This document contains important technical and safety infor-

mation about the device and its safety use and installation.

Before beginning the installation, please read this guide and

any other documents accompanying the device carefully and

completely. Failure to follow the installation procedures could

lead to malfunction, danger to your health and life, violation of

the law or refusal of legal and/or commercial guarantee (if any).

Allterco Robotics is not responsible for any loss or damage in

case of incorrect installation or improper operation of this de-

vice due to failure of following the user and safety instructions

in this guide.

Introduction to Shelly

Shelly® is a line of innovative Devices, which allow remote con-

trol of electric appliances through a mobile phone, tablet, PC, or

home automation system. Shelly® may work standalone on the

local WiFi network, without being managed by a home automa-

tion controller, or it can also work through cloud home automa-

tion services. Shelly® devices can be accessed, controlled, and

monitored remotely from any place the User has Internet con-

nectivity, as long as the devices are connected to a WiFi router

and the Internet. Shelly® has an integrated web server, through

which the User may adjust, control and monitor the Device. The

cloud function could be used, if it is activated through the web

server of the Device or the settings in the Shelly Cloud mobile

application. The User can register and access Shelly Cloud us-

ing either Android or iOS mobile application, or with any internet

browser at https://my.shelly.cloud/

Shelly® Devices have two WiFi modes - Access Point (AP) and

Client mode (CM). To operate in Client Mode, a WiFi router must

be located within the range of the Device. Devices can commu-

nicate directly with other WiFi devices through HTTP protocol.

An API can be provided by the Manufacturer.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

The WiFi Relay Switch Shelly® PLUS 1 may control 1 electrical

circuit up to 3.5 kW. It is intended to be mounted into a standard

in-wall console, behind power sockets and light switches or

other places with limited space. Shelly may work as a stand-

alone Device or as an accessory to another home automation

controller.

⚠CAUTION! Danger of electrocution. The mounting/installa-

tion of the Device should be done by a qualied person (elec-

trician).

⚠CAUTION! Do not connect the Device to appliances exceed-

ing the given max load!

⚠CAUTION! Connect the Device only in the way shown in these

instructions. Any other method could cause damage and/or in-

jury.

⚠CAUTION! Use the Device only with a power grid and appli-

ances which comply with all applicable regulations. short circuit

in the power grid or any appliance connected to the Device may

damage the Device.

⚠RECOMMENDATION! Тhe Device may be connected to and

may control electric circuits and appliances only if they comply

with the respective standards and safety norms.

⚠RECOMMENDATION! The Device may be connected with sol-

id single-core cables with increased heat resistance to insulation

not less than PVC T105°C.

Before installing/mounting the Device ensure that the grid is

Einführung in Shelly

Shelly® ist eine Reihe innovativer Geräte, die die Fernsteuerung

von Elektrogeräten über ein Mobiltelefon, Tablet, PC oder Haus-

automationssystem ermöglichen. Shelly® kann eigenständig im

lokalen WiFi-Netzwerk arbeiten, ohne von einem Heimautomati-

sierungscontroller verwaltet zu werden, oder es kann auch über

Cloud-Heimautomatisierungsdienste funktionieren. Auf Shelly®-

Geräte kann von jedem Ort, an dem der Benutzer über eine Inter-

netverbindung verfügt, aus der Ferne zugegriffen, sie gesteuert

und überwacht werden, solange die Geräte mit einem WLAN-Rou-

ter und dem Internet verbunden sind. Shelly® verfügt über einen

integrierten Webserver, über den der Benutzer das Gerät einstel-

len, steuern und überwachen kann. Die Cloud-Funktion kann ver-

wendet werden, wenn sie über den Webserver des Geräts oder die

Einstellungen in der Shelly Cloud-Mobilanwendung aktiviert wird.

Der Benutzer kann sich über die mobile Android- oder iOS-App

oder mit einem beliebigen Internetbrowser unter https://my.shelly.

cloud/ registrieren und auf Shelly Cloud zugreifen.

Shelly®-Geräte haben zwei WiFi-Modi - Access Point (AP) und Cli-

ent-Modus (CM). Für den Betrieb im Client-Modus muss sich ein

WLAN-Router in Reichweite des Geräts benden. Geräte können

über das HTTP-Protokoll direkt mit anderen WiFi-Geräten kom-

munizieren. Eine API kann vom Hersteller bereitgestellt werden.

INSTALLATIONSANLEITUNG

Der WiFi-Relaisschalter Shelly® PLUS 1 kann 1 Stromkreis bis

zu 3,5 kW steuern. Es ist für die Montage in einer Standard-Un-

terputzkonsole, hinter Steckdosen und Lichtschaltern oder an

anderen Orten mit begrenztem Platz vorgesehen. Shelly kann

als eigenständiges Gerät oder als Zubehör für einen anderen

Heimautomatisierungscontroller verwendet werden.

⚠ACHTUNG! Stromschlaggefahr. Die Montage/Installation des

Gerätes sollte von einer qualizierten Person (Elektriker) durch-

geführt werden.

⚠ACHTUNG! Schließen Sie das Gerät nicht an Geräte an, die

die angegebene maximale Last überschreiten!

⚠ACHTUNG! Schließen Sie das Gerät nur auf die in dieser An-

leitung gezeigte Weise an. Jede andere Methode kann zu Schä-

Introduzione a Shelly

Shelly® è una linea di Dispositivi innovativi, che consentono il

controllo remoto di elettrodomestici tramite telefono cellulare,

tablet, PC o sistema domotico. Shelly® può funzionare auto-

nomamente sulla rete WiFi locale, senza essere gestito da un

controller di automazione domestica, oppure può funzionare

anche tramite servizi di automazione domestica cloud. È pos-

sibile accedere, controllare e monitorare i dispositivi Shelly® in

remoto da qualsiasi luogo in cui l’Utente disponga di connet-

tività Internet, purché i dispositivi siano connessi a un router

WiFi e a Internet. Shelly® dispone di un server web integrato, at-

traverso il quale l’Utente può regolare, controllare e monitorare

il Dispositivo. La funzione cloud potrebbe essere utilizzata, se

attivata tramite il server web del Dispositivo o le impostazioni

nell’applicazione mobile Shelly Cloud. L’Utente può registrarsi e

accedere a Shelly Cloud utilizzando l’applicazione mobile An-

droid o iOS o con qualsiasi browser Internet all’indirizzo https://

my.shelly.cloud/

I dispositivi Shelly® hanno due modalità WiFi: Access Point (AP)

ISTRUZIONI PER L’INSTALLAZIONE

Il WiFi Relay Switch Shelly® PLUS 1 può controllare 1 circuito

elettrico no a 3,5 kW. È progettato per essere montato in una

console a parete standard, dietro prese di corrente e interruttori

della luce o in altri luoghi con spazio limitato. Shelly può fun-

zionare come dispositivo autonomo o come accessorio per un

altro controller di automazione domestica.

⚠ ATTENZIONE! Pericolo di folgorazione. Il montaggio/instal-

lazione del dispositivo deve essere eseguito da una persona

qualicata (elettricista).

⚠ ATTENZIONE! Non collegare il dispositivo ad apparecchi che

Before starting, wire check that the breakers are turned off and

there is no voltage on their terminals. This can be done with a

phase meter or multimeter. When you are sure that there is no

voltage, you can start wiring the cables according to g.1. Con-

nect with a wire the signal that you want to switch to “I”. Install

a wire from “O” to the load. Install a wire from the Fuse to “L”.

Connect the Neutral to the device. The last step is to install a

cable from the switch to the terminal SW.

ne durante l’accensione: motori elettrici, come ventilatori, aspi-

devono essere cablati tra Uscita e Neutro del circuito .

Prima di iniziare, vericare che gli interruttori siano spenti e che

non ci sia tensione sui loro terminali. Questo può essere fatto

con un misuratore di fase o un multimetro. Quando sei sicuro

che non c’è tensione, puoi iniziare a cablare i cavi secondo la

g.1. Collegare con un lo il segnale che si desidera commu-

tare su “I”. Installare un lo da “O” al carico. Installare un lo

dal fusibile a “L”.

Collegare il neutro al dispositivo. L’ultimo passaggio consiste

nell’installare un cavo dall’interruttore al terminale SW.

Presentación de Shelly

Shelly® es una línea de dispositivos innovadores que permiten el

control remoto de los electrodomésticos a través de un teléfono

móvil, una tableta, un PC o un sistema domótico. Shelly® puede

funcionar de forma autónoma en la red WiFi local, sin necesidad

de ser gestionado por un controlador domótico, o también puede

funcionar a través de servicios domóticos en el Cloud. Los dis-

positivos Shelly® se pueden manejar, controlar y supervisar a

distancia desde cualquier lugar en el que el usuario disponga de

una conexión a Internet, siempre que los dispositivos estén conec-

tados a un router WiFi y a Internet. Shelly® tiene un servidor web

incorporado, a través del cual el usuario puede ajustar, controlar y

supervisar el dispositivo. La función de la nube se puede utilizar, si

se habilita a través del servidor web del Dispositivo o de los ajus-

tes de la aplicación móvil Shelly Cloud. El usuario puede registrar-

se y acceder a Shelly Cloud mediante la aplicación móvil Android

INSTRUCCIONES DE INSTALACIÓN

El interruptor de relé WiFi Shelly® PLUS 1 puede controlar 1 circui-

to eléctrico de hasta 3,5 kW. Está pensado para ser montado en

una consola de pared estándar, detrás de las tomas de corriente

y los interruptores de la luz o en otros lugares donde el espacio

es limitado. Shelly puede funcionar como dispositivo autónomo o

como accesorio de otro controlador domótico.

⚠ ¡Precaución! Peligro de descarga eléctrica. El montaje/insta-

lación del aparato debe ser realizado por una persona cualicada

(electricista).

Apresentação de Shelly

Shelly® é uma linha de dispositivos inovadores, que permitem

o controlo remoto de eletrodomésticos através de um telefone

móvel, tablet, PC ou sistema de domótica. Shelly® pode funcio-

nar isoladamente na rede WiFi local sem necessidade de um

controlador de domótica, ou pode também funcionar através de

serviços de domótica na “cloud”. Os dispositivos Shelly® podem

ser acedidos, controlados e monitorizados remotamente pelo

Utilizador a partir de qualquer localização em que exista aces-

so à internet. Shelly® possui um servidor de internet integrado,

através do qual o Utilizador pode ajustar, controlar e monitorizar

o Dispositivo. A função “cloud” pode ser utilizada se ativada atra-

vés do servidor de internet do Dispositivo ou nas congurações

da aplicação Shelly Cloud. O Utilizador pode registar e aceder a

Shelly Cloud utilizando aplicações em Android ou iOS, ou com

um browser de internet em https://my.shelly.cloud/

Os Dispositivos Shelly® possuem dois modos WiFi - Ponto de

Acesso (AP) e modo de Cliente (CM). Para operar em Modo de

Cliente, um router WiFi tem de estar ao alcance do dispositivo.

Dispositivos podem comunicar diretamente com outros disposi-

tivos WiFi através do protocolo HTTP. Uma App pode ser dispo-

nibilizada pelo Fabricante.

Introduction à Shelly

Shelly® est une ligne de Dispositifs innovants, qui permettent le

contrôle à distance d’appareils électriques à travers un téléphone

mobile, une tablette, un PC ou un système domotique. Shelly®

peut fonctionner de manière autonome sur le réseau local WiFi,

sans être géré par un contrôleur domotique, ou il peut également

fonctionner à travers des services domotiques sur le Cloud. Les

dispositifs Shelly® peuvent être utilisés, contrôlés et surveillés

INSTRUCTIONS D’INSTALLATION

L’interrupteur relais WiFi Shelly® PLUS 1 peut contrôler 1 circuit

électrique jusqu’à 3,5 kW. Il est destiné à être monté dans une

console murale standard, derrière des prises de courant et des

interrupteurs d’éclairage ou dans d’autres endroits où l’espace est

limité. Shelly peut fonctionner en tant que dispositif autonome ou

en tant qu’accessoire d’un autre contrôleur domotique.

⚠ ATTENTION! Danger d’électrocution. Le montage/installation de

l’Appareil doit être effectué par une personne qualiée (électricien).

⚠ ATTENTION! Ne pas connecter l’appareil à des appareils dé-

passant la charge maximale indiquée !

⚠ ATTENTION! Connectez l’Appareil uniquement de la manière

indiquée dans ces instructions. Toute autre méthode pourrait cau-

ser des dommages et/ou des blessures.

⚠ ATTENTION! N’utilisez l’Appareil qu’avec un réseau électrique

et des appareils conformes à toutes les réglementations appli-

cables. Un court-circuit dans le réseau électrique ou tout appareil

Para los dispositivos inductivos, aquellos que provocan picos de

tensión cuando se encienden: motores eléctricos, como ventila-

dores, aspiradoras y similares, se debe cablear un snubber RC

(amortiguador) (0,1µF / 100Ω / 1/2W / 600V CA) entre la Salida

y el Neutro del circuito.

Antes de iniciar, compruebe que los disyuntores están desconec-

tados y que no hay tensión en ellos. Esto puede hacerse con un

medidor de fase o un multímetro. Cuando esté seguro de que no

hay tensión, puede empezar a cablear los cables como se muestra

en la imagen 1. Conecte la señal que desea conmutar a “I” con

un cable. Instale un cable de “O” a la carga. Conecte un cable del

fusible a “L”.

Conecte el neutro al dispositivo. El último paso es instalar un ca-

ble desde el interruptor hasta el terminal SW.

soit hors tension (disjoncteurs coupés). Connecter le relais au

réseau électrique et l’installer dans la console derrière l’inter-

rupteur/la prise de courant en suivant le schéma qui convient à

l’usage souhaité :

Pour les appareils inductifs, ceux qui provoquent des pics de

tension lors de la mise en marche : moteurs électriques, comme

les ventilateurs, aspirateurs et similaires, un snubber RC (amor-

tisseur) (0.1µF / 100Ω / 1/2W / 600V CA) doit être câblé entre la

Sortie et le Neutre du circuit.

Avant de commencer, vériez que les disjoncteurs soient bien

éteints et qu’il n’y ait pas de tension sur leurs bornes. Ceci peut

sûr qu’il n’y a pas de tension, vous pouvez commencer à câbler

Connectez le Neutre à l’appareil. La dernière étape consiste à ins-

taller un câble de l’interrupteur à la borne SW.
