All Farringdon stoves are factory fitted with the standard rear heat shield, however if it is so desired,
this can be removed and the optional deep heat shield can be fitted, together with the double walled
flue pipe, so that the appliance distances to combustible materials can be reduced.
Tous les poêles Farringdon sont équipés en usine du bouclier thermique arrière standard,
cependant, si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez l'enlever et installer le bouclier thermique plus profond

To remove the factory fitted heat shield, simply
remove the 6no. screws as shown below. Replace
with the optional deeper heatshield and re-use the
original fixings. Please note the deeper heat shield
has a data plate affixed to it, this replaces the
original data plate, so please observe the
dimensions stated.
Pour retirer le bouclier thermique monté en usine,
retirez simplement les 6 vis comme indiqué ci-
dessous. Remplacez-le par le bouclier thermique
plus profond en option et réutilisez les fixations
d'origine. Veuillez noter que le bouclier thermique
plus profond comprend dejà une plaque
d’homologation qui remplace la plaque d'origine.
