Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung/Haftung

Die Induktionsschlinge EZT 3012 ist ein Zubehörteil für

Sennheiser Infrarot- und Funkempfänger sowie für Sprech-

stellen von Konferenzsystemen. Sie überträgt das gelieferte

Tonsignal per Induktion auf Ihr Hörgerät.

Als nicht bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung gilt, wenn Sie

dieses Produkt anders benutzen, als in den zugehörigen Pro-

duktanleitungen beschrieben.

Sennheiser übernimmt keine Haftung bei Missbrauch oder

nicht ordnungsgemäßer Verwendung des Produkts sowie der

Zusatzgeräte/Zubehörteile.

Vor Inbetriebnahme sind die jeweiligen länderspezifischen

Vorschriften zu beachten.

EZT 3012 verwenden

Die Induktionsschlinge anschließen

▷ Verbinden Sie den 3,5-mm-Klinkenstecker der Induktions-

schlinge mit Ihrem Empfänger oder dem entsprechenden

Audioausgang Ihres Sennheiser-Gerätes.

VORSICHT

Gefahr durch Magnetfelder!

Wenn Sie die Induktionsschlinge für Geräte verwen-

den, die nicht von Sennheiser vorgesehen sind, dann können

Magnetfelder erzeugt werden, die für Träger von Herzschritt-

machern und implantierten Defibrillatoren (ICDs) und anderen

Implantaten gefährlich werden können.

▷ Schließen Sie die Induktionsschlinge ausschließlich an

Sennheiser-Geräte an.

▷ Stellen Sie Ihr Hörgerät auf die sogenannte T-Stellung.

Wenn Ihr Hörgerät keine T-Stellung hat, wenden Sie sich

an Ihren Hörgeräte-Akustiker.

Mit der Induktionsschlinge hören

▷ Legen Sie die Induktionsschlinge so um den Hals, dass das

große Sennheiser-Logo von Ihrem Körper weg zeigt.

▷ Schalten Sie Ihre Audioquelle ein.

▷ Schalten Sie den Empfänger oder die Sprechstelle ein.

▷ Die einfache, individuelle Einstellung des Klangs auf Ihr

persönliches Hörempfinden können Sie beispielsweise

über den Lautstärkeregler am Empfänger einstellen. Dies

verhilft auch Hörgeräteträgern kabellos zu einem unge-

störten Hörerlebnis in optimaler Klangqualität.

Über alternative Anschlussmöglichkeiten an Ihr Hörge-

rät sowie den Anschluss an Cochlea-Implantate infor-

miert Sie Ihr Hörgeräte-Akustiker.

WARNUNG

Gefahr durch hohe Lautstärke!

Hohe Lautstärke, die über längere Zeit auf Ihre Ohren

einwirkt, kann zu dauerhaften Hörschäden führen.

▷ Stellen Sie eine niedrige Lautstärke an Ihrem Empfänger

oder Ihrer Sprechstelle ein, bevor Sie diese nutzen.

▷ Setzen Sie sich nicht ständig hoher Lautstärke aus.

Intended use/Liability

The EZT 3012 induction loop is an accessory for Sennheiser

infra-red and RF receivers as well as for conference units of a

conference system. The EZT 3012 inductively couples the

audio signal from the receiver/conference unit to hearing aids.

It is considered improper use when the product is used for any

application not named in the corresponding product docu-

Using the EZT 3012

CAUTION

Danger due to magnetic fields!

If you connect the EZT 3012 to devices that are not

designed for use with the induction loop, magnetic fields can

be generated that could cause dangerous interference with

cardiac pacemakers, implanted defibrillators (ICDs), and other

implants.

▷ Only connect the induction loop to Sennheiser devices.

Connecting the induction loop

▷ Connect the 3.5 mm jack plug of the induction loop to your

receiver or to the corresponding audio output of your Senn-

heiser device.

▷ Set your hearing aid to the so-called T-position.

If your hearing aid has no T-position, please contact your

hearing aid acoustician.

For alternative connection possibilities to your hearing

aid as well as the connection to cochlea implants,

please contact your hearing aid acoustician.

Listening with the induction loop

▷ Place the induction loop around your neck, with the large

Sennheiser logo facing away from your body.

▷ Switch your audio source on.

▷ Switch the receiver or the conference unit on.

▷ The easy, individual adjustment of the sound to your per-

sonal hearing ability can be set, for example, via the volume

control on the receiver. This allows hearing aid users to

enjoy an undisturbed listening experience in optimum

sound quality, without the need for cables.

WARNING

Danger of hearing damage due to high volume levels!

Listening at high volume levels can lead to permanent

hearing defects.

▷ Before using the receiver or the conference unit, set the vol-

ume to a low level.

▷ Do not continuously expose yourself to high volume levels.
