General instructions:

1. This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the

other) as a safety feature to reduce the risk of electric shock.

2. This plug will t in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not t fully

in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not t, contact a qualied electrician.

3. Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted.

4. Do not alter the plug.

Cleaning: Before cleaning your xture, turn off the switch or power source.

Wipe the xture with a soft, damp cloth.

Important: Retain for future reference and read carefully.

Before You Begin Assembly

Make Sure All Parts Are Present

Compare all pieces to the parts and hardware lists, and make sure you have all tools

required for assembly.

Assemble in a Cleared Area

Place all parts from the box on the oor in front of you on a clean, dry, level surface

to protect the product as it is being built.

Remove Packaging Materials

Place packing materials back in the box. Do not dispose of packaging materials until

assembly is complete.

Step-by-step Guide

Step 1

Place all parts on a at surface, attach the two cord clips (C) to cord (D) as shown in the

illustration.

Mark the two plastic anchor (A) locations on ceiling and drill each hole 19/64” (7 mm) in

diameter.

Insert the two plastic anchors (A) and tap into the ceiling until secure.

Screw the metal hook (B) into the two plastic anchors (A)

Step 2

Insert and screw the light bulb (F) into the socket. Use one medium base (E26), 60 W

max bulb.

Insert the plug into an electrical outlet.

Use the cord switch (E) to turn lamp on and off.

Clean this unit periodically. Clean the surface nish only using water and mild soap;

dry with a soft cloth. Never use rough cloth, abrasives or chemical cleaners containing

acids or harsh solvents.

Problem Possible Causes Solution

The light does not turn on.

Light bulb may be dead. Test light

bulb in known working xture.

Light bulb is loose.

Replace the light bulb.

Tighten the light bulb in

the socket.

Table des matières

Lisez les instructions et examinez tous les schémas avant d’installer le

luminaire. Instructions générales :

1. Cette lampe portable a une che polarisée (une lame est plus large

que l’autre) comme dispositif de sécurité pour réduire le risque de

choc électrique.

2. Cette che s’adapte dans une prise polarisée d’une seule façon. Si la che ne rentre

pas complètement dans la prise, inversez la che. Si cela ne rentre toujours pas,

contactez un électricien qualié.

3. Ne l’utilisez jamais avec une rallonge à moins que la che ne puisse être

complètement insérée.

4. Ne modiez pas la che.

Nettoyage : Avant de nettoyer votre luminaire, veuillez éteindre l’interrupteur ou la

source d’alimentation. Essuyez le luminaire avec un linge doux et humide.

Important : Conservez ce guide aux ns de consultation ultérieure, et lisez-le

attentivement.

Avant le montage

Verier qu’il ne manque aucune pièce

Comparez les listes des pièces aux éléments de quincaillerie pour vous assurer qu’il ne

manque rien, et assurez-vous d’avoir en main tous les outils nécessaires au montage.

Assembler dans un endroit dégagé

Retirez les pièces de la boite et placez-les sur une surface plane propre et sèche

pour protéger le produit durant le montage.

Retirer l’emballage

Déposez le matériel d’emballage dans la boite. Ne jetez rien avant d’avoir terminé le

montage.

Bien lire chaque étape

Assurez-vous de bien comprendre chaque étape. En cas de question, appelez le

Étape 1

Placez toutes les pièces sur une surface plane, xez les deux clips de cordon (C) au

cordon (D) comme indiqué sur l’illustration.

Marquez l’emplacement des deux chevilles d’ancrage en plastique (A) sur le plafond et

percez chaque trou de 19/64 po (7 mm) de diamètre.

Insérez les deux chevilles d’ancrage en plastique (A) et enfoncez-les dans le plafond

jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient bien xés.

Vissez le crochet métallique (B) dans les deux chevilles d’ancrage en plastique (A).
