new LED floor light / “starry sky” LED
floor light (hereinafter also referred to as
“luminaire” or “product”). You have chosen a
high-quality product. Please be sure to carefully
read all the instructions for use. Fold out the page
with illustrations. These instructions for use are part
of the product and contain important information
on setup and handling. Always observe all
safety information. Before using this product for the
first time, verify that the correct mains voltage is
present and that all parts are properly installed. If
you have any questions or are unsure about
operating the product, please contact your retailer

FOR INFANTS AND
CHILDREN!
Never leave children unsupervised with the
packaging material. The packaging material
poses a suffocation hazard. Children frequently
underestimate the dangers. The packaging
material is not a toy.
This product may be used by children aged 8
years and up, as well as by persons with re-
duced physical, sensory or mental capacities or
lacking experience and knowledge, so long as
they are supervised or instructed in the safe use
of the product and understand the associated
risks. Do not allow children to play with the
product. Cleaning and user maintenance must
not be performed by children without supervi-
sion. This product is not a toy.
If you notice anything unusual during use (e.g.
unusual noise, strange odour or smoke), switch
the product off immediately and unplug the LED
plug-in mains adapter from the mains socket
Afterwards, do not use the product until it has
been examined by a qualified person.
Avoid the risk of fatal injury
from electric shock
We assume no liability for property damage
or personal injury due to improper handling or
failure to observe the safety information!
Never use the lamp if any defects have been
identified.
Always check the light and the mains cable
with the LED plug-in mains adapter for any
damage before connecting it to the mains
socket.
Never allow the light to come into contact with
water or other liquids.
Never open any of the electrical equipment
or insert any objects into this equipment. Such
interferences pose a risk of fatal injury from
electric shock.
Only touch the insulated area of the LED
plug-in mains adapter when connecting it to or
disconnecting it from the mains socket!
The outer flexible cable of this luminaire may
only be replaced by the manufacturer, its ser-
vice agent or a similarly qualified specialist.
Before use, verify the available mains voltage
matches the voltage required for operating the
light (220–240 V~, 50 / 60 Hz).
Always unplug the LED plug-in mains adapter
from the mains socket before cleaning or if the
lamp will not be used for extended periods.
Prevent fire and injury hazards
CAUTION! RISK OF BURNS
DUE TO HOT SURFACES! Make
sure that the light has been switched
off and has cooled down before you touch it in
order to avoid burns. Light sources become
very hot.
Do not cover the light with objects. Excessive
heat development can lead to fire.
Position the light so it is protected from
moisture and dirt.
Do not hang any other objects from the
product, e.g. pieces of clothing.
Always set the product on a sturdy, level
surface.
Do not wrap the mains cable around the
product.
Do not carry or pull the product by the mains
cable.
Never leave the light unattended during opera-
tion. Excessive heat build-up can result in fire.
Lay the mains cable in such a way that nobody
will trip over it.
The LED light cannot be dimmed
using an external controller.
Do not look directly into the light source (light
bulb, LED etc.). Do not look into the light source
(light bulb, LED, etc.) with an optical instrument
(e.g. magnifying glass).

DANGER TO LIFE! Keep batteries /
rechargeable batteries out of reach of children.
If accidentally swallowed seek immediate
medical attention.
Swallowing may lead to burns, perforation of
soft tissue, and death. Severe burns can occur
within 2 hours of ingestion.

recharge non-rechargeable batteries. Do
not short-circuit batteries / rechargeable
batteries and / or open them.
Overheating, fire or bursting can be the result.
Never throw batteries / rechargeable batteries
into fire or water.
Do not exert mechanical loads to batteries /
rechargeable batteries.
Risk of leakage of batteries /
rechargeable batteries
Avoid extreme environmental conditions and
temperatures, which could affect batteries /
rechargeable batteries, e.g. radiators / direct
sunlight.
If batteries / rechargeable batteries have
leaked, avoid contact with skin, eyes and
mucous membranes with the chemicals!
Flush immediately the affected areas with fresh
water and seek medical attention!
WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES!
Leaked or damaged batteries /
rechargeable batteries can cause
burns on contact with the skin. Wear suitable
protective gloves at all times if such an event
occurs.
Risk of damage of the product
Only use the specified type of battery / re-
chargeable battery!
Insert batteries / rechargeable batteries ac-
cording to polarity marks (+) and (-) on the bat-
tery / rechargeable battery and the product.
Use a dry lint-free cloth or cotton swab to clean
the contacts on the battery / rechargeable
battery and in the battery compartment before
inserting!
Remove exhausted batteries / rechargeable
batteries from the product immediately.
Initial use
Setting up the product
Carefully remove the LED floor light 1 from
the packaging and remove all packaging
materials.
Place the LED floor light 1 on a stable and
smooth surface.
Ensure that nobody can trip over the mains
cable.
Plug the LED plug-in mains adapter 3 into a
properly installed mains socket.
Inserting/replacing the
batteries in the remote control
(Fig. 2)
Note: The batteries 5 are included in the scope
of delivery and must be inserted prior to the first
use.
To do this, pull the battery compartment cover
6 off the remote control 4 in the direction of
the arrow and insert the batteries 5 supplied.
Make sure that the polarity is correct.
Replace the battery cover 6 on the remote
control 4 .
The product is now ready to use.
If the range of the remote control 4 reduces,
the batteries 5 need to be replaced.
To do this, remove the battery compartment
cover 6 from the remote control 4 in the
direction of the arrow.
Remove the batteries 5 and insert the new
batteries 5 . The battery type is specified in
the chapter „Technical data“.
Note: The correct polarity is indicated in the
battery compartment 7 .
Replace the battery compartment cover 6 on
the battery compartment 7 .

Switching the product on and off
Use the ON / OFF foot switch 2 or the remote
control 4 to switch the product on or off.
Controlling light effects with
the remote control
Note: Ensure there are no obstacles between the
remote control 4 and the receiver. The range of
the remote control 4 is approx. 6 m.
Choose from the following functions:

before cleaning.

ELECTRIC SHOCK! To ensure
electrical safety, never clean the lamp
with aggressive detergents or immerse it in water.
CAUTION! RISK OF BURNS DUE
TO HOT SURFACES! Allow the light
to cool down completely.
Do not use solvents such as petrol or similar, as
they could damage the light.
Only clean with a dry, lint-free cloth.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable mate-
rials, which you may dispose of at local recycling
facilities.

Observe the marking of the packaging
materials for waste separation, which
are marked with abbreviations (a) and
numbers (b) with following meaning:
1–7: plastics / 20–22: paper and fibreboard
/ 80–98: composite materials.
The product and packaging materials
are recyclable, dispose of it separately
for better waste treatment. The Triman
logo is valid in France only.
Contact your local refuse disposal
authority for more details of how to
dispose of your worn-out product.
To help protect the environment, please
dispose of the product properly when it
has reached the end of its useful life and
not in the household waste. Information
on collection points and their opening
hours can be obtained from your local
authority.
Environmental damage through
incorrect disposal of the
batteries / rechargeable
batteries! Batteries / rechargeable batteries
may not be disposed of with the usual domestic
waste. They may contain toxic heavy metals and
are subject to hazardous waste treatment rules and
regulations. The chemical symbols for heavy metals
are as follows: Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb =
lead. That is why you should dispose of used
batteries / rechargeable batteries at a local
collection point.

Warranty and service
Warranty
We provide a 3-year warranty from the date of
purchase. Our products are manufactured using
modern production methods and are subject to pre-
cise quality control. We guarantee that this product
is in perfect condition. During the warranty period
we will remedy any defects in material or manufac-
ture free of charge. In the event of an unexpected
defect, please return the carefully packaged prod-
uct to the service address specified. The warranty
does not extend to damage due to improper opera-
tion, or to wear parts and consumables. These can
be ordered from the telephone number listed for a
charge. Repairs not covered by the warranty (e.g.
light bulbs) may also be requested at cost price
from the service address listed. The product will be
repaired at the specified service location. Timely
processing and returns can only be ensured by
sending the product directly to this address.

DI MORTE E DI INCIDENTE PER
NEONATI E BAMBINI!
Non lasciare mai i bambini privi di sorveglian-
za in presenza del materiale di imballaggio. Il
materiale di imballaggio può provocarne il
soffocamento. I bambini sottovalutano spesso i
pericoli.
Il materiale di imballaggio non è un giocattolo.
Questo prodotto può essere usato da bambini
dagli 8 anni in su e da persone con capacità
fisiche, sensoriali o mentali limitate, oppure
senza esperienza e conoscenza in merito,
soltanto se sorvegliate oppure istruite circa un
uso sicuro del prodotto e se dimostrano di com-
prendere i pericoli a esso connessi. I bambini
non devono giocare con il prodotto. La pulizia
e la manutenzione eseguibili dall‘utente non
possono essere effettuate da bambini senza la
supervisione di un adulto. Il prodotto non è un
giocattolo.
Nel caso si osservassero anomalie durante
il funzionamento (ad es. rumori insoliti, uno
strano odore o fuoriuscita di fumo), spegnere
immediatamente il prodotto ed estrarre la spina
del cavo LED dalla presa. Non utilizzare più il
prodotto fino a quando non sia stato controlla-
to da una persona competente.

gono al pericolo di morte per
folgorazione
Si declina ogni responsabilità in caso di
danni a cose o a persone provocati da un uso
improprio o dall’inosservanza delle avvertenze
di sicurezza!
Non utilizzare mai la lampada se si rilevano
danneggiamenti.
Prima di collegare alla rete elettrica, controllare
che la lampada e il cavo di alimentazione con
la spina del cavo LED non siano danneggiati.
Evitare tassativamente che la lampada entri in
contatto con acqua o altri liquidi.
Non aprire mai nessuno dei componenti
elettrici e non inserirvi alcun oggetto. Interventi
di questo tipo provocano un pericolo di morte
per folgorazione.
Toccare esclusivamente le parti isolate della
spina del cavo LED durante la connessione o la
rimozione dalla corrente!
Per evitare pericoli, il cavo flessibile esterno di
questa lampada, se danneggiato, deve essere
sostituito esclusivamente dal produttore, dal
servizio di assistenza autorizzato o da perso-
nale tecnico analogo.
Assicurarsi prima dell‘uso che la tensione di
rete disponibile coincida con la tensione di
esercizio necessaria alla lampada (220–240
V~, 50 / 60 Hz).
Staccare sempre la spina del cavo LED dalla
presa prima della pulizia o quando la lampa-
da resta inutilizzata per molto tempo.

USTIONE A CAUSA DI
SUPERFICI BOLLENTI! Assicurarsi
prima di toccare la lampada che questa sia
spenta e si sia raffreddata per evitare ustioni. Le
lampadine producono un forte calore.
Non coprire la lampada con oggetti. Un‘ecces-
siva produzione di calore può provocare un
incendio.
Posizionare la lampada in modo che sia protetta
da umidità e sporcizia.
Non appendere ulteriori oggetti, come per es.
vestiti, al prodotto.
Collocare sempre il prodotto su di una superfi-
cie stabile e piana.
Non avvolgere il cavo di alimentazione al
prodotto.
Non trasportare o tirare il prodotto afferrando-
lo dal cavo di alimentazione.
Non lasciare la lampada incustodita durante
il funzionamento. Un‘eccessiva produzione di
calore può provocare un incendio.
Collocare il cavo di alimentazione in modo tale
che nessuno possa inciamparvi.
La lampada LED non è dimmerabile
con regolatori esterni.
Non rivolgere lo sguardo direttamente verso
la fonte luminosa (lampadina, LED, ecc.). Non
esaminare la fonte luminosa (lampadina, LED,
ecc.) con strumenti ottici (ad es. una lente
d’ingrandimento).
