Das Temperaturvorhalte-Regelset hält außerhalb des Heizbetriebs

die Temperatur im Heizungs-Vorlauf so hoch, dass Warmwasser

schnell bereitgestellt wird.

gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß.

Ansprüche jeglicher Art gegen den Hersteller und/oder seine

takt mit heißen Armaturen und Anlagenteilen zu vermeiden.

2.5.4 Verbrühungsgefahr durch heiße Medien!

Bei einigen Arbeiten muss die Station in Betrieb bleiben und es

besteht Verbrühungsgefahr durch ungewolltes Austreten von

Heißwasser.

2.5.5 Verfügbarkeit der Betriebsanleitung

3. Technische Beschreibung

3.1 Aufbau

3.2 Funktionsbeschreibung

Das Temperaturvorhalteregelset ist im Heizungs-Vorlauf der Woh-

nungsstation „Regudis W-HTE“ positioniert um dort die Bypasslei-

tung zum Heizungs-Rücklauf zu versperren.

Die anstehende Heizungsvorlauftemperatur wird durch einen

Flüssigfühler im Ventil gemessen. Fällt die Temperatur unter den

am Handrad eingestellten Wert, wird die Bypassleitung zum

Heizungs-Rücklauf geöffnet. Das Heizungswasser kann zirkulieren.

Sobald die am Handrad eingestellte Heizungsvorlauftemperatur

wieder erreicht ist, wird der Bypass geschlossen.

Die vorgehaltene Energie wird nicht über den (optionalen)

Wärmezähler der „Regudis W-HTE“ mitgezählt.

3.3 Bedienelemente und Anzeigen

Am Handrad stellen Sie die gewünschte Heizungsvorlauftemperatur

ein die mindestens vorgehalten werden soll.

Stellen Sie am Temperaturvorhalte-Regelset

die Temperatur nicht höher ein, als die am Regler einge-

stellte Warmwassertemperatur.

5.2 Temperaturvorhalte-Regelset in Wohnungsstation „Regu-

dis W-HTE“ montieren

Halten Sie einen Lappen und ein Gefäß bereit, um austre-

tendes Wasser aufzufangen.

2. Schrauben Sie das Ventil des Temperaturvorhalte-Regelsets

bis zum Anschlag in den Anschluss der Leitung ein.

3. Stecken Sie die Skalenhülse so auf das Ventil, dass die Mar-

kierung von vorne gut zu sehen ist.

4. Richten Sie das Handrad so aus, dass die Markierung auf

35°CzeigtundsteckenSiedasHandradaufdasVentil.

6. Inbetriebnahme

VORSICHT

Verbrühungsgefahr durch heiße Medien!

Wenn die Heizungsanlage bereits in Betrieb ist und der

angeschlossene Pufferspeicher aufgeheizt ist, besteht

Verbrühungsgefahr durch ungewolltes Austreten von

Heißwasser.

fSchließen Sie die Kugelhähne im Heizungs-Vorlauf und

Heizungs-Rücklauf.

fPrüfen Sie während des Befüllens alle Verschraubungen

und schrauben Sie undichte Verschraubungen fest.

fTragen Sie eine Schutzbrille.

1. Öffnen Sie langsam die Kugelhähne im Heizungs-Rücklauf

(2)undimHeizungs-Vorlauf(3).

2. ÖffnenSiedasEntlüftungsventil(7)imHeizungskreisetwas.

3. Sobald Wasser blasenfrei entweicht, schließen Sie das

Entlüftungsventil(7).

4. Prüfen Sie alle Bauteile und Verschraubungen auf Dichtheit.

5. Schrauben Sie zu lose Verschraubungen fest.

6. Kontrollieren Sie den Systemdruck und füllen Sie ggf. Hei-

zungswasser nach.

7. Demontage und Entsorgung

ACHTUNG

Nicht fachgerechte Entsorgung (z. B. im Hausmüll) kann

zu Umweltschäden führen.

3.2 Functional description

The derivative temperature control set is positioned in the primary

supply of the dwelling station “Regudis W-HTE” and serves the

isolation of the bypass pipe to the primary return.

The current temperature in the primary supply is measured by a

liquid sensor integrated in the valve. If the temperature drops below

the value set at the handwheel, the bypass pipe to the primary

return is opened. The heating water may circulate. As soon as the

primary supply temperature set at the handwheel is reached again,

the bypass is closed.

a risque de brûlure par échappement involontaire d’eau chaude.

3. Description technique

3.1 Construction

3.2 Description du fonctionnement

Le set de bypass thermostatisé à consigne de température réglable

est positionné sur l’aller primaire de la station d’appartement

«Regudis W-HTE» pour fermer le bypass vers le retour primaire.

La température présente dans l’aller primaire est détectée par un

bulbe liquide intégré dans le robinet. Si la température chute en-

dessous de la valeur réglée sur la poignée manuelle, le bypass vers

le retour primaire est ouvert. L’eau de chauffage peut circuler. Dès

que la température de l’aller primaire réglée sur la poignée manuelle

est à nouveau atteinte, le bypass est fermé.

L'énergie nécessaire pour le maintien d'une température

adaptée dans l'aller primaire n'est pas enregistrée par le

compteur de calories (optionnel) de la station «Regudis

W-HTE».

3.3 Éléments de manœuvre et afchages

Régler sur la poignée manuelle la température minimum à maintenir

dans l’aller primaire.

Ne pas régler le set de bypass thermostatisé à consigne

de température réglable sur une température d'E.C.S.

supérieure à celle réglée au régulateur.

conduite de l’aller primaire.

2. Visser le robinet du set de bypass thermostatisé à consigne

de température réglable dans le raccordement de la conduite

jusqu’en butée.

3. Monter la douille graduée sur le robinet de telle manière que le

marquage soit bien visible de l’avant.

4. Aligner la poignée manuelle de telle manière que le marquage

setrouveenfacede35°Cetxerlapoignéemanuelleau

robinet.

6. Mise en service

PRUDENCE

Risque de brûlure par uides chauds !

Si l’installation de chauffage est déjà en service et le

ballon tampon raccordé est chauffé, il y a risque de

brûlure par échappement involontaire d’eau chaude.

fFermer les robinets à tournant sphérique sur l’aller

primaireetleretourprimaire.

fContrôler tous les raccords pendant le remplissage et

serrer les raccords présentant une fuite.

fPorter des lunettes de protection.

1. Ouvrir lentement les robinets à tournant sphérique sur le

retourprimaire(2)etl’allerprimaire(3).

2. Ouvrirlégèrementlepurgeurd’air(7)danslecircuitprimaire.

3. Fermerlepurgeurd’air(7)dèsquedel’eauexemptedebulles

d’air s’échappe.

4. Contrôler l’étanchéité de tous les composants et raccords.

5. Serrer les raccords desserrés.

6. Contrôler la pression du système et ajouter de l’eau de

chauffage si nécessaire.

7. Démontage et traitement des déchets

ATTENTION

Risque de pollution !

Une mauvaise élimination (par ex. avec les

déchets ménagers) peut entraîner des dommages

environnementaux.

fÉliminer l’emballage dans le respect de

l’environnement.

fÉliminer les composants dans le respect de la

réglementation.

Si un accord de reprise ou d’élimination n’a pas été conclu, éliminer

le produit.

fSi possible, amener les composants au recyclage.

fÉliminer les composants non recyclables selon les

réglementations locales. L’élimination avec les déchets

ménagers est interdite.

5.2 Installation of the derivative temperature control set in the

dwelling station “Regudis W-HTE”

Keep a cloth and a container available to collect escaping

water.

1. Unscrewtheplug(Abb.9(6))fromtheconnectionofthe

primary supply pipe.

2. Screw the valve of the derivative temperature control set into

the connection of the pipe until stop.

3. Push the graduated sleeve onto the valve so that the marking

is clearly visible from the front.

4. Alignthehandwheelsothatthemarkingpointsto35°Cand

push the handwheel onto the valve.

6. Commissioning

CAUTION

Risk of scalding due to hot uids!

If the heating system is in operation and the connected

buffer storage cylinder is heated, there is a risk of

scalding due to escaping hot water.

fClose the ball valves in the primary supply and primary

return.

fDuringlling,checkallcouplingsandtightenany

leaking couplings

fWear safety goggles.

1. Opentheballvalvesintheprimaryreturn(2)andprimary

supply (3) slowly.

2. Slightlyopentheventingvalve(7)intheprimarycircuit.

3. Closetheventingvalve(7)assoonasbubble-freewater

escapes.

4. Check all components and couplings for leaks.

5. Tighten any loose couplings.

6. Check the system pressure and add heating water if required.

7. Removal and disposal

NOTICE

fComponents are to be disposed of professionally.
