person in charge must ensure that young or inexperienced users only make use of the BERG

8. Children and novices must always jump under the supervision of an experienced

9. Do not use the BERG trampoline in the dark.
10. Do not smoke while using the BERG trampoline.
11. Do not put any objects on the BERG trampoline.
12. Pets are not allowed on the BERG trampoline, to avoid damage to the protective
surround or the canvas by paws or sharp claws.
Jumping and jumping techniques
In trampolining, moving properly requires good posture. The right posture and balance are
achieved by tensing the muscle joints.
Good posture makes safe trampolining possible. When jumping, the body is exposed to shocks
that need to be correctly absorbed. By tensing your muscles, you obtain better control over your
balance and the jumping and rebounding strength of the body increases. On the other hand, a

4. Build up your jumping time gradually and stop jumping when you are tired.
5. Avoid jumping too long and too high.
6. Never jump from the BERG trampoline onto the ground or vice versa, but climb up and
down.
