Thank you for purchasing this Vollrath equipment. Before operating the
equipment, read and familiarize yourself with the following operating
and safety instructions. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE
REFERENCE. Save the original box and packaging. Use this packaging
to ship the equipment if repairs are needed.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
To ensure safe operation, read the following statements and understand
their meaning. This manual contains safety precautions which are
explained below. Please read carefully.
Warning is used to indicate the presence of a hazard that will or can
cause severe personal injury or death.
Caution is used to indicate the presence of a hazard that will or can
cause minor or major personal injury if the caution is ignored.
NOTICE: Notice is used to note information that is important but not
hazard-related.
FUNCTION AND PURPOSE
This equipment is intended to warm Vollrath food delivery bags in
commercial food service delivery operations. It is not intended for
household or laboratory use.
NOTICE: Power pack and heat pad should not be used or operated by
children or underage persons.
NOTICE: Do not scratch, cut, pierce or otherwise damage any part of
the heat pad.
INSERT THE HEAT PAD
1. Insert the heat pad into the pocket in the bag. Location varies by
bag.

INSERT THE POWER PACK
1. Place the power pack into the pouch on the bag.
2. Thread the connectors through the opening in the pouch.
3. Fully charge the power pack. See instructions below.
CHARGE THE POWER PACK
NOTICE: The charger and heat pad should not be connected to the
power pack at the same time. Doing so may damage the
equipment and void the warranty.
NOTICE: Incorrect voltage can damage the equipment and will void
the warranty.
NOTICE: Use only the included chargers to charge the power pack.
Other chargers could damage the equipment and void the
warranty.
1. Connect the metal plug on the power pack to metal plug on the
charger. Tip: Align the arrows on each connector.
2. Plug the charger into the power source.
3. Press and hold the power button to turn on the power pack.
4. The meter will display 100% when fully charged.
5. Turn off the power pack.
HEAT THE BAG
NOTICE: The charger and heat pad should not be connected to the
power pack at the same time. Doing so may damage the
equipment and void the warranty.
1. Connect the black plug on the heat pad with the black battery plug
on the power pack.
2. Turn ON the power pack.
3. To set a new temperature, double tap the power button. The display
will flash.
4. Press and release the button to select a new temperature. The
selection will reset in approx. 3 seconds.
5. The display will show the current temperature of the heat pad.
6. Allow the pad to heat to the desired temperature.
7. Place containers of hot food into the bag. Tip: To extend the charge
of the power pack, turn it off after the food has been delivered.
Residual heat will keep the bag warm.
8. Monitor the power meter. Recharge when the power meter is
flashing. Refer to Charge the Power Pack.
CLEAN THE HEAT PAD
NOTICE: Do not use any toxic, corrosive or scratching cleaners on
the heat pad. Do not immerse the heat pad or allow it to
come into contact with excessive amounts of liquid.
1. Disconnect the heat pad from the power pack. Let it cool completely.
2. Wipe the heat pad with a damp, clean cloth.

FONCTION ET OBJET
Cet appareil est destiné à chauffer les sacs de livraison d'aliments
Vollrath dans les opérations commerciales de livraison d'aliments.

ailleurs une quelconque partie du coussin chauffant.
INSERTION DU COUSSIN CHAUFFANT
1. Insérer le coussin chauffant dans la poche du sac. Son emplacement
varie selon le sac.

INSERTION DU BLOC D'ALIMENTATION
1. Placer le bloc d'alimentation dans la poche extérieure du sac.
2. Enfiler les connecteurs dans l'ouverture de la poche extérieure.
3. Recharger le bloc d'alimentation à fond. Voir les instructions ci-
dessous.
INSERTION DU BLOC D'ALIMENTATION
AVIS : Le chargeur et le coussin chauffant ne doivent pas être
connectés au bloc d'alimentation en même temps sous
peine d'abîmer l'appareil et d'annuler la garantie.
AVIS : Une tension incorrecte risque d'abîmer l'appareil et
d'annuler la garantie.
AVIS : Utiliser uniquement les chargeurs inclus pour charger le
bloc d'alimentation. Les autres chargeurs risquent
d'abîmer l'appareil et d'annuler la garantie.
1. Brancher la fiche métallique du bloc d'alimentation sur la fiche
métallique du chargeur. Astuce : Aligner les flèches de chaque
connecteur.
2. Brancher le chargeur sur l'alimentation.
3. Appuyer sur la touche marche/arrêt pour mettre le bloc
d'alimentation sous tension.
4. Le wattmètre affichera 100 % une fois la recharge complète.
5. Mettre le bloc d'alimentation hors tension.
CHAUFFAGE DU SAC
AVIS : Le chargeur et le coussin chauffant ne doivent pas être
connectés au bloc d'alimentation en même temps sous
peine d'abîmer l'appareil et d'annuler la garantie.
1. Brancher la fiche noire du coussin chauffant sur la borne de batterie
noire du bloc d'alimentation.
2. Mettre le bloc d'alimentation sous tension.
3. Pour définir une nouvelle température, appuyer deux fois sur la
touche Marche/Arrêt. L'affichage clignote.
4. Appuyer sur la touche pour sélectionner une nouvelle température.
La sélection se réinitialise en 3 secondes environ.
5. L'affichage affiche alors température actuelle du coussin chauffant.
6. Laisser chauffer le coussin à la température souhaitée.
7. Placer les contenants d'aliments chauds dans le sac. Astuce : Pour
prolonger la charge du bloc d'alimentation, le mettre hors tension
une fois les aliments livrés. La chaleur résiduelle maintiendra le sac
chaud.
8. Surveiller le wattmètre. Recharger lorsque le wattmètre clignote.

NETTOYAGE DU COUSSIN CHAUFFANT
AVIS : Ne pas utiliser de nettoyants toxiques, corrosifs ou
abrasifs sur le coussin chauffant. Ne pas plonger le
coussin chauffant et ne pas le laisser entrer en contact
avec des quantités excessives de liquide.
1. Déconnecter le coussin chauffant du bloc d'alimentation.
Le laisser refroidir complètement.
2. Passer un chiffon humide propre sur le coussin chauffant.

INSERTE LA FUENTE DE ALIMENTACIÓN
1. Coloque la fuente de alimentación en el saco de la bolsa.

3. Cargue completamente la fuente de alimentación. Consulte las
instrucciones a continuación.
CARGUE LA FUENTE DE ALIMENTACIÓN
AVISO: El cargador y la almohadilla térmica no deben conectarse
a la fuente de alimentación al mismo tiempo. Ello dañará
el equipo y anulará la garantía.

garantía.
AVISO: Use solo los cargadores incluidos para cargar la fuente de
alimentación. Otros cargadores podrían dañar el equipo y

1. Conecte el enchufe metálico de la fuente de alimentación al enchufe
metálico del cargador. Consejo: Alinee las flechas en cada conector.
2. Enchufe el cargador en el tomacorriente.
3. Mantenga pulsado el botón de encendido para prender la fuente de
alimentación.
4. El medidor mostrará 100% cuando esté completamente cargada.
5. Apague la fuente de alimentación.
CALIENTE LA BOLSA
AVISO: El cargador y la almohadilla térmica no deben conectarse
a la fuente de alimentación al mismo tiempo. Ello dañará
el equipo y anulará la garantía.
1. Conecte el enchufe negro de la almohadilla térmica con el enchufe
negro de la batería en la fuente de alimentación.
2. Encienda la fuente de alimentación.
3. Para fijar una temperatura nueva, toque dos veces el botón de
encendido. Destellará el visor.
4. Pulse y suelte el botón para seleccionar una temperatura nueva.
La selección se reiniciará en aproximadamente 3 segundos.
5. El visor mostrará la temperatura actual de la almohadilla térmica.
6. Deje que la almohadilla caliente a la temperatura deseada.
7. Coloque los recipientes de comida caliente en la bolsa. Consejo:
Para prolongar la carga de la fuente de alimentación, apáguela
después de haber entregado la comida. El calor residual mantendrá
la bolsa caliente.
8. Supervise el medidor de potencia. Recargue cuando el medidor esté
destellando. Consulte la sección Cargue la fuente de alimentación.
LIMPIE LA ALMOHADILLA TÉRMICA
AVISO: No utilice limpiadores tóxicos, corrosivos o que rayen la
almohadilla térmica. No sumerja la almohadilla térmica ni
permita que entre en contacto con cantidades excesivas de
líquido.
1. Desconecte la almohadilla térmica de la fuente de alimentación. Deje
que se enfríe totalmente.
2. Limpie la almohadilla con un paño húmedo y limpio.
