INSTALLATION
Waste Bin Sensor Trigger
Install the waste bin trigger onto waste bin;
make sure the trigger is fastening tight and
secure for engagement with waste bin
sensor correctly.
Waste Bin
Slide the waste bin into the slot. Make
sure waste bin is all the way inside.
Stack Tray
Hook the tray onto the mounting slot on
the machine according to page 7 of
stacking tray setting up for business card or
greeting card
Power Cord
Use caution when plug in power cord.
Plug power cord to the machine and plug
the other end into the wall outlet.

SETTING UP PROCEDURE
1
To set the width of paper, loosen thumbscrew
knob on the side guide and slide to position.
Use marking as reference point.

Fan paper before loading. This will reduce
static and toner adhesion due to printing.
For best result, the paper stack should be flat.

Push the feed tray down and load the paper.
Readjust paper guide if needed.

Adjust tray pressure. For thinner paper, the
number should be higher. For heavier paper
the number should be lower.

Use slitter registration adjustment knob to
compensate for printing registration. The
knob will allow ± 2mm of adjustment.

Rotate the sitter adjustment knob to align
with die module or printer variation

1. Press to select desire job# (8-13) to program then
press .

FINISH LENGTH
3. Press to move cursor to “L to set finishing length.
4. Press to increase length by 0.1 mm or press to
decrease length by 0.1 mm. Hold or for fast
adjustment.
GUTTER SIZE
Note: If no gutter, set gutter to “0”.
5. Press to move the cursor to “G” Cutting Gutter, repeat step #4 to set the gutter size.
MARGIN SIZE
Note: If no margin, set mutter to “0”.
6. Press to move the cursor to “M” Top Margin, repeat step #4 to set the margin cut.
CREASE SETTINGS
Note: Maximum of 4 (A, B, C and D) creases can be program.
7. Press to move the cursor to “A, “B”, “C” or “D”. Repeat step #4 to set crease position.
PAPER SIZE
8. Press to move cursor to Size. Repeat step #4 to set paper size. LT size is 279.4 mm.

9. Press to save the job.
BATCH COUNT
1. Press into Batch Count edit mode
2. Press to set batch count to desire number. Count will increment by factor of 10. Maximum batch
count setting is 50.
3. Press to save batch count setting.
