wir freuen uns, dass Sie sich für das 12V-

Schnelladegerät Power Peak LIPOLY 300 EQ

aus dem robbe Sortiment entschieden haben.

Trotz der einfachen Handhabung dieses

Laders, sollten Sie die Be die nungsa n leitung

und die Sicherheitshinweise am Ende der

Anleitung aufmerksam lesen, bevor Sie Ihr

neues Ladegerät in Betrieb nehmen.

Der Power Peak LIPOLY 300 EQ ist ein preis-

günstiges und dennoch hochwertiges 12V-

Schnellladegerät im Metallgehäuse, zum Laden

von 1 bis 4 zelligen 3,7 Volt LiPo Akkus, mit

integriertem Equalizer. Die Erkennung der Zel-

lenzahl und damit auch die Einstellung der

Lade-Abschalt spannung erfolgt automatisch.

Die Einstellung des Ladestromes erfolgt über

die Wahl der Akkukapazität und kann im

Bereich von 300 bis 3.000 mAh erfolgen. Die

empfohlene Laderate liegt bei 1C (Akkukapazi-

tät = Ladestrom), siehe auch Laden des Akkus.

Der Fortschritt des Ladevorgangs und der

Ladeschluss wird über die Status-LED und den

Beeper angezeigt.

Durch Anschluss an das Netzteil Power Peak

SPS 5A (No. 8485), kann das Ladegerät auch

am 230 Volt Netz betrieben werden. Es wird

damit zu einem 230 V-AC und 12 V-DC Lader.

Zunächst das seitliche Anschluss kabel polrich-

tig mit einer 12 V Autobatterie oder einem 12 V

Netzteil verbinden (rot = + Pol, schwarz = - Pol),

das Ladegerät ist nun betriebsbereit.

Das Gerät ist gegen Falschpolung ge schützt,

dennoch sollte dies vermieden werden, da im

Falle einer Verpolung die Schmelzsicherung

zerstört wird.

Nach Verpolung muss die Sicherung durch

einen identischen Typ (5A) ersetzt werden

(erhältlich im Kfz-Handel oder Tankstelle).

Der Lithium-Akku wird über ein Ladekabel mit

Bananenstecker an die seitlich rechts ange-

brachten Akkuanschlussbuchsen angeschlos-

sen. Achten Sie beim Anschluss auf die richtige

Polung, (rot = + Pol / schwarz = - Pol).

Der Laderausgang ist gegen Verpolung und

Kurzschluss geschützt, dennoch ist dies zu ver-

meiden und ggf. sofort zu beheben.

Bevor der Ladevorgang gestartet wird,

muss zunächst der korrekte Ladestrom

eingestellt werden. Dazu mit dem Poten-

Das Ladeende wird durch Farbwechsel der

Status-LED nach orange und den Beeper sig-

nalisiert. Der Akku kann vom Ladegerät

getrennt und eingesetzt werden. Der Ladevor-

gang kann auch jederzeit durch Betätigung der

Start-Taste abgebrochen werden.

Laden Modus

1. Lithium-Akku mittels Voltage-Sensorkabel

über den Voltage-Sensor Anschluss mit

dem Lader verbinden.

2. Achten Sie beim Anschluss auf die richtige

Polung und Position. Das schwarze Kabel

muss mit der Pfeilmarkierung am Laderge-

häuse übereinstimmen.

3. Danach die Hauptstromleitungen des

Akkus polrichtig mit dem Ladeanschluss

verbinden ( rot= + / schwarz= -).

4. Kurz die Starttaste drücken.

5. Zum Abbrechen des Equalizing Vorgangs

1C, heißt Kapazitätswert = Ladestrom.

• Beispiel: Lipo Zelle mit 1500 mAh;

1C = 1500 mA (=1,5A) Ladestrom

Für die gängigsten Lithium-Akkutypen ist dies

der richtige Ladestrom. Selbstverständlich kön-

nen auch Akkupacks mit höherer Kapazität

geladen werden (max. 3000 mAh). Dabei verlän-

gert sich die Ladezeit entsprechend.

Bestimmte Hochstrom-Lithium-Akkus können

mit einer höheren Laderate als 1C geladen wer-

den.

• Das an der Seite befindliche

Anschlusskabel polrichtig mit einer 12 V

Autobatterie oder einem 12 V Netzteil ver-

binden (rot = + pol, schwarz = - pol.), das

Ladegerät ist nun betriebsbereit.

Das Laden eines Akkupacks kann mit ange-

schlossenem Voltage Sensorkabel erfolgen

(empfohlen) oder ohne.

• Lithium-Akku mittels Voltage-Sensorkabel

über den Voltage-Sensor Anschluss mit

dem Lader verbinden.

• Achten Sie beim Anschluss auf die richtige

Polung und Position. Das schwarze Kabel

muss mit der Pfeilmarkierung am Laderge-

häuse übereinstimmen.

• Danach die Hauptstromleitungen des

Akkus polrichtig mit dem Ladeanschluss

verbinden ( rot= + / schwarz= -).

• Ladevorgang durch langes Drücken der

Start - Taste starten. Durch Drücken der

Start - Taste kann der Ladeprozess jeder-

zeit gestoppt werden.

Bei einer Laderate von 1C dauert der Ladevor-

gang, bei entladenem Akku, ca. eine Stunde

und 30 Minuten.

Bis zum Erreichen der Ladeschlussspannung

von 4,2 V pro Zelle (B) wird der Lithium Akku-

pack mit konstantem Ladestrom geladen.

Danach wird die Spannung konstant gehalten

und es erfolgt die Restladung in Form einer

abfallenden Stromkurve (C), bis zum Abschalt-

• Der Power Peak LIPOLY 300 EQ ist nur

zum Laden von wiederaufladbaren Lithium-

Akkus geeignet. Keine Trockenbatterien

laden, es besteht Explosionsgefahr.

• Das Ladegerät ist nur für den Betrieb an

11...15V DC ausgelegt, betreiben Sie es nie

mit einer anderen Spannung.

• Schützen Sie das Ladegerät unbedingt vor

Staub, Schmutz und Feuchtigkeit.

• Setzen Sie das Gerät keiner übermäßigen

Kälte oder Hitze und keiner direkter

Sonneneinstrahlung aus.

• Vermeiden Sie Stoß- und

Druckbelastungen und setzen Sie den

Power Peak LIPOLY 300 EQ keinen star-

ken Vibrationen aus.

• Ladegerät und angeschlossene Akkus nie-

mals auf brennbare Unterlagen legen. Nie

in der Nähe von brennbarem Material oder

Gasen betreiben.

• Lassen Sie den Lader während des

Betriebs nicht unbeaufsichtigt. Das Gerät

kann sich während des normalen Betriebs

stark erwärmen.

• Beim Aufstellen auf freie Kühlöffnungen zur

Luftzirkulation achten (niemals auf Teppich-

oder Filzuntergrund stellen).

• Bei längerem Nichtgebrauch das Gerät von

der Stromquelle trennen und eventuell

angeschlossene Akkus abnehmen.

• Keine Akkus kurz hintereinander ein zwei-

tes Mal laden.

• Keine Akkus laden, die stark erwärmt sind.

Akkus auf Umgebungstemperatur

abkühlen lassen.

• Es dürfen nur Zellen gleicher Kapazität und

gleichen Fabrikats im Verbund geladen

werden.

• Nicht zwei Akkus an einem Ausgang beim

Laden parallel laden, nur einen Akkupack

anschließen.

• Achten Sie unbedingt auf richtige Polung

der Akkus und vermeiden Sie

Kurzschlüsse.

• Beachten Sie genau die Angaben der

Akkuhersteller.

• Achten Sie auch auf Beschädigungen am

Gehäuse und an den Kabeln.

Die Equalizer LED`s zeigen den Zustand, der

angeschlossenen Zellen an. Wenn die LED`s

konstant blinken oder leuchten, werden die Zel-

len balanciert. Falls die LED`s nur noch spora-

disch blinken bzw. erloschen sind, ist der Akku

balanciert und kann eingesetzt werden.

Fehlermeldungen

Durch Blinken der Status-LED in der jeweiligen

LED Blinksequenz und ein Beepen im 0,5

Sekunden Takt wird ein Fehler angezeigt. Durch

Beheben der Fehlerursache und anschliessen-

dem Drücken der Starttaste wird der Fehler-

speicher zurückgesetzt.

Sicherheitshinweise für Lithium-Polymer

akkus:

Diese Bedienungsanleitung des Lade gerätes

kann nur einen globalen Überblick über das

Laden und den Umgang mit wiederaufladbaren

LiPo-Akkus geben und eine individuelle Anlei-

tung des jeweiligen Akkuherstellers nicht erset-

zen.

Beachten Sie deshalb unbedingt auch die

Hinweise des Akkuher stellers.

• Den Akku nicht in Wasser oder andere

Flüssigkeiten tauchen.

• Akku nicht erhitzen, ins Feuer werfen oder

in die Mikrowelle legen.

• Nicht kurzschließen oder verpolt Laden

• Akku keinem Druck aussetzten, deformie-

ren oder werfen

• Nicht direkt am Akku löten

• Akku nicht verändern oder öffnen

• Akkus nicht über 4,2 Volt pro Zelle laden

und nicht unter 2,5 Volt pro Zelle entladen

• Akkus nur mit dafür geeigneten

Ladegeräten laden, niemals direkt an ein

Netzteil anschließen

• Akku niemals in praller Sonne oder der

Nähe von Heizungen oder Feuer laden bzw.

entladen.

• Akku nicht an Orten benutzen welche

hoher statischer Entladung ausgesetzt

sind.

• All dies kann dazu führen, dass der Akku

Schaden nimmt, explodiert oder gar Feuer

fängt.

• Halten Sie den Akku von Kindern fern

Ausgelaufenes Elektrolyt nicht in

Verbindung mit Feuer bringen, dieses ist

leicht brennbar und kann sich entzünden.

• Die Elektrolytflüssigkeit sollte nicht in die

Augen kommen, wenn doch, sofort mit viel

klarem Wasser auswaschen und ansch-

ließend einen Arzt aufsuchen.

• Auch von Kleidern und anderen

Gegenständen kann die

Elektrolytflüssigkeit mit viel Wasser aus-

bzw. abgewaschen werden.

Werfen Sie Akkus auf keinen Fall in den Haus-

müll. Um die Umwelt zu schützen, geben Sie

defekte oder verbrauchte Akkus nur entladen zu

den entsprechenden Sam melstellen. Dies sind

alle Verkaufstellen für Batterien und Akkus, oder

kommunale Sondermüllsammelstellen. Die

Akkus werden wieder aufgearbetet. Dadurch

gelangt das Material wieder in den Produktions -

kreislauf.

Helfen Sie mit, die Umwelt zu schützen.

Für dieses Ladegerät übernehmen wir eine Ge -

währleistung von 24 Monaten. Als Be leg für den

Beginn und den Ablauf dieser Gewährleistung

dient der Kassenzettel Ihres Modell -

baufachhänd lers, welcher beim Erwerb des

Gerätes ausgestellt wurde. Eventuelle

Reparaturen verlängern den Gewähr leis -

tungszeitraum nicht.

Dear customer,

Congratulations on your decision to purchase

the POWER PEAK LIPOLY 300 EQ fast charger.

Although the battery charger is easy to

handle, it is still important that you read right

through the operating instructions, and the

safety notes at the end of the instructions,

before using the charger for the first time.

The POWER PEAK LIPOLY 300 EQ is a reaso-

nably priced, high-quality 12 V fast charger with

integral Equalizer housed in a metal case. It is

designed for charging LiPo batteries (3.7 Volts /

cell) consisting of 1 to 4 cells. The charger auto-

matically detects the cell count and therefore

also the setting of the charge cut-off voltage.

The charge current is set by selecting the bat-

tery capacity; the available range is 300 to 3000

mAh. The recommended charge rate is 1 C

(battery capacity = charge current); see also the

section entitled “Charge process”. The Status

LED and beeper indicate the progress of the

charge process as well as the termination of the

charge.

If the charger is connected to a Power Peak

SPS 5A mains power supply unit (PSU) (No.

8485), it can also be operated from the 230 V

mains. It then becomes a dual-power charger:

230 V AC and 12 V DC.

Locate the power lead attached to the side of

the charger, and connect it to a 12 V car batte-

ry or a 12 V mains PSU (red = + terminal, black

= - terminal). The unit is now ready for use.

The charger is protected against reverse polari-

ty, but you should still take every care to avoid

this error, as it will burn out the fuse.

If the fuse burns out, it must be replaced with an

identical type (5 A); these items are available

from any car accessory shop or filling station.

Connect the Lithium battery to the battery

sockets on the right-hand side of the case using

a charge lead fitted with banana plugs. Take

care to maintain correct polarity: red = + termi-

nal / black = - terminal.

The charger output is protected against dama-

ge caused by reverse polarity and short-circuit,

but it is still important to avoid these errors, or

to eliminate them without delay.

The correct charge current must be set before

you initiate the charge process. This is accom-

plished by turning the rotary potentiometer on

After this point the voltage is held at a con-

stant level, and the residual charge takes

the form of a declining current curve (C),

until the process is terminated at the cut-off

point (D). Charge current = C/10.

Charge mode

1. Locate the voltage sensor lead attached to

the Lithium battery and connect it to the

charger’s voltage sensor socket.

2. Take care to maintain correct polarity when

connecting the voltage sensor lead: the

black wire must be aligned with the arrow

marking on the charger case.

3. Now connect the main power wires atta-

ched to the battery to the charge sockets,

again maintaining correct polarity (red = + /

black = -).

4. Press the Start button briefly.

5. You can interrupt the Equalizing process at

any time by pressing the Start button

again.

responding to the battery’s total capacity (300

… 3000 mA). This equates to a charge rate of 1

1 C means: capacity value = charge current.

• Example: 1500 mAh LiPo cell: 1 C = 1500

mA (= 1.5 A) charge current.

This is the correct charge current for nearly all

Lithium battery types currently in use. Of

course, battery packs of higher capacity - max.

3000 mAh - can also be charged, but the

charge time is proportionately longer.

Certain high-current Lithium batteries can also

be charged at a rate higher than 1 C.

• Locate the power wires attached to the

side of the charger, and connect them to a

12 V car battery or a 12 V mains PSU,

maintaining correct polarity (red = + termi-

nal, black = - terminal). The charger is now

ready for use.

A battery pack can be charged with the vol-

tage sensor lead connected (recommen-

ded) or without.

• Connect the Lithium-Polymer battery to the

charger by plugging the voltage sensor

lead into the appropriate socket.

• Take care to maintain correct polarity: the

black wire must be aligned with the arrow

marking on the charger case.

• Now locate the main power wires attached

to the battery and connect them to the

charge sockets, again maintaining correct

polarity (red = + / black = -).

• Holding the Start button pressed in initiates

the charge process. Pressing it again at any

time interrupts the process.

At a charge rate of 1 C the charge process

for a discharged battery lasts about 90

minutes.

The Lithium battery is charged at a con-

stant current until the pack reaches the final

charge voltage of around 4.2 V per cell (B).

• The Power Peak LIPOLY 300 EQ is suitable

solely for charging rechargeable Lithium

batteries. Do not attempt to recharge dry

cells - explosion hazard.

• The charger is designed solely for use with

a DC power supply of 11 … 15 V. Do not

connect it to any other voltage.

• It is essential to protect the charger from

dust, dirt and damp.

• Do not subject the charger to excessive

heat or cold, nor to direct sunlight.

• Avoid shock and pressure loads, and do

not subject the Power Peak LIPOLY 300 EQ

to severe vibration.

• Do not place the charger and the batteries

connected to it on any form of inflammable

surface. Do not operate the charger in the

vicinity of inflammable materials or gases.

• Do not leave the charger operating unsu-

pervised. It is normal for the charger to

become quite hot when operating.

• Ensure that there is an unrestricted airflow

to the charger’s cooling slots. Never place

the unit on a carpet or felt surface.

• If you will not be using the charger for a

protracted period, disconnect it from the

power supply and any batteries connected

to it.

• Never charge any battery a second time

immediately after its initial charge.

• Do not charge a battery which is already

warm or hot to the touch. Allow packs to

cool down to ambient temperature before

continuing.

• Packs to be charged as a unit must consist

of cells of the same make, the same type

and the same capacity.

• To not charge two packs at one output by

connecting them in parallel; connect only

one pack at a time.

• Take great care to maintain correct polarity

of the battery, and avoid short-circuits.

• Read the battery manufacturer’s instruc-

tions and adhere to them strictly.

• At regular intervals check the charger case

and cables for damage.

The Equalizer LEDs indicate the state and num-

ber of cells connected to the unit. If the LEDs

flash or glow constantly, the cells are being

balanced. If the LEDs only flash sporadically, or

go out completely, the battery is properly balan-

ced and ready for use.

Error messages

Errors are indicated by the

Status LED flashing in one of the sequences

stated in the table above, and by the beeper

sounding at intervals of 0.5 seconds. Eliminate

the cause of the arrow, then press the Start but-

ton again to reset the error memory.

Safety Notes relating to Lithium-Polymer bat-

teries:

These operating instructions for the battery

charger can only provide a global overview of

the methods of charging and handling rechar-

geable LiPo batteries, and should not be consi-

dered as a substitute for the instructions provi-

ded by the battery manufacturer.

Please be sure to read the instructions and

information supplied by the battery manu-

facturer.

• Do not submerge the battery in water or

any other liquid.

• Do not heat or incinerate the battery, or

place it in a microwave oven.

• Do not short-circuit the pack or charge it

with reversed polarity.

• Do not subject the battery to physical pres-

• LiPo batteries may only be charged using a

se. Never connect the battery directly to a

mains PSU.

• Never charge or discharge the battery in

direct sunshine, or close to a heater or fire.

• Do not use the battery in any location

which is subject to severe static dischar-

ges.

• Any of these errors may cause the battery

to be damaged, explode or catch fire.

• Keep the battery well out of the reach of

children.

If electrolyte should escape, keep it well

away from fire; the substance is highly

inflammable and may burst into flames.

• Avoid the fluid electrolyte contacting your

eyes. If this should occur, rinse the affected

part immediately with plenty of clean water

before seeking medical attention.

• If the fluid electrolyte should contact your

clothes or any other object, immediately

wash it off using plenty of water.

On no account dispose of exhausted batteries

in the domestic waste. To protect the environ-

ment, take defective and exhausted packs to

your local battery collection point after ensuring

that they are completely discharged. Collection

points include all retail outlets where dry and

rechargeable batteries are sold, and also local

authority toxic waste collection centres.

Exhausted batteries can be recycled, and the

materials re-introduced into the production

cycle.

Please help to protect the environment.

We guarantee this battery charger for a period

of 24 months. Proof for the start and finish of

this guarantee period is provided by your

receipt from the model shop, which you obtai-

ned when you purchased the product. Any

repairs carried out under guarantee do not

extend the original guarantee period.

Enclose the purchase receipt (till receipt) when

returning your charger.

Liability exclusion

This charger is designed and approved exclusi-

vely for charging the types of battery stated in

these operating instructions. robbe Modellsport

accepts no liability of any kind if the charger is

used for any other purpose than that stated.

We at robbe Modellsport are unable to ensure

that you follow the instructions supplied with

the charger, and we have no control over the

methods you use for operating, using and main-

taining the device and the batteries to which it is

connected.

For this reason we are obliged to deny all liabi-

lity for loss, damage or costs which are incurred

due to the incompetent or incorrect use and

operation of our products, or which are con-

nected with such operation in any way.

Unless otherwise prescribed by binding law, our

obligation to pay compensation, regardless of

the legal argument employed, is limited to the

le chargeur rapide 12V Power Peak LIPOLY 300

EQ de la gamme des produits robbe.

Malgré la grande simplicité de manipulation de

ce chargeur, nous vous recommandons de lire

attentivement la notice de mise en œuvre

avant de mettre l'appareil en service.

Le chargeur Power Peak LIPOLY 300 EQ est un

appareil de charge rapide 12 volts bon marché

mais d’excellente qualité, dans un boîtier métal-

lique, pour charger d’un à quatre éléments LiPo

de 3,7 volts, avec égaliseur intégré.

L'identification du nombre d'éléments et donc

la mise au point de l'interruption en fin de

charge interviennent automatiquement.

La mise au point du courant de charge est

assurée par la sélection de la capacité de l'accu

et peut se situer sur une fourchette de 300 à

3.000 mAh. Le taux de charge recommandé se

situe au niveau 1C (capacité de l'accu =courant

de charge), cf. également le paragraphe charge

de l'accu.

L’évolution de la procédure de charge et la fin

de la charge sont signalées par les LED d’état et

le bip.

Le fait de brancher l'appareil au bloc

d'alimentation secteur Power Peak SPS 5A (réf.

8485) le transforme en un chargeur sur secteur

230 volts. Il devient donc un chargeur 230 V-CA

et 12 V-CC.

Raccorder d'abord le cordon de branchement

latéral, en veillant à la polarité, à une batterie de

voiture 12 V ou à un bloc d'alimentation sur

secteur de12 V (rouge = pôle +, noir = pôle -), le

chargeur est alors en ordre de marche.

L'appareil est protégé contre les courts-circuits,

il faut malgré tout veiller à éviter les courts-cir-

cuits car une inversion de polarité détruit le fusi-

ble approprié.

En cas d'inversion de polarité, il faut remplacer

le fusible par un fusible identique de type (5A)

(disponible dans les magasins de matériel auto

et dans les stations service.

L'accu au Lithium est raccordé via un cordon

de charge avec fiche banane aux douilles de

sortie aménagées du côté droit. Lors du bran-

chement, veiller à respecter les polarités, (rouge

= pôle +/noir = pôle -).

La sortie de charge est protégée contre les

inversions de polarité, évitez toutefois les inver-

sions de polarité et en cas d'inversion, la corri-

ger immédiatement.

Avant de lancer la procédure de charge, il faut

d'abord établir le courant de charge approprié.

La fin de la charge est signalisée par le passage

à l'orange de la LED d’état et l'émission d'un

signal sonore (bip). Il est possible alors de

désolidariser l'accu du chargeur et de le mettre

en œuvre. Il est également possible

d'interrompre la procédure de charge à tout

moment en actionnant la touche de démarrage

(Start).

Mode charge (Laden)

1. Raccorder l’accu au Lithium à l’aide du cor-

don-capteur de charge au branchement du

capteur de tension sur le chargeur.

2. Veiller à ce que la polarité et la position soi-

ent correctes lors du branchement. Le brin

noir doit coïncider avec le repère fléché sur

le boîtier du chargeur.

3. Relier ensuite les brins du courant principal

de l’accu avec les bonne polarités au bran-

chement du chargeur ( rouge=+ / noir=-).

4. Presser brièvement sur la touche de démar-

rage.

5. Pour interrompre la procédure

d’égalisation, appuyer sur la touche de

démarrage.

Ceci correspond à un taux de charge de 1C.

1C, soit valeur capacitive = courant de charge.

• Exemple : élément LiPo de 1500 mAh ;

1C = 1500 mA (=1,5A) courant de charge

Pour les types d'accus au Lithium les plus cou-

rants, il s'agit du courant de charge correct.

Naturellement, il est également possible de

charger des packs d'accus présentant une

capacité supérieure (max. 3000 mAh). Dans ce

cas, la durée de la charge s'allonge en consé-

quence.

Certains accus au Lithium à courant élevé peu-

vent être chargés avec un taux de charge supé-

rieur à 1C.

• Raccorder le cordon de branchement se

trouvant sur la paroi latérale, en veillant à la

polarité, à une batterie de voiture 12 V ou à

un bloc d'alimentation sur secteur de12 V

(rouge = pôle +, noir = pôle -), le chargeur est

alors en ordre de marche.

La charge du groupement d’éléments peut

intervenir avec cordon capteur de potentiel rac-

cordé (recommandé) ou sans.

• Raccorder l’accu au Lithium à l’aide du cor-

don-capteur de charge au branchement du

capteur de tension sur le chargeur.

• Veiller à ce que la polarité et la position soient

correctes lors du branchement. Le brin noir

doit coïncider avec le repère fléché sur le

boîtier du chargeur.

• Relier ensuite les brins du courant principal

de l’accu avec les bonne polarités au bran-

chement du chargeur ( rouge=+ / noir=-).

• Lancer la procédure de charge en appuyant

longuement sur la touche de démarrage

(Start). Le fait de réappuyer ensuite sur la

touche de démarrage permet d’interrompre

la procédure de charge à tout moment.

Avec un taux de charge de 1C, la procédure de

charge d'accus parfaitement déchargés dure

environ une heure et 30 minutes.

Jusqu'à ce que la tension en fin de charge de

4,2 volts par éléments (B) soit atteinte, le pack

d'éléments au Lithium est chargé avec un cou-

rant de charge constant.

Ensuite, la tension est maintenue constante et

une charge résiduelle intervient sous la forme

d'un courbe de courant dégressive(C), jusqu'au

point de commutation (D) en fin de charge.

• Le chargeur Power Peak LIPOLY 300 EQ

n'est conçu que pour la charge d'accus

rechargeables au Lithium. Ne pas recharger

de piles sèches, risque d'explosion !

• Le chargeur n'est conçu que pour une ali-

mentation de 11 à 15 volts CC, ne jamais le

mettre en œuvre avec une autre tension.

• Protéger impérativement l'appareil de la

poussière, de la saleté et de l'humidité.

• Ne pas exposer l'appareil à des températu-

res élevées ou trop basses, ne jamais

l'exposer au rayonnement solaire.

• Éviter les chocs et les charges de pression

et ne pas soumettre le chargeur Power

Peak LIPOLY 300 EQ à de fortes vibrations.

• Ne jamais disposer le chargeur ni les accus

en charge sur des surfaces inflammables.

Ne jamais mettre l'appareil en service dans

le voisinage de matériaux ou de gaz

inflammables.

• Ne jamais laisser le chargeur sans surveil-

lance quand il fonctionne. L'appareil peut

chauffer sensiblement pendant son fonc-

tionnement normal.

• Disposer l'appareil de manière que les

ouvertures d'aération soient parfaitement

dégagées (ne jamais l'installer sur un tapis

ou un support en feutre).

• Si l'appareil n'est pas utilisé pendant un

certain temps, le désolidariser du secteur

et en retirer les accus éventuellement bran-

chés.

• Ne jamais recharger des accus qui viennent

d'être chargés.

• Ne pas charger d'accus chauds. Laisser

refroidir les accus à température ambiante.

• Ne charger que des accus constitués

d'éléments de même capacité et de même

marque.

• Ne jamais raccorder deux accus en par-

allèle sur une sortie pour les charger, ne

raccorder qu'un pack d'éléments.

• Observer impérativement les polarités de

l'accu et éviter les courts-circuits.

• Observer impérativement les consignes

fournies par le fabricant.

• Veiller à ne pas endommager le boîtier ni

les cordons.

Les LED de l’égaliseur présentent l’état nombre

des éléments raccordés. Lorsque les LED cli-

gnotent ou sont allumées constamment, les

éléments sont en cours d’homogénéisation. Si

les LED ne clignotent que sporadiquement ou

sont éteintes, cela signifie que l’accu est homo-

généisé et peut être mis en place.

res au Lithium :

Cette notice du chargeur ne représente qu'une

vue d'ensemble des procédures de charge et

de décharge et de la manipulation des accus

LiPo rechargeables et ne remplace en aucun

cas la notice fournie par le fabricant des accus.

Respectez donc impérativement les consignes

fournies par le fabricant des accus.

• Ne pas plonger l'accu dans l'eau ou un

liquide quelconque.

• Ne pas chauffer les accus, les jeter au feu

ou les installer dans un four à micro-ondes.

• Ne pas charger les accus en court-circuit

ou lorsque leur polarité est inversée.

• N'exposer les accus à aucune pression, ne

pas les déformer ni les jeter.

• Ne pas souder directement sur l'accu.

• Ne pas modifier ni ouvrir un accu.

• Ne pas charger les accus au-delà de 4,2,

volts par élément et ne pas les décharger

en deçà de 2,5 volts par élément.

• Tout cela risque de détériorer les accus et

de provoquer une explosion ou même un

incendie.

• Stocker les accus hors de portée des

enfants. Ne pas mettre l'électrolyte en con-

tact avec le feu, il s'enflamme rapidement.

• Le liquide électrolytique ne doit pas entrer

en contact avec les yeux, si c'est le cas, rin-

cer abondamment à l'eau et consulter un

médecin.

• Rincer également abondamment les vête-

ments et les objets entrés en contact avec

l'électrolyte.

Ne jeter les accus en aucun cas dans les ordu-

res ménagères. Pour protéger l'environnement,

mettre les accus défectueux ou usés au rebut

aux endroits prévus à cet effet. Il s'agit des

endroits où l'on peut acheter ces piles et ces

accus ou des déchetteries communales. Les

accus sont recyclés. Ainsi les matériaux qui les

composent sont réintroduits dans les circuits

de production.

La ringraziamo per aver scelto questo caricabatte-

rie rapido Power Peak LIPOLY 300 EQ con alimen-

tazione a 12V, all’interno della gamma di prodotti

robbe.

Nonostante l’utilizzo di questo apparecchio si

riveli particolarmente semplice, è necessario

leggere attentamente le istruzioni per l’uso

insieme alle norme di sicurezza elencate in

fondo a questo manuale prima di cominciare ad

utilizzare il dispositivo.

Il Power Peak LIPOLY 300 EQ è un caricabatterie

rapido ad alte prestazioni e dal prezzo contenuto;

è provvisto di cassa in metallo, e bilanciatore

(equalizer) integrato ed alimentazione a 12 Volt,. E’

in grado di ricaricare / scaricare batterie litio e poli-

meri di litio (Lipoly) da 1 a 4 celle, ciascuna con

tensione pari a 3,7 Volt. L’apparecchio riconosce il

numero di celle ed imposta di conseguenza auto-

maticamente la tensione finale di ricarica.

La regolazione della corrente di ricarica viene ese-

guita impostando il valore di capacità nominale

della batteria, all’interno di un intervallo compreso

tra 300 e 3.000 mAh. Il valore di ricarica consiglia-

to è pari a 1C (capacità batteria = corrente di rica-

rica, consultare anche il paragrafo “selezione della

corrente di ricarica”). Un segnale acustico insieme

ad uno visivo (LED di stato) tengono l’utente infor-

mato sulla procedura in corso e lo avvertono

quando quest’ultima è terminata.

Se preventivamente collegato con il trasformatore

Power Peak SPS 7A (Art.N. 8415), il dispositivo

può essere alimentato anche a 230 Volt, divenendo

così un apparecchio universale con doppia alimen-

tazione 230 V-AC e 12 V-DC.

Collegare dapprima i cavi di collegamento laterali

con una batteria 12V per automobile, oppure con

un adeguata fonte di alimentazione 12V, prestando

attenzione a rispettare la corretta polarità (rosso =

polo + , nero = polo -). Il dispositivo è ora pronto

per l’uso.

Il caricabatterie integra una protezione contro

l’inversione di polarità; si raccomanda tuttavia

vivamente di evitare tale evenienza dal momento

che quest’ultima danneggerebbe il fusibile.

In caso di inversione di polarità occorre sostituire il

fusibile con uno nuovo di tipo identico (5 A), dispo-

nibile nei negozi di autoricambi o nelle stazioni di

servizio.

Collegare la batteria litio con le apposite prese late-

rali destre attraverso un cavo per la ricarica equi-

paggiato con connettori a banana. Prestare atten-

zione alla polarità corretta durante tale operazione

(rosso = polo + , nero = polo -).

L’uscita di ricarica è protetta contro cortocircuiti o

inversioni di polarità; si raccomanda comunque di

evitare tali evenienze e di intervenire subito se

necessario.

Corrente di ricarica = C/10 .

Il LED di funzionamento diventa arancione, e viene

emesso un segnale acustico per segnalare il termi-

ne della ricarica; risulta possibile a questo punto

scollegare la batteria dall’apparecchio. E’ comun-

que possibile interrompere in qualsiasi momento la

procedura in corso premendo il tasto Start.

Modalità ricarica

1. Collegare la batteria litio tramite il cavo-

sensore di voltaggio con l’apposita presa

dedicata dell’apparecchio.

2. Durante il collegamento verificare la corretta

polarità e posizione del cavo; il cavo nero

deve trovarsi in corrispondenza del lato indi-

cato dalla freccia sulla cassa del caricatore.

3. Collegare i cavi principali della batteria con

la presa di collegamento sul caricabatterie

rispettando la corretta polarità (rosso = polo

+ / nero = polo -)

4. Premere brevemente il tasto Start

5. Premere il tasto Start per interrompere la

procedura di bilanciamento.

lato frontale del dispositivo. Scegliere il valore cor-

rispondente alla capacità della batteria, ovvero 1C.

Il valore di 1C rappresenta la capacità nominale

della batteria = corrente di ricarica

• Esempio: Cella Lipo da 1500 mAh;

1C = 1500 mA (=1,5 A) di corrente di ricarica

Tale valore è quello più indicato per tutti i tipi più

comuni di batterie litio.

Naturalmente è possibile ricaricare anche pacchi

batteria di maggiore capacità, per esempio 3000

mAh; in questo caso aumenta di conseguenza il

tempo necessario per completare la ricarica.

Le più recenti batterie al litio ad alta intensità di

corrente possono essere ricaricate con intensità di

corrente maggiori di 1C.

• Collegare dapprima i cavi di collegamento

laterali con una batteria 12V per automobile,

oppure con un adeguata fonte di alimentazio-

ne 12V, prestando attenzione a rispettare la

corretta polarità (rosso = polo + , nero = polo

-). Il dispositivo è ora pronto per l’uso.

La ricarica del pacco batteria può avvenire con il

collegamento del cavo sensore di voltaggio (scelta

raccomandata) oppure senza.

• Collegare la batteria litio tramite il cavo-senso-

re di voltaggio con l’apposita presa dedicata

dell’apparecchio.

• Verificare la corretta polarità e posizione del

cavo durante il collegamento; il cavo nero

deve trovarsi in corrispondenza del lato indi-

cato dalla freccia sulla cassa del caricatore.

• Collegare i cavi principali della batteria con la

presa di collegamento sul caricabatterie

rispettando la corretta polarità (rosso = polo +

/ nero = polo -)

• Avviare la ricarica tenendo premuto il tasto

Start. Risulta possibile interrompere in qual-

siasi momento la procedura in corso premen-

do il tasto Start.

Per una batteria scarica, con una corrente di ricari-

ca pari a 1 C, la durata complessiva della ricarica è

di 1 ora e 30 minuti circa .

Fino al raggiungimento della tensione finale di rica-

rica pari a 4,2 V per cella ca. (B),la batteria litio

viene ricaricata con un valore di corrente di ricarica

costante. Successivamente, viene mantenuta cos-

tante la tensione e la procedura di ricarica prose-

gue con progressiva diminuzione di corrente (C),

fino allo spegnimento (D) .

• Il caricatore Power Peak LIPOLY 300 EQ è

adatto solamente per la ricarica di batterie

ricaricabili al litio. Non ricaricare pile a secco;

pericolo di esplosione.

• Il caricatore è concepito per funzionare con

alimentazione a 11 … 15 V DC; non alimen-

tarlo mai con tensioni differenti.

• Proteggere tassativamente il caricatore da

polvere, sporco e umidità.

• Tenere il calore lontano da fonti di calore o

gelo eccessive. Non posizionarlo a contatto

diretto dei raggi solari.

• Evitare di sollecitare eccessivamente, cari-

care o comprimere il caricatore. Tenerlo inol-

tre al riparo da vibrazioni di forte intensità.

• Non porre mai il caricatore collegato alla bat-

teria su superfici infiammabili. Non utilizzare

mai in prossimità di materiali o gas infiamma-

bili.

• Non lasciare l’apparecchio incustodito

durante il funzionamento. Esso può scaldarsi

notevolmente durante il normale utilizzo.

• Verificare di posizionare l’apparecchio in

spazi freschi e arieggiati (non riporlo mai su

tappeti o moquette) per favorire la circola-

zione dell’aria .

• Qualora l’apparecchio non venga utilizzato

per un lungo periodo di tempo, scollegare le

batterie ad esso eventualmente collegate e

staccare la spina di alimentazione dalla fonte

di corrente .

• Non ricaricare mai la medesima batteria per

una seconda volta a breve distanza dalla

prima.

• Non ricaricare batterie che risultano molto

calde. Lasciarle prima raffreddare fino a tem-

peratura ambiente.

• Possono essere ricaricate insieme soltanto

celle di uguale capacità e dello stesso tipo.

• Non ricaricare in parallelo due batterie su

un’unica uscita: ricaricare soltanto una batte-

ria alla volta.

• Prestare attenzione alla corretta polarità ed

evitate cortocircuiti.

• Osservare attentamente le disposizioni ripor-

tate dal produttore delle batterie

• Controllare che non siano presenti danni sul

coperchio del caricatore e sui cavi.

I LED dell’uscita di bilanciamento mostrano lo

stato delle celle ad essi collegate. Se essi sono

illuminati o lampeggiano regolarmente significa

che la procedura di bilanciamento è in corso.

Non appena i LED lampeggiano sporadica-

mente, oppure si spengono, la batteria risulta

bilanciata è può essere scollegata dal disposi-

tivo.

Notifiche di errore

Il lampeggio del LED di stato secondo una delle

sequenze descritte, insieme al segnale acustico

indicano un’anomalia .

Tale errore viene rimosso eliminando la causa

che lo ha generato e premendo successiva-

mente il tasto Start.

Norme di sicurezza per batterie polimeri-ioni

di litio

Queste istruzioni relative al caricabatteria for-

niscono solamente delle indicazioni generali

sulla ricarica e la gestione di batterie Lipoly rica-

ricabili, e non sostituiscono le istruzioni proprie

della batteria allegate dal produttore .

Si prega pertanto di osservare attentamente

anche i suggerimenti riportati dal produttore

della batteria.

• Non immergere la batteria in acqua o in altri

liquidi.

• Non riscaldare la batteria, non gettarla nel

fuoco , non riporla a contatto con microonde.

• Non invertire la polarità durante la carica e

non cortocircuitare.

• Non comprimere , deformare o gettare la bat-

teria.

• Non saldare direttamente sulla batteria.

• Non manomettere o aprire la batteria.

• Non caricare le batterie oltre un valore di 4,2

Volt per cella, e non scaricarle al di sotto di

2,5 Volt per cella.

• Ricaricare le batterie soltanto con caricabat-

terie adatti, non collegarle mai direttamente

alla presa di corrente.

• Non caricare / scaricare mai la batteria dirett-

amente sotto i raggi solari o in vicinanza di

fonti di calore (caloriferi) e fuoco.

• Non utilizzare la batteria in luoghi con alte

energie statiche.

• Simili azioni possono causare danni alla bat-

teria con rischio di esplosioni o incendi della

medesima.

• Mantenere le batterie lontano dalla portata

dei bambini. In caso di fuoriuscita dell’elettro-

lita , tenerlo alla larga dal fuoco, dal momento

che esso è facilmente infiammabile.

• Tenere l’elettrolita lontano dagli occhi; qua-

lora esso giunga inavvertitamente a contatto

con gli occhi , lavare subito la parte interes-

sata con abbondante acqua limpida e rivol-

gersi successivamente ad un medico.

• L’elettrolita può essere rimosso anche da

abiti o altri oggetti sciacquandoli con abbon-

dante acqua.

Non gettare mai batterie tra i rifiuti domestici.

Per il rispetto dell’ambiente, consegnare le bat-

terie difettose o esaurite presso gli appositi

punti di raccolta, come i punti autorizzati dal

comune oppure tutti i rivenditori di batterie. Le

batterie subiscono così un trattamento di rige-

nerazione, ed in questo modo tutto il materiale

ritorna nel circolo di produzione.

Contribuite a preservare l’ambiente circostan-

te.

Questo caricabatterie gode di una garanzia di

24 mesi. Per l’inizio di questa garanzia fa fede

lo scontrino emesso dal negoziante al momento

dell’acquisto . Eventuali riparazioni non allun-

gano la durata della garanzia.

Allegare sempre alla merce lo scontrino o la

ricevuta di acquisto.

Scarico di responsabilità

Questo caricabatterie è concepito e rilasciato

esclusivamente per la ricarica di batterie appar-

tenenti ai tipi riportati nelle istruzioni; la robbe

Modellsport declina pertanto qualsiasi respon-

sabilità per usi che differiscano da quelli men-

zionati in questo manuale.

La robbe-Modellsport non può sorvegliare né il

l’osservanza delle istruzioni da parte dell’utente,

né tantomeno i metodi usati durante l’utilizzo, il

funzionamento o la manutenzione della sta-

zione di ricarica.

Pertanto declina qualsiasi responsabilità per

perdite, danni o costi derivanti da un utilizzo

errato del dispositivo, o dipendenti in qualun-

que altro modo da esso.

Per quanto ammesso dalla legge, l’obbligo per

l’adempimento del risarcimento dei danni , indi-

pendentemente dal motivo giuridico, è limitato

al valore direttamente fatturato dei prodotti

robbe interessati dall’evento che ha causato il

danno.
