Battery Installation

2. Insert the supplied BL-5C Li-ion rechargeable battery into the
below:

Recharging:
Recharge the battery as below before use:
1. Inset the small plug from the supplied USB Connection Cable to
the Micro USB Jack on the unit.
2. Insert the other plug to the USB Port on the Personal Computer
will turn off.
Notes:
Your battery will last longer if you following these simple guidelines for
caring for and storing it.
2. Recharge and store the battery within the temperature range of
5°C~35°C (40°F~95°F).
3. Do not over charge (longer than 24 hours). Excessive charging or
discharging may shorten the battery’s life.
4. Battery life naturally shortens slowly over time.
IMPORTANT:
If long period of time will not use, uninstall the battery from the unit.
OPERATION
Flashlight:
1. Press the Light Button to power on the Flashlight.
2. Press again to reduce the bright level.
3. Press again to enter to blinking mode.
4. Press again to shut it off.
BT (Blue Tooth):
external BT Device as below:
1. Slide the BT ON/OFF Switch to ON position. Blue Indicator will
light and blinking.
2. Power on the external BT Device and enter to searching mode.
Start pairing as the on screen instructions on the external BT
Device. After paired, the Blue Indicator will stop blinking. (For
details pairing procedures, please refer to the user’s manual of
your BT Device).
Notes:
When the external BT player searched the unit, our model
number “CMA 3579” will appear on the display of external BT Device.
Pairing code “0000” or “1234” may need to enter.
Normal operation after pairing:
1. Turn on the BT function of the external BT Device.
2. Slide the BT ON/OFF Switch to ON position to power on the unit.
The Blue Indicator on the front panel will light, wait until the Blue
Indicator is stop blinking. (It needs take a few seconds).
3. Plays the music in the connected BT Device as usual.
4. During playback:
Press the V (Volume) + or – Buttons to adjust volume level as
desire.
Press the (Play/Pause) Button to pause; press again to

Craig warrants this product to be free from manufacturing defects in
material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days
from date of purchase. If service is required, please return the product
to the store where it was purchased for exchange; or, pack the unit in
the original packing material with all accessories if applicable, a copy
of your sales receipt and a Cashier’s check or Money Order for $10.00
(to cover shipping and handling costs) payable to Craig Electronics Inc.
For consumers in Canada, please make sure that the cashier check or
money order is redeemable through a U.S. bank.
Ship your product freight pre-paid. Your unit will be repaired, replaced
or if the unit can not be repaired or replaced, a refund will be forwarded

Installation de la batterie
1. Appuyez sur le couvercle du compartiment à batterie et soulevez-
le comme l’indique la gure ci-dessous :
2. Insérez la batterie rechargeable BL-5C au lithium-ion fournie
dans le compartiment à batterie en respectant la polarité indiquée
à l’intérieur, comme le montre la gure ci-dessous :
3. Remettez en place le couvercle du compartiment à batterie.
Recharge :
Avant d’utiliser la batterie, rechargez-la comme suit :
1. Insérez la petite che du câble de connexion USB fourni dans le
connecteur micro USB de l’appareil.

Insérez l’autre che au port USB de l’ordinateur personnel ou à tout autre
chargeur USB (non compris) comme l’indique la gure ci-dessous :

terminée, il s’éteindra.

Remarques :
Votre batterie durera plus longtemps si vous suivez ces directives pour
son entretien et son entreposage.
1. Pour une première charge, chargez l’appareil pendant au moins
10 heures.
2. Rechargez et entreposez la batterie dans une gamme de
températures située entre 5 °C et 35 °C (40 °F et 95 °F).
3. Ne la chargez pas à l’excès (plus de 24 heures). Toute recharge
ou décharge excessive pourrait réduire la durée de la batterie.

FONCTIONNEMENT
Lampe de poche :
1. Appuyez sur le bouton ÉCLAIRAGE [LIGHT] pour allumer la
lampe de poche.
2. Appuyez à nouveau pour réduire l’intensité lumineuse.
3. Appuyez à nouveau sur le bouton pour activer le clignotement de
la lampe.
4. Appuyez à nouveau pour l’éteindre.
BT (Bluetooth) :
Lors de la première utilisation ou du rejumelage à un nouveau dispositif
BT (Bluetooth), effectuez le jumelage au dispositif BT externe comme suit :
1. Faites glisser le commutateur d’activation/désactivation BT [BT
ON/OFF] à la position « ON ». Le voyant Bleu s’allumera et
clignotera.
2. Allumez le dispositif BT externe et lancez la recherche. Lancez le
processus de jumelage en suivant les instructions apparaissant
à l’écran du dispositif BT externe. Une fois le jumelage réussi,
le voyant Bleu cessera de clignoter. (Pour des procédures de
jumelage détaillées, veuillez consulter le manuel de l’utilisateur de
votre dispositif BT.)
Remarques :
● Une fois détecté par le dispositif BT externe, l’appareil apparaîtra
sous notre nom de modèle « CMA 3579 » à l’afcheur du
dispositif BT externe.

Il sera peut-être nécessaire d’entrer le code de jumelage « 0000 »
ou « 1234 ».
Utilisation normale après le jumelage :
1. Activez la fonction BT du dispositif BT externe.
2. Faites glisser le commutateur d’activation/désactivation BT [BT
ON/OFF] à la position « ON » pour allumer l’appareil. Le voyant Bleu
sur le panneau avant s’allumera. Attendez que le voyant Bleu cesse
de clignoter. (Cela pourrait prendre quelques secondes).

3. Faites jouer la musique venant du dispositif BT branché, comme
vous le faites normalement.
4. Pendant l’écoute :
● Appuyez sur les boutons V (Volume) + ou – pour régler le volume
sonore au niveau souhaité.
● Appuyez sur le bouton Lecture/pause [Play/Pause] pour mettre
en pause, appuyez à nouveau pour revenir à la lecture normale.
● Appuyez sur et relâchez le bouton ou à plusieurs reprises pour
sauter des pistes.
5.
Une fois l’écoute terminée, faites glisser le commutateur d’activation/
désactivation BT [BT ON/OFF] à la position « OFF » pour éteindre
l’appareil. Le voyant Bleu ne s’allumera pas.

INFORMACIÓN DE LA FCC:

Instalación de las baterías
1. Presione la tapa de la batería y levántela como en la gura a
continuación:
2. Inserte la batería recargable suministrada BL- 5C de iones de
Litio en el compartimento de la batería como está marcado en su
interior siguiendo la polaridad:
3. Vuelva a colocar la cubierta de la batería.
Recarga:
Cargue la batería como se indica abajo antes de su uso:
1. Introduzca el conector USB pequeño del cable de conexión USB
suministrado para el micro conector USB de la unidad.
2. Introduzca la otra clavija al puerto USB de su computadora personal o
cualquier cargador USB (no suministrado ) como en la siguiente gura:
3. Durante la carga, se encenderá el indicador rojo. Cuando haya
terminado, se apagará.

Notas:
La batería durará más si sigue estas directrices simples para cuidarla
y almacenarla.
1. Para cargar la primera vez, cárguela por lo menos 10 horas.
2. Recargue y guarde la batería dentro del rango de temperatura de
5°C~35°C (40°F~95°F).
3. No sobrecargar (más de 24 horas). Excesiva carga o descarga
puede acortar la vida de la batería.
4. Naturalmente la vida de la batería disminuye lentamente con el
tiempo.
IMPORTANTE:
Si por un largo período de tiempo no va a utilizarse, retire la batería de la unidad.
OPERACIÓN
Linterna:
1. Presione el botón de encendido para encender la unidad.
2. Pulse de nuevo para reducir el nivel de brillo.
3. Presione nuevamente para iniciar el modo intermitente.
4. Vuelva a pulsar para apagar.
Indicador de BT (Bluetooth):
La primera vez que se utilice o si realiza un nuevo pareo de dispositivo
BT, a un dispositivo externo de BT se hace como se indica a continuación:
1. Deslice el interruptor BT ENCENDIDO/APAGADO a la posición
de ENCENDIDO. El indicador azul se enciende intermitente.
2. Encienda el reproductor externo de BT y entrar al modo de
búsqueda. Proceda al aparejamiento siguiendo las instrucciones
de la pantalla del dispositivo externo de BT. Después de
emparejado, el indicador dejará de parpadear. (Para obtener
información detallada de procedimientos de aparejamiento,
consulte el manual del usuario del dispositivo de BT).
Notas:
● Cuando el reproductor externo de BT ha buscado la unidad, nuestro
número de modelo " CMA 3579" aparecerá en la pantalla del
reproductor externo de BT.
● El código "0000" o “1234” de emparejamiento puede ser requerido.
Funcionamiento normal después de emparejamiento:
1. Activar la función de BT en el dispositivo externo de BT.
2. Deslice el interruptor de encendido BT ENCENDIDO/APAGADO
a la posición de encendido para encender la unidad. El indicador
azul del panel frontal se iluminará, espere hasta que el indicador
azul deje de parpadear. (Puede requerir unos segundos).
3. Reproduce la música en el dispositivo BT conectado como de
costumbre.
4. Durante la reproducción:
● Presione el botón V (Volumen) + o – para ajustar el nivel de
volumen como desee.

● Presione el botón (Reproducir/Pausa) para detener, presione
nuevamente para reanudar.
● Presione los botones o para saltar pistas.
5. Cuando haya terminado de escuchar, deslice el interruptor BT
ENCENDIDO/APAGADO a APAGADO para apagar la unidad. El
indicador azul no se encenderá.
Montar:
La unidad se puede montar en la bicicleta. Ensamble con los kits
suministrados para montar como en la siguiente gura:
