Charging the Battery
Download the ebikemotion® APP to use your compatible smartphone as an advanced
interface. Remember to download the maps from your telephone. You'll have three
months to download updates after your first download (maximum of 5 maps).
Connect the charger first to a power outlet and then to the charging port on the bicycle.
The light on the iWoc® ONE will turn on automatically. While charging, the intensity of the
LED will vary cyclically, indicating by color the current level of battery charge. The battery
will be charged (>98%) when the LED remains lit in white.

computador avanzado. Recuerde descargar los mapas desde el teléfono. Tendrá tres
meses para descargar actualizaciones desde su primera descarga (5 mapas máximo).
Conecte el cargador a la RED y después al punto de carga de la bicicleta. La luz del
iWoc® ONE se encenderá automáticamente. Durante la carga la intensidad del LED
variará cíclicamente indicando con su color, el nivel de carga actual de la batería. La
batería estará cargada cuando el LED esté en color blanco fijo (>98%) .

Mantenimiento y cambio de componentes
Los componentes de su eBike están asociados a su número de bastidor. Si se cambia un
componente éste deberá ser vinculado a su bici a través de un sistema especial disponible
en todos los servicios técnicos y talleres autorizados por su marca. Diríjase a uno de estos
puntos para realizar la operación de compra y reemplazo. Los componentes de su e-bike
están diseñados para ser utilizados en condiciones meteorológicas adversas como lluvia o
nieve y protegidos contra salpicaduras, pero no para inmersión o agua a presión. Es
importante que en el caso de transportar su eBike en coche o caravana al exterior, proteja
con una lona la bici o bien las partes electrónicas más delicadas como remoto, display o
USB y mantenga limpio el remoto de polvo y agua. Bajo ningún concepto utilice limpiadoras
de agua a presión sobre la superficie de la batería, motor, mando remoto, display o
puerto de carga USB. Durante el transporte en coche protéjalos debidamente.
Component Maintenance
The components of your eBike are associated with your frame number. If a component is
replaced, it must be linked to your bike through a special system available at all technical
service centers and shops authorized by your brand. Visit one of these points to complete
the purchase and replacement operation. The components of your e-bike are designed to
be used in poor weather conditions, such as rain and snow, and are protected against
splashing, but not against immersion or pressurized water. It is important when transporting
your eBike outside on a car or camper to properly protect the bike, or at least the most
delicate electronic parts, such as the remote control, display and USB port, with a tarp.
Keep the remote control free of dust and water. Never use pressurized water systems on
the surface of the battery, motor, remote control, display or charging port.
Wartung und Ersatzkomponenten
Die Komponenten Ihres E-Bikes sind der Rahmennummer zugeordnet. Beim Austausch
einer Komponente muss diese Ihrem Rad mittels eines Systems zugeordnet werden, das
beim Kundendienst und in Vertragswerkstätten Ihrer Marke verfügbar sind. Wenden Sie
sich an diese, um den Kauf und den Austausch vorzunehmen. Die Komponenten Ihres E-
Bikes sind auf widrige Wetterverhältnisse wie Regen oder Schnee vorbereitet und gegen
Spritzwasser geschützt, aber nicht gegen Eintauchen und Druckwasser. Im Fall des
Transports Ihres E-Bikes an der Außenseite eines Fahrzeugs, achten Sie bitte auf einen
angemessenen Schutz der elektronischen Teile wie Fernbedienung, Display und USB-
Anschluss, beispielsweise durch eine Plane. Schützen Sie die Fernbedienung vor Wasser
und Staub. Verwenden Sie auf keinen Fall Druckwasserreiniger für die Reinigung von
Akkuoberfläche, Motor, Fernbedienung, Display und Ladeanschluss.

composant, ce dernier doit être associé à votre vélo à travers un système spécial
disponible dans tous les services techniques et ateliers autorisés par votre marque. Rendez-
vous dans l'un de ces points pour réaliser l'opération d'achat et de remplacement. Les
composants de votre eBike sont conçus pour une utilisation dans des conditions
météorologiques défavorables, comme la pluie ou la neige, et protégés contre les
éclaboussures, mais non contre l'immersion ou l'eau sous pression. Si vous transportez votre
eBike à l'extérieur d'une voiture ou d'une caravane, il est important de la protéger
correctement avec une bâche, totalement ou au moins les parties électroniques les plus
délicates comme la télécommande, l'écran ou l'USB. La télécommande doit toujours rester
propre et sèche. N'utilisez jamais de nettoyeur haute pression pour nettoyer la surface de la
batterie, le moteur, la télécommande, l'écran ou le port de chargement.

dovrà essere vincolato alla bici attraverso un sistema speciale disponibile presso tutti i
servizi tecnici e le officine autorizzate dalla marca. Rivolgersi a uno di questi punti per
realizzare l'operazione di acquisto e sostituzione. I componenti dell'e-bike sono progettati
per essere utilizzati in condizioni meteorologiche avverse come la pioggia o la neve e sono
protetti contro gli schizzi, ma non sono adatti all'immersione o all'acqua a pressione. Nel
caso si trasporti l'eBike all'esterno di un'auto o di un caravan, è importante proteggere
adeguatamente con un telo la bici o le parti elettroniche più delicate come telecomando,
display o USB. Mantenere il telecomando privo di polvere e acqua. Non utilizzare mai
dispositivi di pulizia ad acqua a pressione sulla superficie della batteria, motore,
telecomando, display o ingresso di carica.

substituir um componente, este deverá ser vinculado à sua bicicleta através de um sistema
especial disponível em todos os serviços técnicos e oficinas autorizadas pela marca. Diriga-
se a um destes pontos para realizar a operação de compra e substituição. Os
componentes da sua e-bike foram concebidos para serem utilizados em condições
meteorológicas adversas, como chuva ou neve, e protegidos contra salpicos, mas não
para suportarem condições de imersão, ou jatos de água sob pressão. Se transportar a
sua e-Bike no exterior de um automóvel ou caravana, proteja-a devidamente com uma
lona, em especial as partes eletrónicas mais delicadas, como o comando remoto, o visor e
a conexão USB. Mantenha o comando remoto protegido do pó e da água. Nunca utilize
dispositivos de limpeza que utilizem água sob pressão na superfície da bateria, no motor,
no comando remoto, no visor ou na porta de carga.

Pulsa brevemente el botón, el LED RGB parpadeará indicando el modo actual de

Realiza una pulsación corta y mientras el LED parpadea, haz una pulsación larga. El
LED se iluminará en AMARILLO para confirmar el encendido/apagado de luces.
Al encender la bicicleta, el sistema se conectará automáticamente al
teléfono con conexión Bluetooth® activada más cercano. La confirmación
de la conexión o desconexión se realizará iluminando brevemente el led en
color AZUL.
Si el LED RBG parpadea constante en color ROSA el sistema tiene un
error. Conecte su terminal móvil por Bluetooth® para tener una descripción
detallada o acuda a una tienda autorizada para recibir más información
sobre el error. En caso de que la incidencia sea grave puede que el
sistema deje de ofrecer asistencia.
La bicicleta se encuentra en modo demo y sólo podrá realizar 50
KM. Este modo sólo puede ser desactivado por un DEALER
autorizado. El segundo parpadeo en este modo indica el nivel de
bateria actual.
Si el LED RGB permanece en color ROSA la bici está en MODO
SEGURO. Acuda a su tienda más cercana para diagnosticar el problema.
Si se recibe una notificación (llamada, etc.) en el teléfono mientras se está
conectado via Bluetooth®, el LED RBG se encenderá en color AZUL
CLARO durante unos instantes.

Nach kurzem Druck auf den Knopf blinkt die LED RGB zum Anzeigen des
derzeitigen Assist-Niveaus. Durch erneuten kurzen Druck während des Blinkens der
LED wird das Niveau zyklisch geändert.
Drücken Sie kurz und während die LED blinkt, drücken Sie erneut lang. Die LED
leuchtet dann GELB, um das Ein- bzw. Ausschalten der Beleuchtung zu bestätigen.
Beim Einschalten des Rades verbindet sich das System automatisch mit
dem nächstliegenden Handy, dessen Bluetooth® aktiviert ist. Die
Bestätigung der Verbindung bzw. des Trennens ist daran zu erkennen, dass
die LED kurz BLAU aufleuchtet.
Wenn die LED RGB in ROSA blinkt, besteht ein Systemfehler. Verbinden Sie
Ihr Handy über Bluetooth®, um eine detaillierte Beschreibung des Fehlers zu
erhalten, oder wenden Sie sich an einen Vertragshändler. Sollte es sich um
ein schweres Problem handeln, ist möglich dass die Motorunterstützung
nicht länger funktioniert.
Das Rad befindet sich im DEMOMODUS und kann maximal
50 km zurücklegen. Dieser Modus kann nur vom
Vertragshändler deaktiviert werden. Das zweite Blinken in
diesem Modus zeigt den derzeitigen Akkuladestand an.
Wenn die LED RGB beständig ROSA aufleuchtet, befindet sich das Rad im
SICHERHEITSMODUS. Bitte wenden Sie sich an das nächstgelegene
Fahrradgeschäft, um den Fehler zu diagnostizieren.
Wenn Sie während der Bluetooth®-Verbindung eine Benachrichtigung auf
Ihrem Handy erhalten (Anruf etc.), leuchtet die LED RGB kurz HELLBLAU auf.

Prima brevemente o botão: o LED RGB piscará, indicando o modo atual de

Ao conectar a bicicleta, o sistema conecta-se automaticamente ao
telemóvel com a conexão Bluetooth® activa mais próxima. O LED iluminar-
se-á brevemente com a cor AZUL, confirmando a conexão/desconexão do
sistema.
Se o LED RBG pisca permanente em ROSA, o sistema tem um erro.
Conecte o seu telemóvel através da conexão Bluetooth® para obter uma
descrição detalhada do problema, ou diriga-se a um revendedor
autorizado para mais informação sobre o erro. Se a incidência for grave, é
possível que o sistema deixe de proporcionar assistência.
A bicicleta encontra-se em MODO DEMO, e só poderá
percorrer um máximo de 50 Km. Este modo só pode ser
desativado por um estabelecimento autorizado. A segunda
intermitência neste modo indica o nível atual da bateria.
Se o LED RGB permanecer iluminado com a cor ROSA, a bicicleta estárá
em MODO SEGURO. Diriga-se à sua loja mais próxima para diagnosticar
o problema.
Ao receber uma notificação (chamada, etc.) no telemóvel enquanto
permanecer conectado via Bluetooth®, o LED RBG iluminar-se-á com a cor
AZUL CLARO durante alguns instantes.

Short press the button and the RGB LED will blink, indicating the current assistance
mode. If you short press it again while the LED is blinking, you will change the
assistance level cyclically.
Short press the button and while the LED is blinking, long press the button. The LED will
light up in YELLOW to confirm you want to turn on/off the lights.
When the bicycle is turned on, the system automatically connects to the
closest telephone with an activated Bluetooth® connection. The
connection or disconnection is confirmed when the LED lights up briefly in
BLUE.
If the RBG LED blinks constantly in PINK, there is an error in the system.
Connect your mobile terminal by Bluetooth® to see a detailed description or
visit an authorized store for more information on the error. If the problem is
serious, the system may stop providing assistance.
The bicycle is in DEMO MODE and can only be ridden for 50
KM. This mode can only be deactivated by an authorized store.
The second blinking in this mode indicates the current battery level.
If the RGB LED remains lit in PINK the bike is in SAFE MODE. Take it to your
nearest store to diagnose the problem.
If you receive a notification (call, etc.) on your telephone while connected
via Bluetooth®, the RBG LED will light up in LIGHT BLUE for a few moments.

Exercez une pression courte sur le bouton, la LED RGB clignote en indiquant le mode
d'assistance actuel. En exerçant à nouveau une pression courte pendant que la LED
clignote, vous changez le niveau d'assistance de manière cyclique.
Exercer une pression courte et, pendant que la LED clignote, une pression longue. La
LED devient JAUNE pour confirmer l'allumage/extinction de l'éclairage.
Lorsque le vélo démarre, le système se connecte automatiquement au
téléphone avec une connexion Bluetooth® activée la plus proche. La
confirmation de la connexion ou déconnexion est indiquée par la LED qui
devient brièvement BLEUE.
Si la LED RGB devient ROSE et clignote constamment, le système présente
une erreur. Connectez votre terminal portable via Bluetooth® pour obtenir

en savoir plus sur l'erreur. En cas d'incident grave, le système peut arrêter
de prêter de l'assistance.
Le vélo se trouve en MODE DÉMO et ne peut parcourir que

lampeggia, il livello di assistenza cambierà in modo ciclico.
Eseguire una pressione corta e, mentre il LED lampeggia, una pressione lunga. Il LED si
illuminerà di GIALLO per confermare l'accensione/spegnimento delle luci.
Quando si accende la bicicletta, il sistema si collegherà automaticamente
al telefono più vicino con Bluetooth® attivato. La conferma del
collegamento o scollegamento avviene illuminando brevemente il led di
colore BLU.
Se il LED RBG lampeggia in modo constante di colore ROSA, vi è un errore
di sistema. Collegare il terminale mobile via Bluetooth® per ottenere una
descrizione dettagliata o recarsi presso un negozio autorizzato per
ricevere ulteriori informazioni sull'errore. In caso di problemi gravi, il sistema
può smettere di offrire assistenza.
La bicicletta si trova in MODALITÀ DEMO e potrà percorrere
solo 50 KM. Questa modalità può essere disattivata solo presso
un negozio autorizzato. Il secondo lampeggiamento in questa
modalità indica il livello di batteria attuale.
Se il LED RGB rimane di colore ROSA la bici è in MODALITÀ SICURA. Si
prega di recarsi al negozio più vicino per diagnosticare il problema.
Se si riceve una notifica (telefonata, ecc.) al telefono mentre si è collegati via
Bluetooth®, il LED RBG si illuminerà di colore AZZURRO per qualche istante.
