IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using an electrical appliance, especially when children are present, basic safety precau-
tions should always be followed, including the following:
WARNING: Read all safety warnings and instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and
instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.
1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS.
2. To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the charger or the main body of this
Cordless Rechargeable Chopper in water or other liquids. If the main body falls into a liquid,
remove it immediately, and do not use the unit.
3. This appliance is not intended for use by children or by persons with reduced physical,
sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge. Close supervision is
necessary when any appliance is used near children. Children should be supervised to en
sure that they do not play with the appliance.
4. Do not operate in the presence of explosive and/or flammable fumes.
5. To avoid the possibility of personal injury, always unplug the unit from the USB cable before
attaching or removing the blades and/or other attachments for cleaning or any other purpose.
6. The light illuminated in white indicates that the unit is ready to operate.
7. Once the unit is powered, avoid any contact with the blades or any other moving part.
8. Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils, away from attachments and
the glass bowl during operation to reduce risk of injury to persons, and/or damage to the
appliance. A spatula may be used, but must be used only when the unit is not operating.
9. Remove the glass bowl from the main body before washing the blades or the glass bowl.
10. Blades are SHARP. Handle carefully. Always handle blades with your hand away from the
cutting edges. Always store blades with the cutting edges away from you.
11. When mixing liquids, mix small quantities at a time to reduce spillage and the possibility
of injury.
12. When charging, the USB power adapter and USB cable should be plugged into an electrical
outlet away from the sink and any hot surface.
13. Do not use an extension cord. Plug the USB power adapter directly into an electrical outlet.
14. Do not attempt to use this USB cable with any other unit.
15. Do not charge the batteries with the charger plugged into an outdoor outlet.
16. Do not operate any appliance that has a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance has
malfunctioned or has been dropped or damaged in any way, or is not operating properly.
17. The use of attachments or accessories not recommended by Euro Cuisine may cause fire,
electric shock or risk of injury.
18. Make sure the appliance is o and the motor/blades/attachments have stopped completely
before putting on or taking o attachments, and before cleaning.
19. This appliance is intended for household use only, and is not for commercial use.
20. Do not use this chopper for other than its intended use of preparing foods.
21. To avoid splattering, use extra care when working with hot liquids.
22. To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not operate near a heat source.
23. Do not place or store the unit over or near a portion of a heating or cooking appliance, sink
or washbasin.
24. Unplug the charger from the outlet before attempting to clean the charger.
25. Do not operate a damaged USB power adapter or USB cable. Have damaged parts
replaced immediately.
26. Do not incinerate the chopper, even if it is severely damaged. The batteries would explode.
27. This unit contains lithium-ion batteries which must be disposed of properly by recycling
them at the end of the life of the chopper. Do not incinerate or compost batteries, as they will
explode at high temperatures.
