Bathliftsfacilitaterespectivelyallowenteringandexiting
thebathtub.Theyareintendedsolelyasabathingaidfor
peoplewithreducedmobility.Anyotheruseisprohibited.
Indications
Signicantreductioninfunction/missingfunctionality
oftheupperand/orlowerextremities(suchas
amputations,paralysis,jointdisorders,neuromuscular
disorderswithimpairmentoftheextremities),when
anindependententeringandexitingfromthebathtub
respectivelysittingdownandgettingupisnolonger
possible;Trunkcontrolandbasicfunctionalcapability
oftheextremitiesmuststillbesufcient.
Chronicconsequencesofillnesswithfunctional
limitationsoftheupperand/orlowerextremities,that
nolongerpermitanindependentbathing,however
whenalargelyindependentbathingispossibleby
theuseofthebathliftandotherbathingaidsfor
compensatingthedisabilityarenotsufcient.

2.Makesurethatthesideapsarelevelwiththeseat
andrestatontheedgeofthebathtub.
3.Fillthebathwithwater.
4.Sitonthesideapnearesttoyouasyouwouldona
chair.
5.Slidebackwardsuntilyouaresittinginthemiddleof
theseat.
6.Turnyourselfintothebathingposition,byliftingoneleg
andthentheotherovertheedgeofthebathtub.
7.Onceyouaresittingcorrectly,presstheDownbuttonD
andholditdowntolowertheseatintothebathtub.
Oncetheseathasreachedthelowestposition,it
ispossibletoreclinethebackrestbycontinuingto
holdtheDownbuttonD.Thisproducesamore
comfortablebathingpositionandallowsyouto
immerseyourselfdeeperinthebathwater(noton
modelF).
8.KeeptheDownbuttonpresseduntilthebackresthas
reachedthedesiredposition.
Togetoutofthebathtub,followingthesestepsin
reverseorder.
9.Toraisethebackrestorthebathlift,pressandholdthe
UpbuttonBuntiltheseatisatthesamelevelwith
thebathtubedge.

6.1Servicingandinspection
Ifthecleaningandsafetynoticesareobserved,theproduct
willbemaintenance-free.
IMPORTANT!
Thehandcontrolmayonlybeopenedbythe
manufacturerofthebathlift.
1.Checktheproductregularlyfordamageandtoensure
thatitissecurelyassembled.
2.Intheeventofdamageand/ornecessaryrepairs,
contactthedealerimmediately.
3.Thebathliftmustbecheckedbyanauthorizeddealer
beforeeveryre-use.Itisrecommendedtocheckthe
bathliftafter24monthsatthelatest(inaccordance
withENISO10535).
4.Ifthebathliftisnotusedforaprolongedperiod,
chargethebatterycompletelyandthenraiseandlower
thebathlift3timeswithoutload.Repeatthisprocess
every3months.Thishelpstomaintaintheservicelife
ofthebattery.
6.2Cleaninganddisinfection
Theproductcanbecleanedanddisinfectedusing
commerciallyavailableagents.
1.Disinfecttheproductbywipingdownallgenerally
accessiblesurfaceswithdisinfectant(afterdisassembling
theproduct,ifpossible).
IMPORTANT!
Allcleaningagentsanddisinfectantsusedmust
beeffective,compatiblewithoneanotherand
