переработке и поэтому не могут быть утилизи-

рованы с бытовыми отходами! Поэтому мы хоте-
