following instructions for use. Use the product only as described and
only for the given areas of application.
Keep these instructions safe. When passing the product on to a third
party, always make sure that the documentation is included.
Important information
Please read the following instructions and information carefully
before using your new helmet for the first time. This helmet was
developed for use with skateboards, inline skates, roller skates and
similar groups, and manufactured according to state of the art.
Despite maximum safety standards, serious accidents may result in
injuries. In some cases, the impact may be so strong the helmet does
not effectively protect the rider from head injuries.
Compliance with the requirements according to Annex II of European
Directive 89/686/EEC (and subsequent amendments) as well as
those of harmonizing technical standard EN 1078 was certified by
the issuing authority TÜV Rheinland LGA Products GmbH, Tillystr. 2,
D-90431 Nürnberg, Germany, Notified Body No 0197.
Intended use
This product was manufactured for skateboarding, inline skating,
roller skating and similar groups. It is not suitable for other sports or
motorcycling.

Safety notices
• Do not allow children to wear this helmet while climbing or playing
as this carries a risk of strangulation.
• The helmet must be firmly seated and the chin strap closed tightly.
• Do not shift the helmet toward the neck, as this will leave your
forehead unprotected.
• Do not wear headgear under the helmet.
• Be sure not to restrict air circulation.
• Never modify the helmet, its structure or the individual components.
• Never paint the helmet and/or apply decals or labels.
• The impacts of paint, decals, cleaning liquids or other solvents can
seriously impair the protection of the helmet.
• The helmet is intended to protect the head in the event of an
impact. This protection is no longer warranted after just one (even
minor) impact. The helmet must therefore immediately be replaced
following an accident, even without visible damage.
• Never use solvents or abrasive cleaners containing petroleum to
clean the helmet, neither inside nor outside. Always use a pH-
neutral detergent diluted in clear water; carefully rub with a soft
cloth. Then dry with a lint-free cloth. The padding may be cleaned
with a little soap, using a soft brush.
• Only use OEM replacement parts for your helmet.
• The life of this product varies by use. However, the product must
be replaced no later than five years from the date of manufacture
(Version: 02/2016).

Helmet sizing
• Measure the circumference of the head and select the helmet size
accordingly. Try several helmets before deciding. Ideally, the skin
over your temples moves along when wearing the helmet.
• Verify the helmet does not move much on your head even with chin
strap loose.
• The chin strap must be closed firmly for a secure seat. It is fitted
correctly when it is difficult to slide your fingers under the chin
straps. However, you must still be able to comfortably breathe,
swallow and turn your head.
• The helmet is seated correctly if it is tight, yet comfortable on your
head (Fig. B).
• If the helmet is too large (wiggles, cannot be adjusted tightly
enough) or too small (pinches, forehead exposed), please select
the next larger or smaller size.
• Never use the helmet if it cannot be adjusted correctly.

Adjusting the chin strap (Fig. C)
The general length of the chin strap can be adjusted with the loop.
You may also use the strap divider clip to adjust the length of the chin
strap. Please ensure that the strap divider does not bother you, the
straps do not cover your ears, and the fastener does not rest on your
chin.
Headband width adjustment (Fig. D)
Use the wheel for variable adjustment to your head size to ensure
the helmet is seated optimally. Turn the wheel clockwise to tighten the
headband and counter-clockwise to loosen the headband.
Maintenance and care
Regular maintenance and care contributes to ensuring the safety and
preservation of the helmet.
• Always use a pH-neutral detergent diluted in clear water; carefully
rub with a soft cloth. Then dry with a lint-free cloth.
• The padding may be cleaned with a little soap, using a soft brush.

Storage
Store the helmet in a dry, well ventilated location at room tempera-
ture when not in use. Avoid heat sources.
Disposal instructions
Please dispose of packaging and product in an environmentally
friendly manner! Dispose of product through an approved disposal
facility or through your local council. Please note the recycling regu-
lations in your area.
3 years warranty
The product was produced with great care and under constant
supervision. You receive a three-year warranty for this product from
the date of purchase. Please retain your receipt.
The warranty applies only to material and workmanship and does
not apply to misuse or improper handling. Your statutory rights,
especially the warranty rights, are not affected by this warranty.
With regard to complaints, please contact the following service
hotline or contact us by e-mail. Our service employees will advise
as to the subsequent procedure as quickly as possible. We will be
personally available to discuss the situation with you.
Any repairs under the warranty, statutory guarantees or through
goodwill do not extend the warranty period. This also applies to
replaced and repaired parts. Repairs after the warranty are subject
to a charge.

Utilisation conforme
Cet article a été conçu pour les utilisateurs de skate-board, rollers,
patins à roulettes et les sportifs pratiquant des disciplines similaires.
Il n’est pas adapté pour d’autres types d’activités sportives ou pour
les conducteurs de moto.
Consignes de sécurité
• Ce casque ne convient pas à la pratique de l’escalade ou d’autres
activités qui présentent un risque d’étranglement/de pendaison, si
le casque s’accroche quelque part.
• La pose du casque doit être ferme et sa mentonnière doit être
fermée.
• Ne glissez pas le casque vers la nuque, sinon votre front ne sera
pas protégé.
• Ne portez pas de coiffe sous le casque.
• Assurez-vous de ne pas gêner la circulation de l’air.
• N‘apportez pas de modifications au casque, à sa structure ou à
ses composants.
• Ne dessinez pas sur le casque et/ou n‘y collez pas d‘autocollants
ou d‘étiquettes.
• L’effet protecteur du casque peut être sérieusement influencé par
l’action des laques, autocollants, liquides nettoyants ou autres
solvants.

• Le casque doit protéger la tête en cas de choc. Après un premier
choc (même léger), cette protection n’est plus assurée. Ce casque
doit donc être immédiatement remplacé après un accident, même
s’il ne présente pas de dommage visible.
• N‘utilisez jamais de produit pétrolier solvant ou abrasif pour
nettoyer le casque, que ce soit à l’extérieur ou à l’intérieur.
Utilisez toujours un nettoyant au pH neutre dilué dans de l’eau
claire ; frottez précautionneusement avec un chiffon doux.
Séchez-le ensuite avec un chiffon non pelucheux. Le rembourrage
peut être nettoyé avec un peu de savon et une brosse douce.
• Veuillez uniquement utiliser des pièces d’origine pour votre casque.
• La durée de vie de cet article dépend de son utilisation. L‘article
doit cependant être remplacé cinq ans au plus tard après la date
de fabrication (version : 02/2016).

Sélection de la taille du casque
• Mesurez le tour de tête et sélectionnez ainsi la bonne taille du
casque. Essayez plusieurs casques avant de prendre votre déci-
sion. La peau au niveau des tempes doit accompagner les mouve-
ments quand le casque est en place.
• Assurez-vous que le casque n’a pas une trop grande liberté de
mouvement sur la tête même quand les mentonnières sont desser-
rées.
• La mentonnière doit être fermement serrée pour assurer un maintien
sûr. La pose est correcte quand vous avez des difficultés à glisser
vos doigts sous la mentonnière. Mais vous devez toutefois encore
être capable de respirer, d‘avaler et de tourner la tête confortable-
ment.
• Le casque est correctement placé quand la pose est ferme, mais
cependant confortable (Ill. B).
• Quand le casque est trop grand (il bouge, ne peut pas être ferme-
ment fixé) ou est trop petit (il presse, laisse le front libre), nous vous
prions de sélectionner un casque plus grand ou plus petit.
• N‘utilisez pas un casque qui ne peut pas être adapté correctement.
Réglage de la mentonnière (Ill. C)
La longueur générale de la mentonnière peut être ajustée par le
biais de la dragonne. Avec le clip de répartition de la sangle, vous
pouvez également influencer la longueur de la mentonnière.

Veillez à ce que le système de sangle ne vous gêne pas, que les
brides ne couvrent pas les oreilles et que la fermeture ne repose pas
sur le menton.
Réglage de la largeur de la bande
serre-tête (Ill. D)
La molette permet d’ajuster en continu le casque à votre tour de
tête afin d’assurer ainsi un maintien optimal du casque. Tournez la
molette vers la droite afin de resserrer la bande serre-tête du casque,
et vers la gauche pour l’agrandir.
Maintenance et entretien
Une maintenance et un entretien réguliers contribuent à la sécurité et
à la conservation du casque.
• Utilisez toujours un nettoyant au pH neutre dilué dans de l’eau
claire ; frottez précautionneusement avec un chiffon doux.
Séchez ensuite avec un chiffon non pelucheux.
• Le rembourrage peut être nettoyé avec un peu de savon et avec
une brosse douce.
Rembourrage intérieur
• Lavage à la main à moins de 30 °C.

Entreposage
Rangez le casque à un endroit sec et bien aéré à température
ambiante en cas de non utilisation. Évitez les sources de chaleur.
Indication pour le traitement des déchets
Jetez le produit et tous ses composants par l‘intermédiaire de la
société de traitement de déchets ou par l‘établissement communal de
traitement de déchets. Veuillez respecter les consignes actuelles en
vigueur. Renseignez-vous auprès de votre établissement de traitement
de déchets en cas de doute.
3 ans de garantie
Le produit a été fabriqué avec le plus grand soin et sous un contrôle
permanent. Vous avez sur ce produit une garantie de trois ans à
partir de la date d’achat. Conservez le ticket de caisse.
La garantie est uniquement valable pour les défauts de matériaux et
de fabrication, elle perd sa validité en cas de maniement incorrect
ou non conforme. Vos droits légaux, tout particulièrement les droits
relatifs à la garantie, ne sont pas limitées par cette garantie.

Belangrijke informatie
Lees alstublieft de volgende instructies en informatie aandachtig
door, voordat u uw helm voor het eerst gebruikt. Deze helm werd
ontwikkeld voor het gebruik van skateboards, inliners, rolschaatsen
of soortgelijke groepen en werd geproduceerd volgens de nieuwste
stand der techniek. Ondanks de grootst mogelijke veiligheidsstand-
aarden kan het in geval van een zwaar ongeval toch tot letsel ko-
men. In enkele gevallen kan de botsing zo krachtig zijn, dat de helm

Doelmatig gebruik
Dit artikel is geproduceerd voor skateboard-, inliner- en rolschaats-
gebruikers en soortgelijke groepen. Hij is niet geschikt voor andere
sportsoorten of motorrijders.
Veiligheidsinstructies
• Deze helm mag niet door kinderen worden gebruikt tijdens het
klimmen of andere activiteiten, zodra er een risico bestaat dat het
kind zich wurgt/blijft hangen, mocht het ergens met de helm blijven
haken.
• De helm moet stevig zitten en de kinriem moet goed worden
gesloten.
• Schuif de helm niet in de nek, omdat uw voorhoofd op deze
manier niet wordt beschermd.
• Draag geen hoofdbedekking onder de helm.
• Controleer of de luchtcirculatie niet wordt beperkt.
• Er mogen geen veranderingen aan de helm, aan zijn structuur of
de afzonderlijke componenten worden uitgevoerd.
• De helm mag niet worden geverfd of met stickers of etiketten
worden beplakt.
• De beschermende werking van de helm kan door toedoen van
lak, stickers, reinigingsvloeistoffen of andere oplosmiddelen ernstig
worden verminderd.

• De helm dient in geval van een botsing het hoofd te beschermen.
Na slechts één enkele (ook lichte) botsing is de bescherming niet
meer gewaarborgd. Na een ongeval moet de helm daarom direct
worden vervangen, ook als hij geen zichtbare beschadigingen
heeft.
• Voor het reinigen van de helm mogen nooit oplos- of schuurmid-
delen op basis van petroleum worden gebruikt, noch van buiten,
noch van binnen. Gebruikt altijd, verdund in helder water,
pH-neutraal wasmiddel; met een zachte doek voorzichtig wrijven.
Vervolgens met een pluisvrije doek afdrogen. Het polster kan met
een beetje zeep en met behulp van een zachte borstel worden
gereinigd.
• Gebruik uitsluitend originele reserveonderdelen voor uw helm.
• De levensduur van het artikel is afhankelijk van het gebruik.
Echter moet het artikel na maximaal vijf jaar vanaf productiedatum
(versie: 02/2016) worden vervangen.

hebt, en houdt u bij kou langer droog. Koelt en vermindert het ontsta-
an van zweet.

Keuze van de helmmaat
• Meet de omvang van het hoofd en kies aan de hand hiervan de
maat. Probeer meerdere helmen, voordat u een beslissing neemt.
Als u de helm hebt aangetrokken, beweegt idealiter de huid van de
slapen mee.
• Controleer of de helm ook zonder vastgemaakte kinriem geen
grote bewegingsvrijheid op het hoofd heeft.
• Voor een goede zit moet de kinriem stevig worden gesloten.
Hij zit correct, als het moeilijk is, uw vinger onder de kinriem te
schuiven. U moet echter nog altijd gemakkelijk kunnen ademen,
slikken en uw hoofd draaien.
• De helm zit juist, als hij stevig maar desalniettemin prettig op het
hoofd zit (afb. B).
• Als de helm te groot is (wiebelt, kan niet stevig genoeg worden
aangepast) of te klein is (drukt, bedekt het voorhoofd niet), dient u
een helm die een maat groter of kleiner is te kiezen.
• Als u de helm niet goed kunt aanpassen, mag hij niet worden
gebruikt.
Instellen van de kinriem (afb. C)
De algemene lengte van de kinriem kunt u via de lus instellen.
Met de riemverdeelclip kunt u de lengte van de kinriem eveneens
beïnvloeden. Let erop dat de riemverdeler u niet stoort, de riemen
niet uw oren bedekken en de afsluiting niet op uw kin ligt.
