Keep the vacuum cleaner on the floor. Only the hand-held vacuum cleaners

may be set on furniture.

Cleaner must be in the upright position to lift the rotating brush off the car-

pet when doing above floor cleaning.

Do not use an extension cord with this vacuum cleaner.

Store the vacuum cleaner indoors. Put the vacuum cleaner away after use

to prevent tripping accidents.

Using improper voltage may result in damage to the motor and possible

injury to the user. Proper voltage is listed on the cleaner plate.

IF OBSTRUCTION DEVELOPS DURING FLOOR CLEANING:

If obstruction develops while cleaning carpets,

turn cleaner OFF and unplug.

Check paper bag to see if it is

full. If full, replace with a new paper bag (Page 9).

2. Check dirt tube to see if there is an obstruction (Diagram

1).

If so, remove obstruction.

Turn cleaner over and remove nozzle guard (Diagram 2). Clear any obstruction that occurs in or around

the brushroll area.

Regularly clean debris from blue filter in bag compartment.

IF OBSTRUCTION DEVELOPS DURING TOOL USAGE:

1. If obstruction develops while above floor cleaning,

turn cleaner OFF and unplug.

if it is full. If full, replace with a new paper bag (page 9).

Disconnect hose, drop quarter through end. If quarter comes out, there is NO blockage.

Ensamble el cuerpo a la base

de tal rnanera que la

rnanguera inferior quede a la

derecha.

Asegure insertando un (1)

tornillo en la parte posterior

de la aspiradora, sobre el

interruptor de encendido

apagado.

Ernpuje la rnanguera hacia arriba de la

entrada para la rnanguera hasta que el

pasador entre en su orificio (Diagrama

3). Voltee la aspiradora e inserte 10s dos

(2) tornillos en 10s orificios a cada lado de

la alrnohadilla del filtro (Diagrama 3a).

Apriete para asegurar.

Alinee 10s orificios de la Caja lnserte dos (2) tornillos en

Si se necesita mayor longi-

tud, use la lanza de exten-

sion. NOTA: Saque la her-

ramienta para hendiduras de

la lanza de extension. Para

usarla, saque el accesorio

para hendiduras de la lanza

(insertion)
