Never place anything on top of the appliance while it is
operating.
Never let the power cord come into contact with hot
surfaces and make sure that the appliance is not placed
near any operating appliances, such as hobs, a hot oven, a
microwave, and so on.
Make sure that the appliance's hot surfaces do not come
into contact with easily flammable materials such as curtains
or tablecloths.
Never run your deep fryer without oil or fat. The oil level in
the deep fryer must always be between the "MIN" and
"MAX" markers indicated on the wall of the tank. For safety
reasons, never exceed the maximum level.
Make sure that you do not overload the deep fryer's basket.
Be careful not to insert utensils or food items that are too
big into the deep fryer.
Never add water to the oil.
Using accessories not recommended by the manufacturer
may cause a fire or electric shocks and may cause injuries.
Maintenance and cleaning:
Before you carry out any cleaning, make sure that the
appliance's power cord is disconnected. Let the appliance
cool down before you clean it.
In order to protect against risks of electric shock, do not
submerge any part of the appliance in water or any other
liquid.
It is strongly recommended to wear appropriate clothing when
using the device (avoid short sleeves!).
If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced by the
manufacturer, its after-sales service or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid danger.
Do not use SOLID FATS - vegetable fats, beef fat, horse fat,
butter, margarine, etc.
